属于纺织品染整技术领域,具体涉及用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆及其制备方法和使用方法。包括以下原料按照重量份数组成:丙烯酸树脂30份,印花浆30份,乳化剂3份,增艳剂5份,流平剂3份,匀染剂2份,糊料5份,有机颜料7份,纯净水15份。本发明提高的用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆及其制备方法和使用方法,采用环保的有机颜料红、黄、蓝、黑和丙稀酸树脂HDL及CMC印花糊料,经过复合加工,制备一种能替代活性染料印花的环保水性绒面浆,同时可利用现有的平网、圆网印花设备进行直接印花,在印花工艺流程中免去了蒸化、水洗等传统工艺流程,从而达到了绿色印染和生态排放的要求。

背景技术
由于传统的活性染料在印花过程中需要制浆---印花---焙烘---蒸化---水洗---焙烘---定型七道工艺流程,容易产生大量的印染废水和废气排放,工艺流程复杂,水电汽的能耗较大,属于传统的落后产能。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种环保的用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆及其制备方法和使用方法,能替代活性染料印花的环保水性绒面浆,减少污染排放和节能能耗。
具体的技术方案为:
用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆,包括以下原料按照重量份数组成:
丙烯酸树脂30份,印花浆30份,乳化剂3份,增艳剂5份,流平剂3份,匀染剂2份,糊料5份,有机颜料7份,纯净水15份。
用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆的制备方法,包括以下过程:
丙烯酸树脂、印花浆、乳化剂、增艳剂 、流平剂 、匀染剂 、糊料和纯净水按比例混合,利用高速分散机进行充分搅拌,以每分钟500-900的转速,搅拌30分钟后加入有机颜料进行制浆,再经充分搅拌5分钟后经真空过滤。
用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆的使用方法:采用平网、圆网印花机,进行印花、焙烘、定型。
本发明提高的用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆及其制备方法和使用方法,采用环保的有机颜料红、黄、蓝、黑和改性的水性丙稀酸树脂HDL及CMC印花糊料,经过复合加工,制备一种能替代活性染料印花的环保水性绒面浆,同时可利用现有的平网、圆网印花设备进行直接印花,在印花工艺流程中免去了蒸化、水洗等传统工艺流程,从而达到了绿色印染和生态排放的要求。

结合实施例说明本发明的具体实施方法。
实施例1
用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆,包括以下原料按照重量份数组成:
丙烯酸树脂30份,SMS印花浆30份,DOP乳化剂3份,SMZ增艳剂5份,SML流平剂3份,SMO匀染剂2份,CMC糊料5份,有机颜料7份,纯净水15份。
本实施例中所述的有机颜料为红、黄、蓝、黑等颜料,采用绍兴市天基印刷材料厂生产的专利产品,专利号:ZL201210522069.1。
SMS印花浆 、DOP乳化剂、SMZ增艳剂 、SML流平剂和SMO匀染剂由绍兴市天基印刷材料厂提供。
实施例2
用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆的制备方法,包括以下过程:
丙烯酸树脂 、SMS印花浆、DOP乳化剂、SMZ增艳剂 、SML流平剂 、SMO匀染剂 、CMC糊料和纯净水按比例混合,利用高速分散机进行充分搅拌,以每分钟500-900的转速,搅拌30分钟后加入有机颜料进行制浆,再经充分搅拌5分钟后经真空过滤。
实施例3
用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆的使用方法:
采用平网、圆网印花机,进行印花、焙烘、定型。
印花工艺流程由于釆用了环保的水性绒面浆料HDL替代了活性染料,免去了焙烘、蒸化、水洗等工艺流程。从而有效减少了印染废水的排放,节约了水电汽能源,行业优势明显和经济效益显著。
相比于传统的印花粘合剂,具有手感柔软,色彩鲜艳、立体感强的优势,同时印制成品的干摩和湿摩牢度均达到了三级以上,且不含对人体有害的甲醛等24种化学物质,符合环保要求。
相比于传统的活性染料印花,由于省去了蒸化水洗等工艺流程、节能环保,同时可有效减少50%以上印染污水的排放,产能可提升30%以上,水电汽可节约50%以上。
平网、圆网印花设备属于我国的传统印花设备,本发明的新材料新工艺由于将传统的印花工艺流程缩减了50%以上,节约了企业场地和设备投入,产能比原来的工艺流程明显提升了30%以上,各方面的经济效益明显。

1.用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆,其特征在于,包括以下原料按照重量份数组成:
丙烯酸树脂30份,印花浆30份,乳化剂3份,增艳剂5份,流平剂3份,匀染剂2份,糊料5份,有机颜料7份,纯净水15份。
2.用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下过程:
丙烯酸树脂、印花浆、乳化剂、增艳剂 、流平剂 、匀染剂 、糊料和纯净水按比例混合,利用高速分散机进行充分搅拌,以每分钟500-900的转速,搅拌30分钟后加入有机颜料进行制浆,再经充分搅拌5分钟后经真空过滤。
3.用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下过程:采用平网、圆网印花机,用所述的用于全棉绒布的水性绒面浆直接进行印花,然后焙烘、定型。
