3.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆包线漆,其特征在于:优选的成分配比为:双酚A型环氧树脂20份、丁基橡胶12份、异氰酸酯5份、羟基树脂15份、丙烯酸乳液15份、甘油三月桂酸酯12份、聚四氟乙烯12份、超细氧化锌12份、云母粉9份、纳米级硅微粉12份、白炭黑5份、聚丙烯酸酯15份、羟乙基纤维素4份,轻钙粉4份、钛白粉5份、丙酮-N-甲基吡咯烷酮12份、羟基磷灰石纳米颗粒8份、交联剂TAC6份以及五氧化二钒5份。
4.实现权利要求1所述的一种漆包线漆的制备工艺,其特征在于: 其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将超细氧化锌、云母粉、纳米级硅微粉、白炭黑、轻钙粉、钛白粉、羟基磷灰石纳米颗粒混合后加入研磨机中研磨,研磨后过100目筛,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入双酚A型环氧树脂、丁基橡胶、异氰酸酯、羟基树脂、丙烯酸乳液、甘油三月桂酸酯、聚四氟乙烯,混合后加入搅拌釜中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为1000-2000转/分,搅拌时间为10-20min,之后静置1h,得到混合物B;
C、在混合物B中加入交联剂TAC以及五氧化二钒,混合后加入反应容器中进行低温加热,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为30min,加热过程中不断搅拌,之后缓慢冷却至常温,即得到漆包线漆。
