一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种食品包装容器，特别是一种自动切割的果冻杯。
二、背景技术
目前，盛装果冻的塑料杯存在一个严重缺陷，即在儿童、老人食用时容易造成一口吞甚至噎哽而亡等安全隐患，此类事件常有发生。我国行业标准是果冻盛具口径最小为3.5cm，但是即使达到此标准，仍可能造成以上安全隐患。
三、发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是如何使果冻入口前变为小块，避免食用时造成一口吞等安全隐患的问题。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用的技术手段是：
它包括果冻杯本体，还包括切割网，切割网为网状结构设于盛具果冻杯本体内中上部截面处，并与盛具果冻杯连为一体。
由于本实用新型在盛具果冻杯内中上部截面处设有一切割网，大块的果冻用手捏压经过切割网时能自动切割为小块，食用时因切割网的阻割作用能避免造成一口吞安全隐患等问题。

五、具体实施方式
从图1可看出本实用新型是在现有的盛具果冻杯本体1的中上部横截面处设一切割网2，并与盛具果冻杯本体1连为一体，切割网2的网状结构还可有其它各种形式。制造时，可在现有果冻盛具基础上加上切割网2即可；也可改进现有模具，使盛具果冻杯本体1与切割网2一次成型。食用果冻时，只要捏压盛具果冻杯本体1中下方，大块果冻经切割网2自动切割即可变成小块，由于切割网的阻割作用，避免食用时造成一口吞等安全隐患。

1.一种自动切割的果冻杯，它包括盛具果冻杯本体(1)，其特征在于它还包括切割网(2)，所述切割网(2)为网状结构设于盛具果冻杯本体(1)内中上部截面处，并与盛具果冻杯本体(1)连为一体。
