本发明公开了一种简易式黄粑切块装置，包括刀片（2）、连接杆（4）、压板（6），其特征在于：刀片（2）两侧可旋转地装有连接杆（4），连接杆（4）底端装有压板（6），且压板（6）与连接杆（4）之间可以旋转地连接，刀片（2）底部设置有尖刺部（7），刀片（2）顶部装有把手（1），刀片（2）与连接杆（4）之间通过铰链A（3）相连接，压板（6）与连接杆（4）之间通过铰链B（5）相连接。本发明结构简单、高效可行、稳定可靠、使用便捷，适合黄粑等黏性物料的切块推广使用。

技术领域
本发明属于食品制作技术领域，具体来说涉及一种简易式黄粑切块装置。
背景技术
黄粑是西南地区非常有名的传统小吃，因味美价廉深受人们喜爱。黄粑的制作过程较为繁杂，具体包括以下过程：选料-蒸制-拌制-收汗-成型-晾坯-蒸制-保存。黄粑的成型过程是非常重要的环节。
现有技术中，黄粑的成型装置主要存在以下缺陷：（1）无专门针对黄粑切块加工的结构，通常需要手工完成；（2）黄粑具有很强的粘性，成型的黄粑块在推出模腔、切块分离过程中容易损坏黄粑形状，影响成品质量；（3）制作结构复杂，操作过程不便，导致加工效率低下。以上诸多问题的存在都严重影响黄粑的制作效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供的一种结构简单、高效可行、稳定可靠、使用便捷的简易式黄粑切块装置。
本发明目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的：
本发明的简易式黄粑切块装置，包括刀片、连接杆、压板，其中：刀片两侧可旋转地装有连接杆，连接杆底端装有压板，且压板与连接杆之间可以旋转地连接，刀片底部设置有尖刺部。
上述简易式黄粑切块装置，其中：刀片顶部装有把手。
上述简易式黄粑切块装置，其中：刀片与连接杆之间通过铰链A相连接。
上述简易式黄粑切块装置，其中：压板与连接杆之间通过铰链B相连接。
本发明同现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。由以上技术方案可知，本发明的简易式黄粑切块装置中，刀片两侧可旋转地装有连接杆，刀片与连接杆之间通过铰链A相连接，实现了连接杆绕铰链A的旋转，便于使用时向下旋转，闲置时向上旋转；连接杆底端装有压板，压板与连接杆之间通过铰链B相连接，实现了压板绕铰链B的旋转，便于根据推压黄粑块的位置使压板与黄粑块表面较好地接触，避免了在推出成型模、切块分离过程中损坏黄粑块的形状；刀片底部设置有尖刺部，方便了黄粑块的切割；刀片顶部装有把手，便于刀片的下压与上提。总之，本发明结构简单、高效可行、稳定可靠、使用便捷，适合黄粑等黏性物料的切块推广使用。

参见图1至图2，本发明的简易式黄粑切块装置，包括刀片2、连接杆4、压板6，其中：刀片2两侧可旋转地装有连接杆4，连接杆4底端装有压板6，且压板6与连接杆4之间可以旋转地连接，刀片2底部设置有尖刺部7。刀片2顶部装有把手1。刀片2与连接杆4之间通过铰链A3相连接。压板6与连接杆4之间通过铰链B5相连接。
使用时，参见图3，根据黄粑块9的切块需求选择合适的位置，下压把手1使刀片2对黄粑块9进行切块，然后向下旋转连接杆4使压板6与黄粑块9的上表面较好接触，提升把手1同时向下旋转接杆4使切好的黄粑块9与刀片2分离，避免了在推出成型模8、切块分离过程中损坏黄粑块9的形状。本发明结构简单、高效可行、稳定可靠、使用便捷，适合黄粑等黏性物料的切块推广使用。

3.如权利要求1所述的简易式黄粑切块装置，其特征在于：刀片（2）与连接杆（4）之间通过铰链A（3）相连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的简易式黄粑切块装置，其特征在于：压板（6）与连接杆（4）之间通过铰链B（5）相连接。
