一种综合性能较好的切削液,涉及工业冷却润滑技术领域,其组分的重量配比为:脂肪油15‑25%,无机盐10‑20%,极压添加剂1‑5%,防锈剂0.2‑0.5%,防腐剂0.4‑0.8%,消泡剂0.2‑0.6%,表面活性剂1‑3%,余量为去离子水。该切削液同时兼有良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释等特点,而且稳定性较好,久置也不会变质。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业冷却润滑技术领域,特别涉及一种综合性能较好的切削液。
背景技术
在机械加工中,为了获得较好的零件加工质量,所使用的切削液必须具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释等特点。当前市场上的切削液难以同时兼有良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释等特点,而且稳定性不是太好,久置容易变质,失去效用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好综合性能的切削液。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种综合性能较好的切削液,其组分的重量配比为:脂肪油15-25%,无机盐10-20%,极压添加剂1-5%,防锈剂0.2-0.5%,防腐剂0.4-0.8%,消泡剂0.2-0.6%,表面活性剂1-3%,余量为去离子水。所述的脂肪油为牛脂、羊毛脂、猪油、糠油、菜籽油、豆油中的至少一种。所述的无机盐为硼酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐中的至少一种。所述的极压添加剂为氯系极压添加剂、硫系极压添加剂、磷系极压添加剂、有机金属化合物系极压添加剂中的至少一种。所述的防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、十二烯基丁二酸中的至少一种。所述的防腐剂为山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种。所述的消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂、聚醚类消泡剂、聚醚改性有机硅类消泡剂中的至少一种。
本发明取得的有益效果在于:本发明提供的综合性能较好的切削液经四球实验测定,其具有较高的PB值,磨斑直径较小,说明其具有良好的抗磨损性能及润滑性能,更加重要的是,本发明提供的综合性能较好的切削液防锈防腐能力强,可以久置也不会变质。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
一种综合性能较好的切削液,其组分的重量配比为:羊毛脂15%,硼酸盐10%,氯系极压添加剂1%,十二烯基丁二酸0.2%,山梨酸钾0.4%,有机硅类消泡剂0.2%,表面活性剂1%,余量为去离子水。所述切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将羊毛脂和表面活性剂混合均匀,然后加入硼酸盐、氯系极压添加剂、十二烯基丁二酸、山梨酸钾、去离子水搅拌均匀在50℃反应60分钟,再加入有机硅类消泡剂搅拌均匀,静置冷却即可得到上述切削液。通过四球实验测试所得到的综合性能较好的切削液的最大无卡咬负荷值PB为83kg。
实施例2
一种综合性能较好的切削液,其组分的重量配比为:羊毛脂15%,牛脂10%,硼酸盐10%,钼酸盐10%,氯系极压添加剂2%,硫系极压添加剂3%,石油磺酸盐0.3%,十二烯基丁二酸0.2%,山梨酸钾0.4%,苯甲酸钠0.4%,有机硅类消泡剂0.3%,聚醚类消泡剂0.3%,表面活性剂3%,余量为去离子水。所述切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将羊毛脂、牛脂和表面活性剂混合均匀,然后加入硼酸盐、钼酸盐、氯系极压添加剂、硫系极压添加剂、石油磺酸盐、十二烯基丁二酸、山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、去离子水搅拌均匀在50℃反应60分钟,再加入有机硅类消泡剂、聚醚类消泡剂搅拌均匀,静置冷却即可得到上述切削液。通过四球实验测试所得到的综合性能较好的切削液的最大无卡咬负荷值PB为91kg。
实施例3
一种综合性能较好的切削液,其组分的重量配比为:羊毛脂10%,牛脂9%,硼酸盐7%,钼酸盐8%,氯系极压添加剂2%,硫系极压添加剂2%,石油磺酸盐0.1%,十二烯基丁二酸0.2%,山梨酸钾0.4%,苯甲酸钠0.2%,有机硅类消泡剂0.3%,聚醚类消泡剂0.1%,表面活性剂2%,余量为去离子水。所述切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将羊毛脂、牛脂和表面活性剂混合均匀,然后加入硼酸盐、钼酸盐、氯系极压添加剂、硫系极压添加剂、石油磺酸盐、十二烯基丁二酸、山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、去离子水搅拌均匀在50℃反应60分钟,再加入有机硅类消泡剂、聚醚类消泡剂搅拌均匀,静置冷却即可得到上述切削液。通过四球实验测试所得到的综合性能较好的切削液的最大无卡咬负荷值PB为86kg。

1.一种综合性能较好的切削液,其组分的重量配比为:脂肪油15-25%,无机盐10-20%,极压添加剂1-5%,防锈剂0.2-0.5%,防腐剂0.4-0.8%,消泡剂0.2-0.6%,表面活性剂1-3%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合性能较好的切削液,其特征在于,所述的脂肪油为牛脂、羊毛脂、猪油、糠油、菜籽油、豆油中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合性能较好的切削液,其特征在于,所述的无机盐为硼酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合性能较好的切削液,其特征在于,所述的极压添加剂为氯系极压添加剂、硫系极压添加剂、磷系极压添加剂、有机金属化合物系极压添加剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合性能较好的切削液,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、十二烯基丁二酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合性能较好的切削液,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合性能较好的切削液,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂、聚醚类消泡剂、聚醚改性有机硅类消泡剂中的至少一种。
