Abstract

本发明公开了这样一种卧式静态固态发酵罐,为解决已有立式静态固态发酵罐存在的工作效率较低,无法监测微生物的发酵过程,易影响产品质量,增加成本的不足,本发明采取在所述夹套上安装有压力安全阀和压力传感器,在内壳(3)一端设置有便于托盘车(10)进出的平移门结构(11),在内壳(3)另一端安装有风叶(5),风叶(5)通过转轴与设置在外壳(2)上的电机(6)连接,托盘通过托盘车(10)和轨道(9)与内壳(3)连接,并且将轨道(9)安装在蒸汽管(8)上方,在外壳(2)上设置有至少二个能连通外壳(2)和内壳(3)的取样口(7)。从而具有工作效率高、能有效监测微生物的发酵过程,确保产品质量的优点。

卧式静态固态发酵罐
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发酵设备,尤其是涉及一种由外壳、内壳、温度传感器、湿度传感器、压力安全阀、接种管、托盘和夹套组成的卧式静态固态发酵罐。
背景技术
《中国酿造》2006年笫9期笫49页公开了一种立式静态固态发酵罐,其结构特点是:由外壳、内壳、温度传感器、湿度传感器、压力安全阀、接种管、托盘和夹套组成,包括保温层和盘管的夹套设置在外壳和内壳之间,接种管穿过外壳和内壳置于内壳内,在内壳内还设置有托盘,在内壳上安装有温度传感器、湿度传感器和压力安全阀,在内壳内底部设置有蒸汽管,顶端罐盖用法兰与罐体联接,通过液压装置全开式,托盘架通过电动葫芦上下升降;罐体底部外装电远红外加热装置。因此,该结构需配置电动葫芦,导致工作效率较低。又由于无法监测微生物的发酵过程,易影响产品质量,增加成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工作效率高、能有效监测微生物的发酵过程,确保产品质量的卧式静态固态发酵罐。
为达到上述目的,本发明卧式静态固态发酵罐,由外壳、内壳、温度传感器、湿度传感器、压力安全阀、接种管、托盘和夹套组成,包括保温层和盘管的夹套设置在外壳和内壳之间,接种管穿过外壳和内壳置于内壳内,在内壳内还设置有托盘,在内壳上安装有温度传感器、湿度传感器和压力安全阀,在内壳内底部设置有蒸汽管,在所述夹套上安装有压力安全阀和压力传感器,在内壳一端设置有便于托盘车进出的平移门结构,在内壳另一端安装有风叶,风叶通过转轴与设置在外壳上的电机连接,托盘通过托盘车和轨道与内壳连接,并且将轨道安装在蒸汽管上方,在外壳上设置有至少二个能连通外壳和内壳的取样口。
所述平移门结构包括控制柜、门支架和平移门,在门支架内安装有平移门,将控制柜设置在门支架侧部。
将所述平移门结构与外壳设置成L状。
在所述风叶与内壳之间的内壳上设置有能将气流导向托盘的喇叭状导流器。
采用这种结构后,由于在所述夹套上安装有压力安全阀和压力传感器,在内壳一端设置有便于托盘车进出的平移门结构,在内壳另一端安装有风叶,风叶通过转轴与设置在外壳上的电机连接,托盘通过托盘车和轨道与内壳连接,并且将轨道安装在蒸汽管上方,在外壳上设置有至少二个能连通外壳和内壳的取样口,能有效监测微生物的发酵过程。从而达到工作效率高、确保产品质量的目的。

具体实施方式
附图1所示本发明卧式静态固态发酵罐,由外壳2、内壳3、温度传感器、湿度传感器、压力安全阀、接种管1、托盘和夹套组成,包括保温层和盘管的夹套设置在外壳2和内壳3之间,将横截面呈半圆形的盘管缠绕在内壳3上,在盘管与外壳2之间设置有保温层,接种管1穿过外壳2和内壳3置于内壳3内,在内壳3内还设置有托盘,在内壳3上安装有温度传感器、湿度传感器和压力安全阀,在内壳3内底部设置有蒸汽管8,在所述夹套上安装有压力安全阀和压力传感器,在内壳3一端设置有便于托盘车10进出的平移门结构11,在内壳3另一端安装有风叶5,风叶5通过转轴与设置在外壳2上的电机6连接,托盘通过托盘车10和轨道9与内壳3连接,并且将轨道9安装在蒸汽管8上方,在外壳2上设置有至少二个能连通外壳2和内壳3的取样口7。
附图2所示所述平移门结构11包括控制柜13、门支架14和平移门12,在门支架14内安装有平移门12,将控制柜13设置在门支架14侧部;将所述平移门结构11与外壳2设置成L状。
附图1所示在所述风叶5与内壳3之间的内壳3上设置有能将气流导向托盘的喇叭状导流器4。

Claims (4)

1.一种卧式静态固态发酵罐,由外壳、内壳、温度传感器、湿度传感器、压力安全阀、接种管、托盘和夹套组成,包括保温层和盘管的夹套设置在外壳和内壳之间,接种管穿过外壳和内壳置于内壳内,在内壳内还设置有托盘,在内壳上安装有温度传感器、湿度传感器和压力安全阀,在内壳内底部设置有蒸汽管,其特征在于:在所述夹套上安装有压力安全阀和压力传感器,在内壳(3)一端设置有便于托盘车(10)进出的平移门结构(11),在内壳(3)另一端安装有风叶(5),风叶(5)通过转轴与设置在外壳(2)上的电机(6)连接,托盘通过托盘车(10)和轨道(9)与内壳(3)连接,并且将轨道(9)安装在蒸汽管(8)上方,在外壳(2)上设置有至少二个能连通外壳(2)和内壳(3)的取样口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卧式静态固态发酵罐,其特征在于:所述平移门结构(11)包括控制柜(13)、门支架(14)和平移门(12),在门支架(14)内安装有平移门(12),将控制柜(13)设置在门支架(14)侧部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卧式静态固态发酵罐,其特征在于:将所述平移门结构(11)与外壳(2)设置成L状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卧式静态固态发酵罐,其特征在于:在所述风叶(5)与内壳(3)之间的内壳(3)上设置有能将气流导向托盘的喇叭状导流器(4)。
