可用于构成套管的聚合物或聚合物中的至少一种,或者至少用于复合材料的套管的塑料基质可以全部为热塑性聚合物,非限制性地诸如PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)、聚酰胺(例如,PA 6、PA 6.6、PA 4.6)或这些聚合物中的数种的混合物。
套节可非限制性地由不锈钢、进行了或未进行表面处理的钢或例如包括铝的金属合金制成。
一般而言:
-套管可由塑料或具有塑料基质的复合材料注射模制成并且具有径向内部面,至少一个圆周的凸边被模制在该径向内部面上,该至少一个圆周的凸边处于由金属制成的套节的所述管状部分的对面,所述至少一个凸边适合于与所述管道的径向外部面(优选地是波纹状的)配合,有利地,这至少一个凸边构成了一系列用于套管的波纹,这一系列用于套管的波纹使得能够改善管道的整体保持力;以及
-套节的所述管状部分可具有至少一个圆周的凸起部,该至少一个圆周的凸起部通过轧制得到并且适合于与用于被套管夹紧的所述管道的内部面配合。
柔性的管道可由从橡胶和热塑性弹性体(TPE)之中选择的弹性体材料制成。
根据本发明的另一个总的方面,设备可包含所述密封衬套,该密封衬套被容纳在所述槽中并且包括至少一个密封件(例如O形环或唇形密封件)。
根据本发明的另一个特征,所述隆起部可大致在全部所述径向台阶部高度上以径向细长向内的方式从套管的所述径向内部部分延伸。
有利地,所述隆起部可在全部所述径向台阶部高度上延伸并且沿轴向截面具有椭圆形的或异形的几何形状,该几何形状是径向细长的并且终止于径向内边缘,该径向内边缘压靠套节的所述管状部分。
应注意的是,隆起部的该径向细长的形状赋予了该隆起部扁平的轴向几何形状,因此,该轴向几何形状的圆周尺寸大于该隆起部分别沿径向方向和轴向方向的宽度,优选地,该圆周尺寸为宽度的至少两倍,并且例如为至少四倍。
更为有利地,所述轴向几何形状:
-如果该轴向几何形状是椭圆形的,则该轴向几何形状大致可以是截顶矩形的形状,该形状具有两个径向大边和两个轴向的圆拱形的小边(“截顶矩形”在这里意指隆起部的大边被与套管的其余部分连接,该大边仅部分可见),以及

根据本发明的用于如上文所限定的联接设备的生产方法包括下述步骤:
a)围绕套节设置套管的坯件,该套管具有塑料的或包含塑料基质的复合材料的被注射模制的基座部,以使得套节的所述轴向端部被卡在套管的所述径向内部部分中,该径向内部部分在套节的所述管状部分的对面轴向地延伸为所述坯件的轴向环形突出部,之后
b)优选地通过热铆(bouterollage)对所述轴向环形突出部进行加热并且使其热塑性变形,以使该轴向环形突出部变形为套管的所述隆起部。
典型地,“热铆”指代被用于通过由塑料制成的部件的局部变形在数个部件之间建立机械连接的技术,该技术通过对该材料进行镦粗(refoulement)来实施。
有利地,在步骤b)中可以使用超声波发生器来实施加热和塑性变形,该超声波发生器与将来自于产生的超声波的振动能量返回到所述轴向环形突出部的超声波发生器有关。
替代地,在步骤b)中可以使用从下述项构成的组中选择的技术来执行加热:旋转摩擦、振动摩擦、电加热镜、热空气鼓风、红外辐射和激光辐射。

具体实施方式
在本说明书中,表述“在前方”或“前方”指代沿着凸形端部件、套节、套管和管道的对称轴线X的相对位置,该表述是指朝向凸形端部件的插入方向这一侧(即,朝向锁定构件),“在后方”或“后方”指代沿着轴线X转向离开该方向(即,管道这一侧)的相对位置。
根据本发明的和在图5、图6和图7中示出的联接设备1、1'、1"基本包括:
-管状的套管10、10",该套管具有塑料的或包含塑料基质的复合材料的基座部,该基座部夹紧柔性的管道20并且使用U形的锁定销11轴向地锁定刚性的凸形端部件30(在图5中部分可见),该锁定销穿过套管10、10"安装并且与凸形端部件30的周缘突出部31配合(销11在该示例中包括被夹头结合在一起的两个弹性的锁定翼,所述夹头被横向地和可逆地按动穿过形成在套管10、10"的前部中的一对孔12,以在凸形端部件30完全插入以后通过抵靠突出部31扣接在锁定位置来阻止该套管),

图1至图4示出了套节40的轴向端部44被套管10的轴向区域17和径向区域18夹紧,以被卡在后部部分15中。在图5的示例中,该套节的管状部分41具有通过轧制得到的圆周的凸起部45,一旦进行安装,管道20通过其内部面的变形夹紧该凸起部。在示出的示例中,台阶部43通过第一圆拱过渡部46被连接到轴向端部44以及通过第二圆拱过渡部47被连接到管状部分41。
通过套管10与套节40的结合得到接纳衬套50的槽51,并且该槽包括:
-两个圆周的和径向的槽侧壁,这两个槽侧壁分别为前壁和后壁,其中前壁由套管10的径向区域18形成,后壁由台阶部43形成,以及
-圆周的槽底部,该槽底部由套节40的轴向端部44形成。
如图1-4所示,通过使套管10的坯件10'所包括的在该套管的径向内部部分16处、在套节40的管状部分41的对面的轴向环形突出部13'热塑性变形得到环形的径向隆起部13。在这些附图的示例中,轴向环形突出部13'沿轴向截面具有尖头的自由端并且与套管10的径向外部部分19被环形的轴向凹口19a分开,该轴向凹口的径向外部轴向边缘延伸为圆周的轴向面19b。径向外部部分19位于管状部分41的对面并且用于夹紧管道20。
通过热铆(例如通过被安装在位于突出部13'附近的超声波发生系统上的超声波发生器的作用)来完成轴向突出部13'的该塑性变形。在该热铆之后,得到了呈截顶矩形的形式的椭圆形的隆起部13,该截顶矩形具有被两个圆拱连接区域连接的两个大的前径向边和后径向边以及两个小的轴向边,这两个圆拱连接区域形成了隆起部13的均为凸面的(即,具有形状大致为圆弧的截面)径向外边缘131和径向内边缘132。如图3-4所示,这种热铆通过使轴向突出部13'轴向变平以及径向变宽来使该轴向突出部变形为隆起部13,这样使得引起了凹口19a消失。
图3-4示出了因此得到的隆起部13包括:
-径向外侧部分13a,该径向外侧部分从套节40的轴向端部44向外径向地延伸直至外边缘131,该外边缘被安装成与径向外部部分19的轴向的面19b接触,以及
-径向内侧部分13b,该径向内侧部分具有大致等于外侧部分13a的高度的径向高度,该径向内侧部分朝向该轴向端部44的内部径向地延伸到内边缘132,该内边缘被安装成与台阶部43和管状部分41接触。
因此,应当理解的是,隆起部13具有明显大于台阶部43的径向高度H1的总体径向高度H2,并且在示出的示例中,该总体径向高度大于该台阶部的径向高度的两倍(H2>2H1)。
图5和图6示出了在管道20被折卷之后管道20的内端部21有利地被安装成轴向地抵靠隆起部13的后部面,因此,所述隆起部13被轴向地卡在台阶部43与管道20之间并且在隆起部和管道20的整个径向高度H2上在前部与该台阶部接触以及与在后部与该管道接触。
图7中示出的设备1"与图6的设备的不同之处仅在于套管10"的隆起部13",该隆起部包括后部面13c",该后部面沿轴向截面不是直的(与隆起部13的径向后部面不同),而是在径向外侧部分13a"的径向外边缘131"与隆起部13"的径向内侧部分13b"的径向内边缘132"之间为具有圆弧形状的凸面。因此,该隆起部13具有异形的轴向截面,即,特征在于轴向的宽度,该轴向的宽度朝向与该隆起部接触的台阶部43的径向内部减小,并且该轴向的宽度赋予了隆起部13"爪形的轴向截面,该爪形的轴向截面具有沿径向方向的直的前部面并且具有圆拱的后部面。
参照本发明的上文所描述的示例实施例,应当注意的是,密封衬套50可被自由地附接到套节40、40'或者例如通过二次模制可被固定到该套节。

Claims (18)

1.一种适合于将刚性的凸形端部件(30)连接到柔性的凹形管道(20)的联接设备(1,1',1"),所述设备包括:
-套管(10,10"),所述套管适合于夹紧所述管道并且轴向地锁定所述端部件,所述套管具有径向内部部分(16),所述径向内部部分用于包围环形的密封衬套(50),所述密封衬套被安装成压在所述端部件上,以及
-套节(40,40'),所述套节包括用于被所述管道夹紧的管状部分(41,41'),并且所述套节终止于箍圈(42),所述箍圈包括径向的台阶部(43),所述台阶部延伸为所述套节的轴向端部(44)并且具有径向台阶部高度(H1),所述轴向端部被径向地安装在所述径向内部部分内部并且与所述径向内部部分接触,所述轴向端部构成了适合于接纳所述衬套的环形的槽(51)的底部,
所述设备包括装配装置(13),所述装配装置适合于将所述套管机械地装配到所述箍圈,并且所述装配装置包括连续的圆周的隆起部(13,13"),所述隆起部与所述套管被成型为单个部件,
其特征在于,所述隆起部在所述径向台阶部高度的大部分上径向地延伸突出压靠所述台阶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的联接设备(1,1',1"),其特征在于,所述隆起部(13,13")大致在全部所述径向台阶部高度(H1)上以径向细长向内的方式从所述套管(10,10")的所述径向内部部分(16)延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的联接设备(1,1',1"),其特征在于,所述隆起部(13,13")在全部所述径向台阶部高度(H1)上延伸并且沿轴向截面具有椭圆形的或异形的几何形状,所述几何形状是径向细长的并且终止于径向内边缘(132),所述径向内边缘压靠所述套节(40,40')的所述管状部分(41,41')。
4.根据权利要求3所述的联接设备(1,1'),其特征在于,所述几何形状是椭圆形的并且大致是截顶矩形的形状,所述截顶矩形的形状具有两个径向大边和两个轴向的圆拱形的小边。
5.根据权利要求3所述的联接设备(1'),其特征在于,所述几何形状是异形的,所述几何形状具有在所述径向台阶部高度(H1)上径向向内减小的轴向宽度,所述隆起部(13")具有凸面的外部轮廓,所述外部轮廓具有形状大致为圆弧的轴向截面。

10.根据权利要求9所述的联接设备(1,1',1"),其特征在于,所述套管的所述隆起部(13,13")通过使轴向环形突出部(13')热塑性变形来得到,所述套管(10,10")的所述径向内部部分(16)初始地在所述套节(40)的所述管状部分(41,41')的对面具有所述轴向环形突出部来代替所述隆起部。
11.根据前述权利要求中一项所述的联接设备(1,1',1"),其特征在于,对于所述套节(40,40'),所述台阶部(43)通过第一圆拱过渡部(46)被连接到所述轴向端部(44)和/或通过第二圆拱过渡部(47)被连接到所述管状部分(41,41')。

13.根据前述权利要求中一项所述的联接设备(1,1',1"),其特征在于,所述套节(40)的所述管状部分(41)具有至少一个圆周的凸起部(45),所述至少一个圆周的凸起部通过轧制得到并且适合于与用于被所述套管(10,10")夹紧的所述管道(20)的内部面配合。
