本发明公开了一种墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:基材150‑170份,蓖麻粕复合物6‑10份,沉淀碳酸钙8‑16份,蛭石粉15‑25份,云母粉6‑12份,椰壳纤维8‑12份,氢氧化镁4‑6份,三乙醇胺4‑6份,附着力促进剂1‑2份,流平剂2‑4份,抗菌剂2‑4份,消泡剂2‑4份,防霉剂2‑4份,润湿剂2‑4份。蓖麻粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将蓖麻粕、聚丙烯酸钠、水均质处理,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶进行酶解,调节体系pH值至中性,灭活,加入沉淀硫酸钡研磨,过滤,洗涤,干燥至恒重,粉碎得到蓖麻粕复合物。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种墙体用抗开裂水性涂料。
背景技术
随着人类环保意识的提升,建筑涂料正由过去以保护墙体、装饰为目的的性能向着多功能、绿色化方向发展。保温涂料综合了涂料及保温材料的双重特点,其干燥后形成有一定强度及弹性的保温层,从而起到保温作用。但目前水性保温涂料虽具有一定的保温性能,现在水性保温涂料普遍存在着耐水性差,抗墙体开裂性差的缺点。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,不仅成膜干燥时间短,硬度高、附着力强,而且采用水作为稀释溶剂,有效降低了有害溶剂的释放,产品环境友好;同时防水效果好,且即使在强烈震动下涂膜也不会产生裂纹。
本发明提出的一种墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:基材150-170份,蓖麻粕复合物6-10份,沉淀碳酸钙8-16份,蛭石粉15-25份,云母粉6-12份,椰壳纤维8-12份,氢氧化镁4-6份,三乙醇胺4-6份,附着力促进剂1-2份,流平剂2-4份,抗菌剂2-4份,消泡剂2-4份,防霉剂2-4份,润湿剂2-4份。
优选地,蓖麻粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将蓖麻粕、聚丙烯酸钠、水均质处理,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶进行酶解,调节体系pH值至中性,灭活,加入沉淀硫酸钡研磨,过滤,洗涤,干燥至恒重,粉碎得到蓖麻粕复合物。
优选地,蓖麻粕复合物的制备工艺中,蓖麻粕、聚丙烯酸钠、水、沉淀硫酸钡的重量比为10-20:4-8:25-35:25-45。
优选地,蓖麻粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10-20份蓖麻粕、4-8份聚丙烯酸钠、25-35份水均质处理30-50min,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶进行酶解40-60min,调节体系pH值至中性,灭活,加入25-45份沉淀硫酸钡研磨至平均粒径为40-100μm,过滤,洗涤,75-85℃干燥至恒重,粉碎得到蓖麻粕复合物。
优选地,基材按重量份包括:水性氯化聚烯烃树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯分散体。
优选地,基材按重量份包括:水性氯化聚烯烃树脂100-120份,水性丙烯酸树脂20-30份,水性聚氨酯分散体20-40份。
本发明采用水性氯化聚烯烃树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯分散体作为基材,不仅涂膜的各性能指标与溶剂型涂料相当,配合三乙醇胺、附着力促进剂作用,不仅硬度高、附着力强,而且采用水作为稀释溶剂,有效降低了有害溶剂的释放,产品环境友好;在蓖麻粕复合物中,蓖麻粕、聚丙烯酸钠匀质处理后,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶对蓖麻粕适当酶解,不仅与聚丙烯酸钠分散性极好,而且表面形成缺陷,与沉淀硫酸钡混合研磨,结合程度高,韧性好,分散作用极好,乳化性能优异,同时遮瑕效果显著,耐磨、耐酸碱性能优异;蓖麻粕复合物与沉淀碳酸钙、蛭石粉、云母粉、椰壳纤维、氢氧化镁的分散效果好,固化后结合程度高,不仅填充性能优异,硬度高,防水效果好,且即使在强烈震动下涂膜也不会产生裂纹。本发明水性涂料成膜干燥时间短,坚硬度好,同时还具有很好的延伸性能及耐热性能。

实施例1
本发明提出的一种墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:基材150份,蓖麻粕复合物10份,沉淀碳酸钙8份,蛭石粉25份,云母粉6份,椰壳纤维12份,氢氧化镁4份,三乙醇胺6份,附着力促进剂1份,流平剂4份,抗菌剂2份,消泡剂4份,防霉剂2份,润湿剂4份。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:基材170份,蓖麻粕复合物6份,沉淀碳酸钙16份,蛭石粉15份,云母粉12份,椰壳纤维8份,氢氧化镁6份,三乙醇胺4份,附着力促进剂2份,流平剂2份,抗菌剂4份,消泡剂2份,防霉剂4份,润湿剂2份。
基材按重量份包括:水性氯化聚烯烃树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯分散体。
蓖麻粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将蓖麻粕、聚丙烯酸钠、水均质处理,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶进行酶解,调节体系pH值至中性,灭活,加入沉淀硫酸钡研磨,过滤,洗涤,干燥至恒重,粉碎得到蓖麻粕复合物。

本发明提出的一种墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:基材155份,蓖麻粕复合物9份,沉淀碳酸钙10份,蛭石粉22份,云母粉8份,椰壳纤维11份,氢氧化镁4.5份,三乙醇胺5.5份,附着力促进剂1.2份,流平剂3.5份,抗菌剂2.5份,消泡剂3.5份,防霉剂2.5份,润湿剂3.5份。
基材按重量份包括:水性氯化聚烯烃树脂100份,水性丙烯酸树脂30份,水性聚氨酯分散体20份。
蓖麻粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将15份蓖麻粕、6份聚丙烯酸钠、30份水均质处理,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶进行酶解,调节体系pH值至中性,灭活,加入35份沉淀硫酸钡研磨,过滤,洗涤,干燥至恒重,粉碎得到蓖麻粕复合物。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:基材165份,蓖麻粕复合物7份,沉淀碳酸钙14份,蛭石粉18份,云母粉10份,椰壳纤维9份,氢氧化镁5.5份,三乙醇胺4.5份,附着力促进剂1.8份,流平剂2.5份,抗菌剂3.5份,消泡剂2.5份,防霉剂3.5份,润湿剂2.5份。
基材按重量份包括:水性氯化聚烯烃树脂120份,水性丙烯酸树脂20份,水性聚氨酯分散体40份。
蓖麻粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10份蓖麻粕、8份聚丙烯酸钠、25份水均质处理50min,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶进行酶解40min,调节体系pH值至中性,灭活,加入45份沉淀硫酸钡研磨至平均粒径为40μm,过滤,洗涤,85℃干燥至恒重,粉碎得到蓖麻粕复合物。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:基材160份,蓖麻粕复合物8份,沉淀碳酸钙12份,蛭石粉20份,云母粉9份,椰壳纤维10份,氢氧化镁5份,三乙醇胺5份,附着力促进剂1.5份,流平剂3份,抗菌剂3份,消泡剂3份,防霉剂3份,润湿剂3份。
基材按重量份包括:水性氯化聚烯烃树脂110份,水性丙烯酸树脂25份,水性聚氨酯分散体30份。
蓖麻粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将20份蓖麻粕、4份聚丙烯酸钠、35份水均质处理30min,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶进行酶解60min,调节体系pH值至中性,灭活,加入25份沉淀硫酸钡研磨至平均粒径为100μm,过滤,洗涤,75℃干燥至恒重,粉碎得到蓖麻粕复合物。
将本发明实施例5所得水性涂料与市售水性涂料进行对比,将两者所得涂膜进行性能测试,其结果如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其特征在于,蓖麻粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将蓖麻粕、聚丙烯酸钠、水均质处理,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶进行酶解,调节体系pH值至中性,灭活,加入沉淀硫酸钡研磨,过滤,洗涤,干燥至恒重,粉碎得到蓖麻粕复合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其特征在于,蓖麻粕复合物的制备工艺中,蓖麻粕、聚丙烯酸钠、水、沉淀硫酸钡的重量比为10-20:4-8:25-35:25-45。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其特征在于,蓖麻粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10-20份蓖麻粕、4-8份聚丙烯酸钠、25-35份水均质处理30-50min,加入中性蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺转氨酶进行酶解40-60min,调节体系pH值至中性,灭活,加入25-45份沉淀硫酸钡研磨至平均粒径为40-100μm,过滤,洗涤,75-85℃干燥至恒重,粉碎得到蓖麻粕复合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述墙体用抗开裂水性涂料,其特征在于,基材按重量份包括:水性氯化聚烯烃树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯分散体。
