背景技术
铜丝是电缆的主要材料之一,是一种非常重要的材料,铜丝在加工时需要收线整理,传统的收线装置,收线不均匀,对铜丝又没有保护措施,容易影响产品质量。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种铜丝收线装置。
本发明的方案如下:一种铜丝收线装置,包括导轨、转轴、定轴、导线槽、储油箱、滴油管、回收管、电机、称重装置,所述导轨设置在转轴上方,所述转轴设置在定轴上,所述定轴设置在称重装置上,所述回收管设置在转轴上,所述导线槽设置在导轨上,所述储油箱设置在导线槽一侧,所述滴油管设置在导线槽上方,所述电机设置在转轴上,所述导线槽活动设置在导轨上,所述滴油管和储油箱联通,所述转轴和定轴活动连接,所述定轴贯穿转轴,所述转轴沿定轴旋转,所述导线槽可在导轨上移动。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,使用方便,通过导线槽在导轨上的移动使收线均匀,同时又在导线槽上设置滴油管,为铜丝添加保护油,而称重装置可以为回收的铜线称重,保证每个回收管收线结束的成品大小相同。

下面结合附图对发明做进一步说明。
一种铜丝收线装置,包括导轨1、转轴2、定轴3、导线槽4、储油箱5、滴油管6、回收管7、电机8、称重装置9,所述导轨·设置在转轴1上方,所述转轴1设置在定轴2上,所述定轴2设置在称重装置9上,所述回收管7设置在转轴2上,所述导线槽4设置在导轨1上,所述储油箱5设置在导线槽4一侧,所述滴油管6设置在导线槽4上方,所述电机8设置在转轴2上,所述导线槽4活动设置在导轨1上,所述滴油管6和储油箱5联通,所述转轴2和定轴3活动连接,所述定轴3贯穿转轴2,所述转轴2沿定轴3旋转,所述导线槽4可在导轨1上移动,所述回收管7固定设置在转轴2上,所述回收管7可拆卸更换。工作时,转轴2通过电机8带动旋转,回收管7被转轴2带动旋转,铜线通过导线槽4缠绕在回收管7上,导线槽4在导轨1上匀速移动,使铜线缠绕均匀,滴油管6为铜线上保护油,称重装置9为回收管7上缠绕的铜线称重,达到预定重量即可停止收线。
