技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及一种电动卡钳式制动器(electric caliper brake),更具体地涉及一种能够通过在制动操作期间减少需要的制动油量来提高踏板感觉的电动卡钳式制动器。
背景技术
一般而言,除传统的液压盘式制动器之外,电动卡钳式制动器采用通过电操作的致动器。
注册号为10-1220294的韩国专利公开一种电子盘式制动器系统(在下文中被称为“电动卡钳式制动器”的示例。根据公开的文献,电动卡钳式制动器包括:盘,其与车辆的车轮一起旋转;承载部,其包括被安装以可前后移动以便加压盘的一对垫板;卡钳壳体,其被安装成在承载部上可滑动并且具有缸体,在缸体中活塞被安装成由于制动液压压力前后可移动;主轴单元,其加压活塞;以及马达和减速器,其将旋转力传递至主轴单元。

然而,随着空间在向其供给制动液压压力的缸体内即在活塞内形成,制动油的所需量增加使得制动感觉可能会被降低。

根据本公开的一方面,电动卡钳式制动器包括:承载部,其包括被安装成前后可移动的一对垫板;卡钳壳体,其被配置成安装成在承载部上可滑动并且具有在其中活塞由于制动液压压力前后可移动的缸体,其中活塞的内部被挖掘成杯的形式;动力转换单元,其包括被安装成通过缸体的后部并且由于从致动器传递的旋转力而旋转的主轴构件以及被螺纹联接至主轴构件、设置在活塞中、根据主轴构件的旋转前后移动、加压活塞并且释放加压的螺母(nut)构件;以及填充构件,其被配置成以限制填充构件的旋转的方式设置在活塞中,填充构件被联接至螺母构件。
填充构件具有中心是中空的中空部分,并且填充构件被安装在活塞中并联结至活塞。
中空部分具有多边形形状,并且螺母构件的形状与中空部分的形状相对应。
填充构件包括在填充构件的外周表面上具有至少一个平面的防旋转表面,具有与形成在填充构件的外周表面上的防旋转表面相对应的平面的至少一个防旋转爪部形成在活塞的内周表面上。

参照图1和图2,根据本发明的实施例的电动卡钳式制动器100包括:盘D,其与车辆的车轮(未显示)一起旋转;承载部120,其包括被安装成前后可移动以便加压盘D的一对垫板111和112,;卡钳壳体130,其被安装成在承载部120上可滑动并且具有活塞在其中被安装成由于制动液压压力前后可移动的缸体131;动力转换单元150,其加压活塞140;致动器160,其向动力转换单元150传递旋转力;和填充构件170,其以限制填充构件170的旋转的方式设置在活塞140中。
一对垫板111和112被分为设置成接触活塞140的内垫板111和设置成接触稍后将描述的卡钳壳体130的指部部分132的外垫板112。一对垫板111和112被安装在固定至车辆主体的承载部120上以在盘D的两侧方向上前后可移动。另外,摩擦垫113被附接至面向盘D的垫板111和112中的每个的一个表面。

通孔153在纵长方向上形成在螺母构件154的中心使得螺母构件154可被螺纹联接至主轴构件152,并且内螺纹形成在通孔153中。因此,螺母构件154根据主轴构件152的旋转方向前后移动、加压活塞140并且释放加压。螺母构件154必须被设置成处于限制旋转的状态以便根据主轴构件152的旋转做直线运动。因此,根据本发明的实施例,填充构件170被设置在活塞140中并且用于限制螺母构件154的旋转。
更详细地,填充构件170以限制旋转的状态被设置在活塞140中并且被联接至螺母构件154。填充构件170具有其中心是中空的中空部分174,并且如图3所示被配合和联接至活塞140中。在这种情况下,填充构件170包括防旋转表面175,其被设置在填充构件170的外周表面上并且具有通过其限制防旋转表面175旋转的至少一个平面。即,防旋转表面175的旋转通过形成在活塞140的内周表面上的防旋转爪部145限制。因此,形成在活塞140上的防旋转爪部145形成为具有与在填充构件170的外周表面上形成的防旋转表面175相对应的平面。如图所示,填充构件170具有六边形形状,两个防旋转爪部145形成在活塞140的内周表面上。然而,本发明的实施例并不限于此,如果填充构件170的旋转是可限制的,则形成在填充构件170的外周表面上的防旋转表面175的数量和活塞140的防旋转爪部145的数量可增加或减少。
同时,形成在填充构件170的中心中的中空部分174具有多边形形状。因此,螺母构件154具有与中空部分174的形状相对应的形状。如图所示,中空部分174和螺母构件154中的每个具有六边形形状,但是也可以具有五边形、矩形或者椭圆形状。因此,螺母构件154与中空部分174间隔开预定的距离并被插入并联接至中空部分174使得螺母构件154的旋转受到限制,因此螺母构件154根据主轴构件152的旋转做直线运动。
如上所述,当填充构件170限制螺母构件154的旋转并且被配合且联接至活塞140时,填充构件170填充活塞140的内部空间。因此,填充构件170和活塞140由于从油口139引入的制动油被加压并且朝着盘D加压活塞140。即,因为活塞140的内部被填充构件170填充,所以与相关技术相比,引入缸体131的制动油的所需量减少,从而可改善踏板感觉。
在根据本发明的实施例的电动卡钳式制动器中,设置用于填充活塞的内部的填充构件使得制动油的所需量可被减少,因此制动感觉可通过增加踏板力得到改善。
同时,填充构件被配合并联接至活塞中使得可获得容易装配的性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种电动卡钳式制动器,其包括:
承载部,其包括安装成前后可移动的一对垫板;
卡钳壳体,其被配置成被安装成在所述承载部上可滑动并且具有由于制动液压压力前后可移动的缸体,在所述缸体中,其活塞的内部被挖掘成杯的形式;
动力转换单元,其包括被安装成通过所述缸体的后部并且由于从致动器传递的旋转力而旋转的主轴构件以及被螺纹联接至所述主轴构件、设置在所述活塞中、根据所述主轴构件的旋转前后移动、加压所述活塞并且释放所述加压的螺母构件;和
填充构件,其被配置成以限制所述填充构件的旋转的方式设置在所述活塞中,所述填充构件被联接至所述螺母构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动卡钳式制动器,其中所述填充构件具有其中心是中空的中空部分,并且所述填充构件被配合和联接至所述活塞中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动卡钳式制动器,其中所述中空部分具有多边形形状,并且所述螺母构件具有与所述中空部分的形状相对应的形状。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电动卡钳式制动器,其中所述填充构件包括具有在所述填充构件的外周表面上的至少一个平面的防旋转表面,具有与形成在所述填充构件的外周表面上的防旋转表面相对应的平面的至少一个防旋转爪部形成在所述活塞的内周表面上。
