Abstract

本发明公开了一种单侧无牙排间歇运动机构及其模压工艺,包括伺服运动控制系统、伺服电机、主动链轮、从动链轮、链条、叼纸牙、光电检测开关,伺服运动控制系统及伺服电机、主动链轮设置在机架墙板上,在主动链轮和从动链轮上连接有链条,在链条上固定有若干个叼纸牙,光电检测开关设置在固定平台一侧,本发明取消了叼纸牙排且采用了将叼纸牙直接固定在一根链条上的叼纸运行方式,使得设备结构更为优化简洁,同时采用伺服电机和伺服运动控制系统配以光电检测开关,其运行控制精度、检测定位精度远高于背景技术中机械式间歇传动机构的运动控制精度和定位精度,提高了设备的运行速度及生产效率,提高了纸品的模切加工精度和成品率,节省了整机成本。

Description

单侧无牙排间歇运动机构及其模压工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷包装机械及其模压工艺,特别是用于平压平模切机的单侧无牙排间歇运动机构及其由该机构实施的模压工艺。
背景技术
印刷包装机械在国民经济发展中占有重要地位,而印后设备的平压平模切机是主要的印刷包装机械之一,该设备中的叼纸牙排及叼纸牙排传动机构是整机的重要组成部分,担负着以间歇运转的方式叼着纸张完成纸张输送、压痕、模切、烫印等一系列加工工序的任务,决定着被加工纸品的工艺质量,现有设备中的叼纸牙排传动机构采用机械式间歇传动机构,在该机构的双链条上固定有5根以上的叼纸牙排,每根叼纸牙排是由叼纸牙排体、叼纸牙等部件组成,因为叼纸牙排需要固定在两根相互平行的链条上,而且采用机械式间歇传动机构,从而大大增加了间歇传动机构的负载和运动惯量,制约了机器速度,不仅无法提高生产效率,也导致了叼纸牙排间歇运动的位置误差过大,因而影响模切纸品的加工精度和成品率。
发明内容
本发明提供一种采用伺服电机及伺服运动控制系统的单侧无牙排间歇运动机构及其模压工艺,从而取代现有设备的机械式间歇传动机构和叼纸牙排加双链条的结构方式,以提高平压平模切机的运转速度以及纸品的模切加工精度和成品率。
本发明单侧无牙排间歇运动机构的技术方案是,包括伺服运动控制系统、伺服电机、主动链轮、从动链轮、链条、叼纸牙、光电检测开关,伺服运动控制系统及伺服电机、主动链轮分别设置在整机后部一侧的机架墙板上,从动链轮设置在整机前部一侧的机架墙板上,在主动链轮和从动链轮上连接有链条,在链条上固定有若干个叼纸牙,光电检测开关设置在固定平台一侧。
本发明的工作原理:纸张在输纸单元定位后,纸张的前边缘被固定在单侧链条上的叼纸牙逐一夹住,随后由伺服运动控制系统控制的伺服电机驱动链条完成间歇动作,固定在链条上的叼纸牙叼着纸张在伺服电机的驱动下进入模压单元,经光电开关检测定位后,装上辅助工具的固定平台与可升降的活动平台相配合,完成纸张的模切工序,完成模切后的纸张被固定在链条上的叼纸牙送至收纸单元进行整齐回收。
本发明工作时纸张的长边L平行于链条,因此固定平台和活动平台在设置时其二者的长边也平行于链条。
由于本发明取消了叼纸牙排且采用了将叼纸牙直接固定在一根链条上的叼纸运行方式,使得设备结构更为优化简洁,同时采用伺服电机和伺服运动控制系统配以光电检测开关,其运行控制精度、检测定位精度远高于背景技术中机械式间歇传动机构的运动控制精度和定位精度。
本发明的有益效果是,提高设备的运行速度及生产效率,提高纸品的模切加工精度和成品率,节省整机成本。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图对本发明进行详细描述。
如图2、3所示,单侧无牙排间歇运动机构的技术方案是,包括伺服运动控制系统1、伺服电机2、主动链轮3、从动链轮5、链条6、叼纸牙7、光电检测开关8,伺服运动控制系统1及伺服电机2、一个主动链轮3分别设置在整机后部一侧的机架墙板4上,主动链轮3受伺服电机2的动力驱动,一个从动链轮5设置在整机前部一侧的机架墙板4上,在主动链轮3和从动链轮5上连接有链条6,在链条6上固定有若干个叼纸牙7,光电检测开关8设置在固定平台9一侧。
单侧无牙排间歇运动机构的模压工艺如图2、3所示:
纸张11在输纸单元A中的纸堆上逐张被传送到纸张输送台上并进行定位,其特征是,定位后的纸张11的长边L的前边缘被固定在单侧链条6上的叼纸牙7逐一夹住,随后由伺服运动控制系统1控制的伺服电机2驱动链条6完成间歇动作,固定在链条6上的叼纸牙7叼着纸张11在伺服电机2的驱动下进入模压单元B,经过光电检测开关8的检测,伺服运动控制系统1根据检测信号控制伺服电机2停止,纸张11停在模切工位,随后通过装上辅助工具的固定平台9和活动平台10相互接触时产生压力,从而实现纸张11的模切,完成模切后,伺服运动控制系统1控制伺服电机2启动,模切后的纸张11随链条6继续前行,被送至收纸单元C进行整齐回收。
本发明采用伺服电机2和伺服运动控制系统1配以光电检测开关8,其伺服电机2的运行精度和光电检测开关8的检测精度远高于背景技术中机械式间歇传动机构13的运动控制精度和定位精度,从而有效提高了纸品的加工精度,降低了废品率;同时,采用一根链条6直接固定叼纸牙7的结构方式,较现有的两根链条6固定叼纸牙排12减少了大量的零部件,从而大大降低了叼纸间歇运动机构的负载和运动惯量,提高了生产效率,节省了整机成本。
通过以上实施例和图2与图1的比较可以看出,由于本发明取消了叼纸牙排12和一根链条6,采用了一根链条6直接固定叼纸牙7的叼纸运行方式,使叼纸的工作点由原来的叼纸牙排12从前面叼住纸张11的长边L前行变为直接由多个叼纸牙7从侧面叼住纸张11一侧的长边L前行,也即纸张11的长边L平行于链条6,因此固定平台9和活动平台10在设置时其二者的长边也平行于链条6,即可保证机器正常平稳工作,又因为纸张11的长边L大于宽边W,故也减小了机器宽度而便于运输。

Claims (2)

1.单侧无牙排间歇运动机构的模压工艺:其特征是,纸张(11)在输纸单元(A)中的纸堆上逐张被传送到纸张输送台上并进行定位,其特征是,定位后的纸张(11)的长边(L)的前边缘被固定在单侧链条(6)上的叼纸牙(7)逐一夹住,随后由伺服运动控制系统(1)控制的伺服电机(2)驱动链条(6)完成间歇动作,固定在链条(6)上的叼纸牙(7)叼着纸张(11)在伺服电机(2)的驱动下进入模压单元(B),经过光电检测开关(8)的检测,伺服运动控制系统(1)根据检测信号控制伺服电机(2)停止,纸张(11)停在模切工位,随后通过装上辅助工具的固定平台(9)和活动平台(10)相互接触时产生压力,从而实现纸张(11)的模切,完成模切后,伺服运动控制系统(1)控制伺服电机(2)启动,模切后的纸张(11)随链条(6)继续前行,被送至收纸单元(C)进行整齐回收。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单侧无牙排间歇运动机构的模压工艺,其特征是,工作时纸张的长边(L)平行于链条(6),因此固定平台(9)和活动平台(10)在设置时其二者的长边也平行于链条(6)。
