背景技术
目前的保温绝热材料主要分为两大类:一是有机类保温材料,如挤塑聚苯板,聚氨酯泡沫等,这类材料保温效果好、比重轻,且防水性和耐候性好,广泛应用于建筑外墙外保温及工业领域,但是有机保温材料易燃,燃烧时易释放大量有害物质,存在重大的安全隐患;二是传统无机类保温材料如膨胀珍珠岩,发泡水泥板等,这类材料的防火性能优异,在高温下不燃烧不分解,但保温效果不及传统有机材料,其导热系数普遍在0.04W/(m﹒K)以上。
二氧化硅气凝胶是三维空间网络结构的纳米多孔非晶固体材料,其低导热系数的优点使其在绝热保温领域有着广泛的应用前景,气凝胶保温绝热材料不但导热系数低、质量轻,同时兼具不燃、耐高温的特性,但超轻气凝胶还具有机械强度低、韧性差的特点,通常需使其与其他基材复合增强其力学性能。与纤维复合制备的气凝胶毡由于其质量轻、柔韧性好、适用广泛的特点成为保温绝热领域的热门产品。目前气凝胶纤维毡的制备方法多为原位复合法,但是这种方法制备的气凝胶纤维毡容易掉粉,且成本较高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种复层气凝胶纤维毡及其湿法复合制备方法,以增强气凝胶与纤维毡的连接强度,提高气凝胶在纤维毡中分布的均匀度,同时提高生产效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种亲水性气凝胶微粒,按重量份,其由以下组分组成,二氧化硅气凝胶:75-97份,表面改性剂:3-15份。
进一步的,所述表面改性剂为月桂基二甲基氧化铵、硬脂基磷酸脂基甜菜碱、椰油基酰胺丙基二甲基氧化铵、月桂基磷酸酯甜菜碱中的任意一种或两种以上组合物。
进一步的,一种亲水性气凝胶微粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按配方比例称取各组分,首先将部分表面改性剂雾化后与二氧化硅气凝胶混合得到混合物,研磨混合物,然后将剩余表面改性剂雾化后加入到混合物中,并继续研磨,得到粒径在200目以下的亲水性气凝胶微粒待用。
进一步的,一种气凝胶料浆,按重量份,其由以下组分组成,亲水性气凝胶微粒:10-25份,溶解剂:60-85份,分散剂:0.01-0.03份,流动剂:0-0.03份,粘结剂:0.5-3份。
进一步的,所述溶解剂为水、乙醇、丙酮、丙二醇中的一种或两种以上的组合物;所述分散剂为甲基纤维素醚、羟乙基甲基纤维素醚、羟甲基纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚的中一种或两种以上的组合物;所述流动剂为有机材料与无机材料的复配组合物;所述粘结剂为丙烯酸树脂、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液中的一种或两种组合物。
进一步的,一种气凝胶料浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按配方比例称取各组分,首先将亲水性气凝胶微粒溶解于溶解剂中,得到亲水性气凝胶溶液,然后将分散剂和流动剂加入到亲水性气凝胶溶液中,搅拌得到分散均匀的气凝胶混合溶液,再将粘结剂加入到上述气凝胶混合溶液中,搅拌得到气凝胶料浆。
进一步的,一种复层气凝胶纤维毡,包括复合气凝胶纤维毡,所述复合气凝胶纤维毡是由多个紧密连接的单层气凝胶纤维毡组成,所述单层气凝胶纤维毡包括气凝胶料浆和纤维毡,其中,所述气凝胶料浆分布于所述纤维毡内部及表面,所述复合气凝胶纤维毡中穿插有多个长纤维丝,所述长纤维丝两端伸出所述复合气凝胶纤维毡的上下两侧,所述复合气凝胶纤维毡上下两侧均包裹有绝热布。
进一步的,所述长纤维丝为玻璃纤维丝、碳纤维丝、尼龙纤维丝、棉纤维丝中的一种或几种;所述绝热布为玻璃纤维网格布、玻璃纤维无纺布、铝箔纸中的一种或两种。
进一步的,一种复层气凝胶纤维毡的湿法复合制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
首先将气凝胶料浆加入到喷涂设备中,所述喷涂设备包括喷头和空气压缩装置,所述喷头与空气压缩装置通过软管连接,所述喷头包括分气器,进气支管,料浆室和针头喷嘴,将针头喷嘴插入纤维毡中,开启空气压缩装置,在喷射气凝胶喷刷浆料的同时,通过软管缓慢匀速地向上提拉喷头,重复操作,使气凝胶料浆充分包裹纤维表面及填充纤维毡孔洞,得到单层气凝胶纤维毡,然后将上述多个单层气凝胶纤维毡叠加,挤压后得到复合气凝胶纤维毡,干燥后,用长纤维丝穿插复合气凝胶纤维毡,并在复合气凝胶纤维毡两侧包裹绝热布,得到复层气凝胶纤维毡,备用。
进一步的,一种复层气凝胶纤维毡的湿法复合制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
所述气凝胶料浆还可通过滚筒刷涂在纤维毡表面,首先将纤维毡置于传送带上,所述传送带上方设有盛料桶和多个滚筒刷,将气凝胶料浆置于盛料桶内,纤维毡随着传送带向前运动,气凝料浆从盛料桶中流出,洒在纤维毡表面,然后依次经过多个滚筒刷,气凝胶料浆以0.5~1mm的厚度平铺在纤维毡的表面。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的一种复层气凝胶纤维毡及其湿法复合制备方法具有以下优势:
本发明所述的一种复层气凝胶纤维毡及其湿法复合制备方法通过喷涂或涂刷的方式将气凝胶与单层纤维毯复合可实现连续化生产,提高生产效率,与气凝胶复合后的单层纤维毡再次进行多层复合,相比于单层气凝胶纤维毡,这种复层的形式下气凝胶在纤维毡中分布的更均匀,更有利于对纤维毡基体中空气热流的阻断,使复层纤维毡的导热系数更低,保温效果好;而湿法中加入的胶粘剂组分为气凝胶和纤维毡提供了化学键的连接,比原有技术中两者通过分子间作用力连接的强度要高很多,避免了掉粉的情况;
同时,利用长纤维对复层气凝胶纤维毡进行穿插增强,通过长纤维的增强提高了纤维毡垂直于板面方向的抗拉强度,使其能够在对垂直方向有拉力要求的场合使用;本发明所述的气凝胶纤维毡的导热系数接近于纯气凝胶的导热系数,范围在0.021~0.026W/(m·K),具有高防水性,憎水率大于99%。
具体实施方式
除有定义外,以下实施例中所用的技术术语具有与本发明所属领域技术人员普遍理解的相同含义。以下实施例中所用的试验试剂,如无特殊说明,均为常规生化试剂;所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下面结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
步骤一:首先将75g导热系数为0.020W/(m·k)的二氧化硅气凝胶加入研磨装置中,所述研磨装置包括研磨罐和研磨棒,将15g月桂基二甲基氧化铵添加到喷雾装置中,所述喷雾装置包括罐体和雾化喷嘴,先将二分之一量的月桂基二甲基氧化铵喷洒到气凝胶上,以300转/分的转速研磨15分钟,然后将剩余的月桂基二甲氧化铵喷洒在上述研磨物上,再次以300转/分的转速研磨15分钟,得到200目以下的亲水性气凝胶微粒。
步骤二:将10g步骤一得到的亲水性气凝胶微粒与60g溶解剂混合以1000转/分的速度搅拌15分钟,得到亲水性气凝胶溶液,加入0.01g甲基纤维素醚继续以1000转/分的速度搅拌15分钟,加入0.5g丙烯酸乳液搅拌10分钟,得到均匀分散的气凝胶料浆。
步骤三:取面积300*300mm、厚度10mm纤维毡,将步骤二中得到的150mL气凝胶料浆加入到喷涂设备的料浆室中后启动空气压缩装置,把针头喷嘴插入纤维毡中,打开喷涂设备开关,在喷射气凝胶料浆的同时,缓慢均匀地向上提拉喷头,重复操作2~3次,然后在纤维毡的不同面上重复上述操作,使气凝胶料浆充分分散在纤维毡内部及其表面,得到单层气凝胶纤维毡。
步骤四:将步骤三得到的3块单层气凝胶纤维毡通过辊压机施加2MPa的压力成型,得到复合气凝胶纤维毡,100℃下干燥2天,然后用尼龙纤维丝对其进行穿插增强,并在上下两侧包裹铝箔纸,得到复层气凝胶纤维毡。
经过实施例1所得到的复层气凝胶纤维毡进行检测,检测数据见表1。
实施例2
步骤一:将二氧化硅气凝胶换成85g,将表面改性剂15g月桂基二甲基氧化铵换成6g月桂基磷酸酯甜菜碱,其他与实施例1步骤一相同。
步骤二:将亲水性气凝胶微粒换成15g,将溶解剂换成75g,羟乙基甲基纤维素醚换成0.015g,并加入0.01g流动剂,丙烯酸乳液换成1.5g,其他与实施例1步骤二相同。
步骤三:将厚度10mm纤维毡换成厚度5mm纤维毡,其他与实施例1步骤三相同。
步骤四:将单层气凝胶纤维毡的块数换成6块,其他与实施例1步骤四相同。
经过实施例2所得到的复层气凝胶纤维毡进行检测,检测数据见表1。
实施例3
步骤一:将二氧化硅气凝胶换成97g,将表面改性剂15g月桂基二甲基氧化铵换成3g硬脂基磷酸脂基甜菜碱,其他与实施例1步骤一相同。
步骤二:将亲水性气凝胶微粒换成25g,将溶解剂换成85g,羟乙基甲基纤维素醚换成0.03g,并加入0.03g流动剂,丙烯酸乳液换成3g,其他与实施例1步骤二相同。
步骤三:将2mm厚纤维毡放到传动带上,将步骤二得到的气凝胶料浆装到盛料桶中,料浆以1600mL/m3的比例从盛料桶中流出,然后依次通过三个滚筒刷,使气凝胶料浆以0.5~1mm厚度平铺在纤维毡表面。
步骤四:将单层气凝胶纤维毡的块数换成10块,辊压机施加的压力换成5MPa,其他与实施例1步骤四相同。
经过实施例3所得到的复层气凝胶纤维毡进行检测,检测数据见表1。
实施例4
步骤一:与实施例2步骤一相同。
步骤二:与实施例2步骤二相同。
步骤三:与实施例3步骤三相同。
步骤四:与实施例3步骤四相同。
经过实施例4所得到的复层气凝胶纤维毡进行检测,检测数据见表1。
对比例1
将1块单层纤维毡100℃下干燥2天。
经过实对比例1所得到的纤维毡进行检测,检测数据见表1。
对比例2
将10块单层纤维毡,通过辊压机施加5MPa的压力压制成型,得到复层纤维毡,然后100℃下干燥2天。
表1实施例1~4和对比例1~2所获得材料的性能测试结果。
根据表1可以看出,本发明所述的复层气凝胶纤维毡的导热系数范围在0.021~0.026W/(m·K),接近于所使用纯气凝胶的导热系数0.020W/(m·K),与不加气凝胶的纤维毡相比,具有较低的导热系数和较好的保温效果,本发明所述的复层气凝胶纤维毯的垂直于板面方向抗拉强度≥0.1MPa,满足建筑外墙外保温等领域的要求,憎水率在98%以上,相比于不加气凝胶的纤维毡具有高防水性,且燃烧等级不变。同时外观观察气凝胶纤维毡整体稳定性好,不掉粉。

Claims (10)
1.一种亲水性气凝胶微粒,其特征在于:按重量份,其由以下组分组成,二氧化硅气凝胶:75-97份,表面改性剂:3-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲水性气凝胶微粒,其特征在于:所述表面改性剂为月桂基二甲基氧化铵、硬脂基磷酸脂基甜菜碱、椰油基酰胺丙基二甲基氧化铵、月桂基磷酸酯甜菜碱中的任意一种或两种以上组合物。
3.权利要求1所述的一种亲水性气凝胶微粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:按配方比例称取各组分,首先将部分表面改性剂雾化后与二氧化硅气凝胶混合得到混合物,研磨混合物,然后将剩余表面改性剂雾化喷加到混合物中,并继续研磨,得到粒径在200目以下的亲水性气凝胶微粒待用。
4.一种气凝胶料浆,其特征在于:按重量份,其由以下组分组成,亲水性气凝胶微粒:10-25份,溶解剂:60-85份,分散剂:0.01-0.03份,流动剂:0-0.03份,粘结剂:0.5-3份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种气凝胶料浆,其特征在于:所述溶解剂为水、乙醇、丙酮、丙二醇中的一种或两种以上的组合物;所述分散剂为甲基纤维素醚、羟乙基甲基纤维素醚、羟甲基纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚的中一种或两种以上的组合物;所述流动剂为有机材料与无机材料的复配组合物;所述粘结剂为丙烯酸树脂、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液中的一种或两种组合物。
6.权利要求4所述的一种气凝胶料浆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:按配方比例称取各组分,首先将亲水性气凝胶微粒溶解于溶解剂中,得到亲水性气凝胶溶液,然后将分散剂和流动剂加入到亲水性气凝胶溶液中,搅拌得到分散均匀的气凝胶混合溶液,再将粘结剂加入到上述气凝胶混合溶液中,搅拌得到气凝胶料浆。
7.一种复层气凝胶纤维毡,其特征在于:包括复合气凝胶纤维毡,所述复合气凝胶纤维毡是由多个紧密连接的单层气凝胶纤维毡组成,所述单层气凝胶纤维毡包括气凝胶料浆和纤维毡,其中,所述气凝胶料浆分布于所述纤维毡内部及表面,所述复合气凝胶纤维毡中穿插有多个长纤维丝,所述长纤维丝两端伸出所述复合气凝胶纤维毡的上下两侧,所述复合气凝胶纤维毡上下两侧均包裹有绝热布。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种复层气凝胶纤维毡,其特征在于:所述长纤维丝为玻璃纤维丝、碳纤维丝、尼龙纤维丝、棉纤维丝中的一种或几种;所述绝热布为玻璃纤维网格布、玻璃纤维无纺布、铝箔纸中的一种或两种。
9.权利要求7所述的一种复层气凝胶纤维毡的湿法复合制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下操作步骤:
首先喷涂气凝胶料浆,将气凝胶料浆喷涂到纤维毡内部和表面,重复多次操作,使气凝胶料浆充分包裹纤维表面及填充纤维毡内部孔洞,得到单层气凝胶纤维毡,然后将上述多个单层气凝胶纤维毡叠加,挤压后得到复合气凝胶纤维毡,干燥后,用长纤维丝穿插复合气凝胶纤维毡,并在复合气凝胶纤维毡两侧包裹绝热布,得到复层气凝胶纤维毡。
10.权利要求7所述的一种复层气凝胶纤维毡的湿法复合制备方法,其特征在于:所述喷涂气凝胶料浆的过程为:
将气凝胶料浆刷涂在纤维毡表面,首先使纤维毡带向前运动,将气凝料浆洒在纤维毡表面,然后刷涂料浆,使气凝胶料浆以0.5~1mm的厚度平铺在纤维毡的表面。
