多电池单元电池包括多个个体电池单元,其使用铅电池单元间连接件带串联连接。当每个电池单元提供2伏特功率时,能够形成多电池单元电池以提供2伏特功率的任何倍数。
常见做法是分接多电池单元电池以为诸如电池监测器的装置供电。通常,铅电池单元间连接件带中的一个或多个被分接以借助于螺钉或螺纹插入件和螺栓连接电线。然而,通过这些将导线连接到电池是耗时的,因为要求若干工具且要求进行若干步骤。首先,使用电钻在电池单元间连接件中钻孔。第二,使用锤子将插入件压配合到铅中。最后,使用螺栓将导线连接固定到插入件,螺栓通过电钻或手动螺丝刀转动。

发明内容

Claims (20)
1.一种适于附接到多电池单元电池的电池单元间连接件的电气连接件组件,所述组件包括:
适于配合到所述电池单元间连接件上的导电夹;所述导电夹包括适于接收电气连接件的连接件部分;
包括连接到所述连接件部分的电气连接件的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述电池单元间连接件是细长的,且所述导电夹的所述连接件部分从所述夹横向突出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述导电夹包括至少一个倒钩,所述至少一个倒钩从所述导电夹朝所述电池单元间连接件延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其还包括非导电盖,所述非导电盖适于配合覆于所述导电夹的至少一部分之上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其特征在于,所述盖包括监测条。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组件,其特征在于,所述导电夹的所述电气连接件至少部分突出到所述盖的外侧。
7.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其特征在于,所述盖包括导线管理装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组件,其特征在于,所述导线管理装置卡扣到所述盖上。
9.根据权利要求7所述的组件,其特征在于,所述导线管理装置是包括可附接端部的柔性材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述装置包括传感器,所述传感器指示在电池中的电池单元电解液水平的状况。
11.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述装置包括导线。
12.一种导电元件,其包括:
包括两个端部的细长主体,所述细长主体适于配合到电池单元间连接件,所述电池单元间连接件使至少两个电池终端互连,
其特征在于,所述细长主体的至少一个端部包括用于接收装置连接件的突伸。
13.根据权利要求12所述的导电元件,其特征在于,所述细长主体包括至少一个倒钩,其中,所述倒钩提供在所述导电元件和所述电池单元间连接件之间的电气且物理连接。
14.根据权利要求12所述的导电元件,其特征在于,所述导电元件被容纳在盖内。
15.根据权利要求14所述的导电元件,其特征在于,所述盖包括导线管理装置。
16.根据权利要求15所述的导电元件,其特征在于,所述导线管理装置卡扣到所述盖上。
17.一种电池组件,其包括:
包括至少一个电池单元间连接件的多电池单元电池;
导电夹,其配合覆于所述电池单元间连接件之上且包括连接件部分;及
连接到所述连接件部分的导线。
18.根据权利要求17所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述导电夹是弹簧夹。
19.根据权利要求17所述的电池组件,其还包括非导电盖,所述非导电盖配合覆于所述导电夹和所述电池单元间连接件之上。
20.根据权利要求19所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述盖包括导线管理装置,所述导线定位在所述导线管理装置内。
