背景技术

滚动轴承组件1包括至少一个密封件24a,该密封件具有径向外端26a和径向内端28a,该径向外端接合在第二周向延伸密封槽12a内,该径向内端28a位于第一周向延伸密封槽6a中。压力槽14a位于至少一个密封件24a的轴向端面30a的内侧。在一个优选实施例中,卡线或卡环32a确保至少一个密封件24a在第二周向延伸密封槽12a中。在一个优选实施例中,O型圈34a布置在压力槽14a中、位于至少一个液压流体通道16a的出口20a和至少一个密封件24a之间。在图2中所示的另一实施例中,环形突起36与至少一个密封件24′一体地形成,并且环形突起36位于压力槽14a中。
在图3A所示的第一未加压操作条件下,至少一个密封件24a的径向内端28a接触在径向内圈2上的第一周向延伸密封槽6a。在图3B中所示的第二操作条件下,加压液压流体供应给至少一个液压流体通道16a,并且至少一个密封件24a在轴向方向上向外移动使得至少一个密封件24a的径向内端28a从径向内圈2脱离。如图1和图2所示,弹簧或波形垫圈38a、38b设置在卡环32a、32b之间,以使密封件24a、24b沿轴向向内偏移。在操作期间,加压液压流体迫使O型圈34a、34b沿轴向向外抵靠密封件24a、24b,并且当不提供加压液压流体时,弹簧垫圈或波形垫圈38a、38b迫使密封件24a、24b返回到其初始未加压位置。
在图1所示的实施例中,径向内圈2包括布置在内滚道4的轴向两侧上的两个第一周向延伸密封槽6a、6b,径向外圈8包括布置在外滚道10的轴向两侧上的两个第二周向延伸密封槽12a、12b,并且第二周向延伸密封槽12a、12b分别包括一个压力槽14a、14b。在该布置中,提供两个密封件24a、24b,密封件分别包括径向外端26a、26b和径向内端28a、28b,该径向外端接合在第二周向延伸密封槽12a、12b的相应一者内,该径向内端位于第一周向延伸密封槽6a、6b的相应一者中。该布置还包括两个液压流体通道16a、16b,两个液压流体通道16a、16b各自包括入口18a、18b和出口20a、20b,并且出口20a、20b连接到压力槽14a、14b的相应一者。该构造可以有利地用于在使用期间轴向两侧均被暴露的轴承。然而,提供单个密封件24a的布置也在本发明的范围内。在图1所示的实施例中,滚动轴承组件1包括保持架38。
还提供了用于调节滚动轴承组件1中密封件24a的轴向位置的方法。该方法包括提供滚动轴承组件1,该滚动轴承组件包括径向内圈2,该径向内圈2界定内滚道4并且包括第一周向延伸密封槽6a。径向外圈8界定外滚道10并且包括第二周向延伸密封槽12a,该第二周向延伸密封槽中具有压力槽14a。至少一个液压流体通道16a包括入口18a和连接到压力槽14a的出口20a。滚动元件22被支撑在径向内圈2和径向外圈8之间,并且滚动元件22在内滚道4和外滚道10上滚动。至少一个密封件24a布置在径向内圈2和径向外圈8之间,该密封件包括径向外端26a和径向内端28a,该径向外端接合在第二周向延伸密封槽12a内,该径向内端位于第一周向延伸密封槽6a中,并且压力槽14a位于该至少一个密封件24a的轴向端面30a的内侧。该方法包括经由液压流体通道16a供应加压液压流体。该方法还包括经由来自至少一个液压流体通道16a的出口20a的加压液压流体使至少一个密封件24a从(a)第一位置(在图3A中示出)移动到(b)第二位置(在图3B中示出),其中,在第一位置处,至少一个密封件24a的径向内端28a接触在径向内圈2上的第一周向延伸密封槽6a,在第二位置处,至少一个密封件24a的径向内端28a从径向内圈2脱离。弹簧垫圈或波形垫圈38a、38b提供对加压液压流体力的反作用力,并且迫使密封件24a、24b返回到第一位置。

Claims (9)

1.一种滚动轴承组件,其包括:
径向内圈,其界定内滚道并且包括第一周向延伸密封槽;
径向外圈,其界定外滚道并且包括第二周向延伸密封槽和至少一个液压流体通道,所述第二周向延伸密封槽中具有压力槽,并且所述至少一个液压流体通道包括入口和连接到所述压力槽的出口;
滚动元件,其被支撑在所述径向内圈和所述径向外圈之间,所述滚动元件在所述内滚道和所述外滚道上滚动;和
至少一个密封件,其包括径向外端和径向内端,所述径向外端接合在所述第二周向延伸密封槽内,所述径向内端位于所述第一周向延伸密封槽中,并且所述压力槽位于所述至少一个密封件的轴向端面的内侧,
其中,在第一未加压操作条件下,所述至少一个密封件的所述径向内端接触在所述径向内圈上的所述第一周向延伸密封槽,并且在将加压液压流体供应给所述至少一个液压流体通道的第二操作条件下,所述至少一个密封件在轴向方向上向外移动,使得所述至少一个密封件的所述径向内端从所述径向内圈脱离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承组件,还包括卡线或卡环,所述卡线或所述卡环确保所述至少一个密封件在所述第二周向延伸密封槽中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滚动轴承组件,还包括弹簧垫圈或波形垫圈,所述弹簧垫圈或所述波形垫圈在轴向上布置在所述卡线或所述卡环和所述至少一个密封件之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承组件,还包括O型圈,所述O型圈被布置在所述压力槽中、位于所述至少一个液压流体通道的所述出口和所述至少一个密封件之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承组件,还包括环形突起,所述环形突起位于所述压力槽中并且与所述至少一个密封件一体形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承组件,其中,所述径向内圈包括布置在所述内滚道的轴向两侧上的两个所述第一周向延伸密封槽,所述径向外圈包括布置在所述外滚道的轴向两侧上的两个所述第二周向延伸密封槽,并且每个所述第二周向延伸密封槽包括一个所述压力槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的滚动轴承组件,其中,所述至少一个密封件包括两个所述密封件,每个所述密封件均包括所述径向外端和所述径向内端,所述径向外端接合在相应的一个所述第二周向延伸密封槽内,并且所述径向内端位于相应的一个所述第一周向延伸密封槽中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的滚动轴承组件,其中,所述至少一个液压流体通道包括两个液压流体通道,并且每个所述液压流体通道均包括相应的一个所述入口和相应的一个所述出口,其中,每个所述出口连接到相应的一个所述压力槽。
9.一种用于调节滚动轴承组件中密封件的轴向位置的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供滚动轴承组件,所述滚动轴承组件包括:径向内圈,其界定内滚道并且包括第一周向延伸密封槽;径向外圈,其界定外滚道并且包括第二周向延伸密封槽和至少一个液压流体通道,所述第二周向延伸密封槽中具有压力槽,并且所述至少一个液压流体通道包括入口和连接到所述压力槽的出口;滚动元件,其被支撑在所述径向内圈和所述径向外圈之间,所述滚动元件在所述内滚道和所述外滚道上滚动;和至少一个密封件,其包括径向外端和径向内端,所述径向外端接合在所述第二周向延伸密封槽内,所述径向内端位于所述第一周向延伸密封槽中,并且所述压力槽位于所述至少一个密封件的轴向端面的内侧;
经由所述至少一个液压流体通道供应加压液压流体;以及
经由来自所述至少一个液压流体通道的所述出口的所述加压液压流体使所述至少一个密封件从第一位置移动到第二位置,其中,在所述第一位置处,所述至少一个密封件的所述径向内端接触在所述径向内圈上的所述第一周向延伸密封槽,在所述第二位置处,所述至少一个密封件的所述径向内端从所述径向内圈脱离。
