Abstract
本发明属于木皮制作技术领域,涉及纳米木皮,尤其涉及一种制作纳米木皮的方法,首先将待处理的木皮放入真空罐中;然后向真空罐中放入纳米级碳粉和纳米级二氧化硅悬浊液,并对其做抽真空处理,静置保持5‑8小时;取出真空罐中的木皮,依次经过烘干、超声、固化处理,得到半成品木皮;将半成品木皮放回真空罐中,并做抽真空处理,静置保持5‑8小时;最后再从真空罐中取出木皮,得到最终产品,即纳米木皮。本发明利用该方法制作的纳米木皮,其纳米木皮细胞分子中细胞间质中游离的不饱和脂肪酸与碳化硅形成稳定态物质,因此,该木皮的细胞间质及木材细胞中均含有均匀稳定态的碳化硅,起到了高强度,耐磨,耐污染,耐酸碱,隔离水,防腐等效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于木皮制作技术领域,涉及纳米木皮,尤其涉及一种制作纳米木皮的方法。
背景技术
木皮,(俗称:木皮,单板;英文:veneer;以下统称薄木)及其贴面装饰业起步于上世纪50年代,经半个世纪的发展,已具备了相当的规模。特别是近二十年来,随着我国家具制造业及装饰装修行业的跳跃式增长,其发展更是突飞猛进,涌现了大量的业界行家。
对于其木皮的制作方法,现阶段还是比较多样的,主要有以下的工序的:原木→截断→剖方→软化(汽蒸或水煮)→刨切→烘干(或不烘干)→剪切→检验包装→入库。
对于上述的制作方法,对于木皮并不能很好的与助剂进行合理的结合,从而导致木皮达不到预期的效果。
发明内容
本发明针对上述的问题,提供了一种制作纳米木皮的方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为,
一种制作纳米木皮的方法,具体包括以下步骤:
A、将待处理的木皮放入真空罐中;
B、然后向真空罐中放入纳米级碳粉和纳米级二氧化硅悬浊液,并
对其做抽真空处理,静置保持5-8小时;
C、取出真空罐中的木皮,依次经过烘干、超声、固化处理,得到
半成品木皮;
D、将半成品木皮放回真空罐中,并做抽真空处理,静置保持5-8
小时;
E、最后再从真空罐中取出木皮,得到最终产品,即纳米木皮。
作为优选,所述步骤B中抽真空的真空度为0.05。
作为优选,所述步骤D中抽真空的真空度为0.01。
作为优选,所述步骤C中超声处理则是使用的超声波均匀器对木皮进行的超声处理。
作为优选,所述步骤C中固化处理则是使用的UV固化器对木皮进行的固化处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于,
本发明利用该方法制作的纳米木皮,其纳米木皮细胞分子中细胞间质中游离的不饱和脂肪酸与碳化硅形成稳定态物质,因此,该木皮的细胞间质及木材细胞中均含有均匀稳定态的碳化硅,起到了高强度,耐磨,耐污染,耐酸碱,隔离水,防腐等效果。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明并不限于下面公开说明书的具体实施例的限制。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种制作纳米木皮的方法,首先将待处理的木皮(这里的木皮指的是已经物理切削完的木皮单板)放入到真空罐中进行真空处理,此时向真空罐中放入纳米级碳粉和纳米级二氧化硅悬浊液,并对其做抽真空处理,静置保持5小时,真空度为0.05;然后取出真空罐中的木皮,以流水线的方式依次进行烘干、超声、固化处理,这里则是使用超声波均匀器进行超声处理,利用UV固化器进行固化处理,进过上述处理的纳米木皮细胞中形成碳化硅;最后将该木皮放回到真空罐中,并做抽真空处理,真空度为0.01,静置保持5小时,最终得到产品,即纳米木皮A。
实施例2

实施例3
本发明提供了一种制作纳米木皮的方法,首先将待处理的木皮(这里的木皮指的是已经物理切削完的木皮单板)放入到真空罐中进行真空处理,此时向真空罐中放入纳米级碳粉和纳米级二氧化硅悬浊液,并对其做抽真空处理,静置保持8小时,真空度为0.05;然后取出真空罐中的木皮,以流水线的方式依次进行烘干、超声、固化处理,这里则是使用超声波均匀器进行超声处理,利用UV固化器进行固化处理,进过上述处理的纳米木皮细胞中形成碳化硅;最后将该木皮放回到真空罐中,并做抽真空处理,真空度为0.01,静置保持8小时,最终得到产品,即纳米木皮C。
发明人经过拉力、压力试验对上述纳米木皮A、B、C进行检测,并与现有的木皮进行比较,得出该纳米木皮的细胞间质及木材细胞中均含有均匀稳定态的碳化硅,具有高强度,耐磨,耐污染,耐酸碱,隔离水,防腐等效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种制作纳米木皮的方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
A、将待处理的木皮放入真空罐中;
B、然后向真空罐中放入纳米级碳粉和纳米级二氧化硅悬浊液,并对其做抽真空处理,静置保持5-8小时;
C、取出真空罐中的木皮,依次经过烘干、超声、固化处理,得到半成品木皮;
D、将半成品木皮放回真空罐中,并做抽真空处理,静置保持5-8小时;
E、最后再从真空罐中取出木皮,得到最终产品,即纳米木皮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制作纳米木皮的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中抽真空的真空度为0.05。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种制作纳米木皮的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤D中抽真空的真空度为0.01。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种制作纳米木皮的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中超声处理则是使用的超声波均匀器对木皮进行的超声处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种制作纳米木皮的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中固化处理则是使用的UV固化器对木皮进行的固化处理。
