技术领域
本发明涉及一种工艺品加工设备,尤其涉及一种透明有机玻璃磨抛割料一体机。
背景技术
透明有机玻璃生产需要经过磨抛、切割、镀膜、清洗和包装等工序,原来磨抛和切割都是分开加工,需要两台机器,占用空间大,制造成本高,同时原来无论是在磨抛还是切割工序中都是通过人工推料进行加工,自动化程度低,劳动强度大,生产效率低,还存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种占用空间小的透明有机玻璃磨抛割料一体机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:透明有机玻璃磨抛割料一体机,包括:机架和设置在机架内的方形槽,在所述方形槽内纵向滑动设置有工作台,在所述机架的纵向转动设置有螺杆,所述螺杆的一端伸出机架与纵向伺服减速电机的电机轴相连接,所述纵向伺服减速电固定设置在机架上,在所述工作台的下端设置有与螺杆相互配合的螺杆套,在所述工作平台上端左侧设置有左滑轨,左滑座横向滑动设置在左滑轨上,在所述左滑座的前端设置有第一驱动电机,在所述第一驱动电机的电机轴上设置有第一主动带轮,在所述第一驱动电机下端的左滑座上通过第一轴承座转动设置有第一转轴,在所述第一转轴的右端设置有磨抛辊,在所述第一转轴的左端设置有第一从动带轮,所述第一主动带轮与第一从动带轮之间通过第一传动带相连接,在所述左滑座的上端设置有第一伺服减速电机,在所述第一伺服减速电机的电机轴上设置有第一小齿轮,在所述工作平台上端左侧设置有右滑轨,右滑座横向滑动设置在右滑轨上,在所述右滑座的前端设置有第二驱动电机,在所述第二驱动电机的电机轴上设置有第二主动带轮,在所述第二驱动电机下端的右滑座上通过第二轴承座转动设置有第二转轴,在所述第二转轴的左端设置有割料辊,在所述第二转轴的右端设置有第二从动带轮,所述第二主动带轮与第二从动带轮之间通过第二传动带相连接,在所述右滑座的上端设置有第二伺服减速电机,在所述第二伺服减速电机的电机轴上设置有第二小齿轮,在所述机架的上端固定设置有与第一小齿轮和第二小齿轮相互配合的齿条。
本发明的优点是:上述透明有机玻璃磨抛割料一体机,结构新颖,将磨抛与切割集中在一台机器上实现两道工序,占用空间小,制造成本低,同时能够实现自动推料加工,自动化程度高,降低了工人的劳动强度,生产效率高,安全可靠。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,透明有机玻璃磨抛割料一体机,包括:机架1和设置在机架1内的方形槽2,在所述方形槽2内纵向滑动设置有工作台3,在所述机架1的纵向转动设置有螺杆4,所述螺杆4的一端伸出机架1与纵向伺服减速电机5的电机轴6相连接,所述纵向伺服减速电机5固定设置在机架1上,在所述工作台3的下端设置有与螺杆4相互配合的螺杆套41,在所述工作平台3上端左侧设置有左滑轨7,左滑座8横向滑动设置在左滑轨7上,在所述左滑座8的前端设置有第一驱动电机9,在所述第一驱动电机9的电机轴10上设置有第一主动带轮11,在所述第一驱动电机9下端的左滑座8上通过第一轴承座12转动设置有第一转轴13,在所述第一转轴13的右端设置有磨抛辊14,在所述第一转轴13的左端设置有第一从动带轮15,所述第一主动带轮11与第一从动带轮15之间通过第一传动带16相连接,在所述左滑座8的上端设置有第一伺服减速电机17,在所述第一伺服减速电机17的电机轴18上设置有第一小齿轮19,在所述工作平台3上端左侧设置有右滑轨20,右滑座21横向滑动设置在右滑轨20上,在所述右滑座21的前端设置有第二驱动电机22,在所述第二驱动电机22的电机轴23上设置有第二主动带轮24,在所述第二驱动电机22下端的右滑座21上通过第二轴承座25转动设置有第二转轴26,在所述第二转轴26的左端设置有割料辊27,在所述第二转轴26的右端设置有第二从动带轮28,所述第二主动带轮24与第二从动带轮28之间通过第二传动带29相连接,在所述右滑座21的上端设置有第二伺服减速电机30,在所述第二伺服减速电机30的电机轴31上设置有第二小齿轮32,在所述机架1的上端固定设置有与第一小齿轮19和第二小齿轮32相互配合的齿条33。
上述透明有机玻璃磨抛割料一体机进行磨抛时,将透明有机玻璃颗粒模板放置在工作台3上,启动第一减速伺服电机17,第一减速伺服电机17的电机轴18带动第一小齿轮19转动,第一小齿轮19在与其相互配合的齿条33上转动带动第一减速伺服电机17产生向右的横向位移,第一减速伺服电机17带动左滑座8在左滑轨7上横向向右移动,左滑座8带动第一驱动电机9和磨抛辊14向右移动至指定位置,启动第一驱动电机9,第一驱动电机9的电机轴10带动第一主动带轮11转动,第一主动带轮11通过第一传动带16带动第一从动带轮15转动,第一从动带轮15带动第一转轴13在第一轴承座12内转动,第一转轴13带动磨抛辊14转动,此时启动纵向伺服减速电机5,纵向伺服减速电机5的电机轴6带动螺杆4转动,螺杆4带动与其相互配合的螺杆套41在螺杆4上产生纵向位移,螺杆套41带动工作台3在方形槽2内纵向来回移动,工作台3带动透明有机玻璃颗粒模板移动至磨抛辊14下进行磨抛加工。
上述透明有机玻璃磨抛割料一体机进行割料时,磨抛辊14停止工作并复位,启动第二减速伺服电机30,第二减速伺服电机30的电机轴31带动第二小齿轮32转动,第二小齿轮32在与其相互配合的齿条33上转动带动第二减速伺服电机30产生向左的横向位移,第二减速伺服电机30带动右滑座21在右滑轨20上横向向左移动,右滑座21带动第二驱动电机22和割料辊27向左移动至指定位置,启动第二驱动电机22,第二驱动电机22的电机轴23带动第二主动带轮24转动,第二主动带轮24通过第二传动带29带动第二从动带轮28转动,第二从动带轮28带动第二转轴26在第二轴承座25内转动,第二转轴26带动割料
辊27转动,此时启动纵向伺服减速电机5,纵向伺服减速电机5的电机轴6带动螺杆4转动,螺杆4带动与其相互配合的螺杆套41在螺杆4上产生纵向位移,螺杆套41带动工作台3在方形槽2内纵向来回移动,工作台3带动透明有机玻璃颗粒模板移动至割料辊27下进行割料加工。
上述透明有机玻璃磨抛割料一体机,结构新颖,将磨抛与切割集中在一台机器上实现两道工序,占用空间小,制造成本低,同时能够实现自动推料加工,自动化程度高,降低了工人的劳动强度,生产效率高,安全可靠。
