本发明涉及一种抗衰老保健食品，其特征在于由以下原料按如下重量配比而成：菠萝81g、茯苓63g、胡桃仁270g、李子9g、桑葚126g、核桃117、桃仁76.5g、香橼76.5g、薤白72g、杏9g。本发明由食物和中药组成，具中保健食品方的中药为卫生部规定的药食两用物品和保健食品可添加中药，对衰老与抗衰老医学生物学领域的保健食品研发提供新的思路。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品领域，具体是一种抗衰老的保健食品。
背景技术
据全球统计，从1970到2025年，预计中老年(年龄＞60岁)人数将增加223％，约12亿人，由此可见老年人的健康状况，衰老和抗衰老，老年人的疾病治疗和预防已成为社会密切关注的问题，广泛的健康需求亟待解决。由于衰老使人体代谢功能和免疫力下降，引发各种疾病危险性大为增加，如高血脂症、高血压、冠心病、中风、关节炎、白内障、癌症等，往往会伴随人生十几年甚至几十年，令生活质量大打折扣，由此带来医疗费用更是不堪重负。目前，市场上的抗衰老保健食品多是基于单一抗衰老机制而研发，然而衰老机理过于复杂，是多方面异常改变综合作用的结果，单方面的改变只是对各种病理症状具有一定的改善作用，而并非足以对抗人体衰老的强大内在趋势，其作用也只是与衰老相关而已。本发明是在中医药理论指导下，基于延年益寿名方还少丹研发的口感好，易于入口的抗衰老保健食品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：以以延年益寿名方还少丹为原方，发明一种与还少丹有相同功效，且口感好、主要由食材配制的抗衰老保健食品。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：提供一种抗衰老的保健食品配方，由以下原料按如下重量配比而成：菠萝81g、茯苓63g、胡桃仁270g、李子9g、桑葚126g、核桃117、桃仁76.5g、香橼76.5g、薤白72g、杏9g。
本发明抗衰老的保健食品可通过各种方式进行加工，除适量蜂蜜外，不添加其他调味料。 对工业化生产，建议采取提取工艺或发酵工艺。
本发明抗衰老保健食品中所有组成均为食物或药食两用物品，适用于开发各种形式的食品产品。本产品中菠萝、茯苓、胡桃仁、李子、桑甚、核桃、桃仁、香橼、薤白、杏都有不同程度的抗氧化活性。菠萝中菠萝多糖提取物对羟自由基、超氧阴离子均有较好的清除效果，均达到极显著剂量效应关系。茯苓味甘淡、性平，具有健脾和胃，宁心安神，渗湿利水之功用。《本经》谓其“久服安魂养神，不饥延年”。其中茯苓多糖能显著降低动物体内自由基水平，提高动物体内自由清除酶的活力，提高动物耐寒和抗疲劳能力。桑椹味苦、性寒。可补益肝肾，有滋阴养血之功。《本草拾遗》云“利五脏、关节，通血气。久服不饥……变白不老”。研究表明，桑椹具有较好的促进机体造血功能，增强免疫力，延缓衰老和改善性功能等多种药理作用。新方与原方一样，主要药性组合为温甘肝，温甘肾，而新方同时有明显的温肝脾的药性组合，温甘肝具有补肝、活血、补血、补肾、祛湿的功效；温甘肾有补肾、助阳、温肾、益精、补肝、强筋骨的功效；温甘脾有健脾、和中、补中、益气、消食的功效。结果与中医理论指导下的瘀血内阻致衰，脾胃虚损致衰，肝肾虚损致衰学说一致。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
实施例1：
本发明抗衰老保健食品，由以下原料按如下其重量配比而成：
菠萝81g、茯苓63g、胡桃仁270g、李子9g、桑葚126g、核桃117、桃仁76.5g、香橼76.5g、薤白72g、杏9g。。
加蜂蜜10克调味，20倍量，上锅蒸熟，打碎，高温灌装，速冷。
实施例2：
抗衰老保健食品，原料按如下其重量配比而成：
菠萝81g、茯苓63g、胡桃仁270g、李子9g、桑葚126g、核桃117、桃仁76.5g、香橼76.5g、薤白72g、杏9g。切碎煮汤。
实施例3：
抗衰老保健食物配方，原料按如下其重量配比而成：
菠萝81g、茯苓63g、胡桃仁270g、李子9g、桑葚126g、核桃117、桃仁76.5g、香橼76.5g、薤白72g、杏9g。按照传统发酵技术发酵，发酵液装瓶。
上述实施例均每日一剂，直接食用，早晚两次。
