本发明公开耐磨墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:涂布:用涂料对基材的表面进行涂布;轧光处理;印花:对步骤2)轧光处理后的基材用印花颜料进行印花,印花后于75‑85℃下,预烘干2‑4min,再升温至160‑180℃,烘焙2‑4min即得墙纸;所述印花颜料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液30‑60份、去离子水25‑50份、调色颜料5‑15份、改性纳米钻石烯3‑15份、分散剂0.1‑2份、增稠剂1‑5份、消泡剂0.1‑0.5份、防冻剂1‑3份、成膜助剂1‑5份,用pH调节剂调节pH至8‑9。本发明制备工艺简单,在涂布用的涂料和印花用的印花颜料中加入改性纳米钻石烯,使制出的墙纸具有印刷效果好、拉伸强度高、防潮性能好、抗菌抑菌效果好的优点,且耐摩擦、色牢度,提高了墙纸的质量,经济环保。

本发明属于墙纸技术领域,具体涉及耐磨墙纸的制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济发展和生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视室内装修,而墙体的装饰是室内装修非常重要的一个环节,目前墙面装饰主要有两种方法:贴墙纸和刷涂料,与涂料相比,墙纸具有色彩多样、图案丰富、温馨优雅、施工方便等诸多优点,为人们所青睐,欧美及日韩的墙纸使用率均已达到60%以上,在我国的用量也在逐年递增,市场前景非常广阔。
墙纸种类繁多,按材质分主要包括三大类:纯纸墙纸、PVC墙纸和无纺布墙纸,纯纸墙纸是出现最早的,具有环保性好、透气性好的特点,但其不足在于:不耐潮、不耐磨、不耐脏;PVC墙纸则克服了纯纸墙纸的不足,在市场上应用比较多,但其不足在于:透气性差、不环保,而今消费者越来越重视家装的健康环保性,PVC墙纸的市场占有率逐渐减小;无纺布墙纸在市面上出现比较晚,它是以无纺布作为基材而制出的一种新型墙纸,无纺布相对纯纸而言,具有强度高、耐磨性和抗老化性好的优点,相对于PCV墙纸而言,又具有透气性好、环保等优点,但目前的无纺布墙纸还有待进一步提高。
针对现有墙纸的不足,人们做了许多改进和创新,如CN205242921U公开了一种耐磨墙纸,其由8层构成,结构复杂、生产工序繁多,且层与层之间是不同材质的结合,易分离,产品耐用性很难保证,且其耐磨陶瓷片层处于耐磨树脂层下方,只有在耐磨树脂磨损后耐磨片才会发挥作用,其结构设计存在不合理之处。CN105178535A公开了一种硅藻土类耐磨净化防水墙纸,其在基础层上分别设置有图案层、空气净化层、耐磨层和防水层,首先图案层上方的功能层太多,会影响图案效果,其次空气净化层处在中间,净化效果不会太好,还有耐磨层并不在表面,不能很好地发挥耐磨作用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种工艺简单,制出的墙纸装饰效果好、经济耐用的耐磨墙纸的制备方法。
基于上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
耐磨墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)涂布:用涂料对基材的表面进行涂布;所述涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液15-25份、去离子水20-35份、无机填料30-50份、改性纳米钻石烯1-10份、木质纤维素1-5份、分散剂0.1-2份、增稠剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份、防冻剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-5份,用pH调节剂调节pH至8-9;
2)轧光处理:于50-70℃、压力为8-12MPa下,将步骤1)涂布后的基材进行轧光处理,时间为1-5min;
3)印花:对步骤2)轧光处理后的基材用印花颜料进行印花,印花后于75-85℃下,预烘干2-4min,再升温至160-180℃,烘焙2-4min即得墙纸;所述印花颜料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液30-60份、去离子水25-50份、调色颜料5-15份、改性纳米钻石烯3-15份、分散剂0.1-2份、增稠剂1-5份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份、防冻剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-5份,用pH调节剂调节pH至8-9。
步骤1)涂刮后,于75-85℃下,烘干3-5min,再升温到150-170℃,烘焙1-5min,冷却即可;基材为无纺布或无纺纸。
所述成膜乳液为聚丙烯酸酯类、聚氨酯类或聚乙烯醇类水性成膜乳液;无机填料选自碳酸钙、滑石粉、钛白粉、高岭土、硅藻土、白炭黑或三氧化二铝中的一种或两种以上的混合物;调色颜料为炭黑、铁红或酞菁蓝。
所述分散剂为聚氧乙烯醚类、十二烷基苯磺酸钠或六偏磷酸钠;防冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇;成膜助剂为十二醇酯;pH调节剂为氨水。

所述改性纳米钻石烯由以下方法制得:a超声波碱洗:将纳米钻石烯加入浓度为10%-12%的氢氧化钠溶液中,于50-60℃下超声碱洗并搅拌;超声的频率30-35 KHz,搅拌的速度为25-30rpm,碱洗的时间为25-30min;b 超声波酸洗:于50-60℃下,将碱洗过的纳米钻石烯放入浓度为25% -30%的硫酸溶液中酸洗,同时以20-25rpm的搅拌速度搅拌,搅拌时间为20~30min,超声的频率30-35KHz;c超声波清洗:将酸洗后的纳米钻石烯放入去离子水中超声清洗,超声频率为30-45KHz,同时以20-25rpm的搅拌速度搅拌,搅拌时间为8-10min,反复清洗直至上层清液pH=7;d分散:将清洗后的纳米钻石烯分散到去离子水中制得纳米钻石烯分散液,于纳米钻石烯与去离子水的用量比例为(5-15)︰100,于搅拌速度为300-500rpm下,将纳米钻石烯分散液升温至60-80℃;e偶联改性:将无水乙醇稀释过的硅烷偶联剂溶液滴加到升温后的纳米钻石烯分散液中,硅烷偶联剂与无水乙醇的用量比为(1-5)︰100,于60-80℃下分散时间为10-50min,然后用去离子水反复清洗直至上层清液pH=7,烘干、冷却,得改性纳米钻石烯;硅烷偶联剂的加入量为纳米钻石烯重量的1%-3%。
所述纳米钻石烯由粒度为50nm、100nm、250nm的纳米钻石烯组成,50nm、100nm、250nm的纳米钻石烯的用量比例为(1-2)︰(2-3)︰(4-5 )。
所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-570硅烷偶联剂。
涂料或印花颜料可由以下方法制成:
1)于转速为1500-2000rpm条件下,将去离子水和分散剂混合,搅拌分散2-5min后,加入改性纳米钻石烯,超声分散30-60min,超声频率为20-30KHz,制得纳米钻石烯预分散液;
2)于转速为300-500rpm下,将纳米钻石烯预分散液加入成膜乳液中,搅拌10-15min后,加入消泡剂、无机填料和木质纤维素,搅拌分散30-60min,再加入增稠剂、防冻剂和成膜助剂,搅拌分散5-15min后,用pH调节剂将pH值调节至8-9,继续搅拌15-20min,即制得步骤1)涂料。(步骤3)印花颜料的制得参照涂料的方法,加入消泡剂、无机填料和木质纤维素的步骤更换为消泡剂、调色颜料。)
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明制备工艺简单,在涂布用的涂料和印花用的印花颜料中加入改性纳米钻石烯,使制出的墙纸具有印刷效果好、拉伸强度高、防潮性能好、抗菌抑菌效果好的优点,且耐摩擦、色牢度,提高了墙纸的质量,经济环保。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐磨墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)涂布:用涂料对基材(无纺布)的表面进行涂布;所述涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液(聚丙烯酸酯乳液)20份、去离子水23.6份、无机填料(碳酸钙32份、高岭土8份)40份、改性纳米钻石烯6份、木质纤维素3份、分散剂(聚氧乙烯醚)0.2份、增稠剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)1.5份、消泡剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷)0.2份、防冻剂(乙二醇)2份、成膜助剂(十二醇酯)3份,用pH调节剂(氨水)调节至pH为8;涂布分2次,每次涂布涂于基材的正反两面,每次的涂布的涂布量15g/㎡,然后于75℃下,烘干3min,第2次涂布、烘干后升温至150℃,烘焙5min,冷却,常温放置12h即可;
2)轧光处理:于50℃、压力为8MPa下,对步骤1)涂布后的基材进行轧光处理,时间为1min;
3)印花:对步骤2)轧光处理后的基材用印花颜料进行印花,印花后于80℃下,预烘干3min,再升温至170℃,烘焙3min即得墙纸;所述印花颜料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液(聚丙烯酸酯乳液)40份、去离子水33份、调色颜料(铁红)10份、改性纳米钻石烯9份、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠)0. 2份、增稠剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)3份、消泡剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷)0.2份、防冻剂(丙二醇)2份、成膜助剂(十二醇酯)2份,用pH调节剂(氨水)调节至pH为8。
所述改性纳米钻石烯由以下方法制得:a超声波碱洗:将纳米钻石烯(由粒度为50nm、100nm、250nm的纳米钻石烯组成,50nm、100nm、250 nm的纳米钻石烯的用量比例为2︰3︰5)加入浓度为10%的氢氧化钠溶液中,于50下超声碱洗并搅拌;超声的频率35 KHz,搅拌的速度为25rpm,碱洗的时间为30min;b 超声波酸洗:于50℃下,将碱洗过的纳米钻石烯放入浓度为25%的硫酸溶液中酸洗,同时以25rpm的搅拌速度搅拌,搅拌时间为20min,超声的频率30 KHz;c超声波清洗:将酸洗后的纳米钻石烯放入去离子水中超声清洗,超声频率为45KHz,同时以20rpm的搅拌速度搅拌,搅拌时间为8min,反复清洗直至上层清液pH=7;d分散:将清洗后的纳米钻石烯分散到去离子水中制得纳米钻石烯分散液,于纳米钻石烯与去离子水的用量比例为5︰100,于搅拌速度为300rpm下,将纳米钻石烯分散液升温至60℃;e偶联改性:将无水乙醇稀释过的KH-570硅烷偶联剂溶液滴加到升温后的纳米钻石烯分散液中,KH-570硅烷偶联剂与无水乙醇的用量比为1︰100,于60℃下分散时间为10min,然后用去离子水反复清洗直至上层清液pH=7,烘干、冷却,得改性纳米钻石烯;硅烷偶联剂的加入量为纳米钻石烯重量的1%。
实施例2
一种耐磨墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)涂布:用涂料对基材(无纺纸)的表面进行涂布;所述涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液(聚氨酯乳液)15份、去离子水35份、无机填料(滑石粉20份、钛白粉21.6份)41.6份、改性纳米钻石烯1份、木质纤维素1份、分散剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)0.1份、增稠剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)2份、消泡剂(聚乙二醇醚)0.5份、防冻剂(丙二醇)1份、成膜助剂(十二醇酯)5份,用pH调节剂(氨水)调节至pH为9;涂布分2次,每次涂布(所用涂料的涂布量35g/㎡)后,于85℃下,烘干3min,第2次涂布、烘干后升温至170℃,烘焙1min,冷却,常温放置12h即可;
2)轧光处理:于70℃、压力为12MPa下,对步骤1)涂布后的基材进行轧光处理,时间为1min;
3)印花:对步骤2)轧光处理后的基材用印花颜料进行印花,印花后于75℃下,预烘干4min,再升温至160℃,烘焙4min即得墙纸;所述印花颜料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液(聚丙烯酸酯类)60份、去离子水25份、调色颜料(炭黑)5份、改性纳米钻石烯3份、分散剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)0. 2份、增稠剂(聚丙烯酸酯类)1份、消泡剂(有机硅类)0.1份、防冻剂(丙二醇)1份、成膜助剂(十二醇酯)3.8份,用pH调节剂(氨水)调节至pH为9。
所述改性纳米钻石烯由以下方法制得:a超声波碱洗:将纳米钻石烯(由粒度为50nm、100nm、250nm的纳米钻石烯组成,50nm、100nm、250 nm的纳米钻石烯的用量比例为1︰2︰5)加入浓度为12%的氢氧化钠溶液中,于60℃下超声碱洗并搅拌;超声的频率30 KHz,搅拌的速度为30rpm,碱洗的时间为25min;b 超声波酸洗:于60℃下,将碱洗过的纳米钻石烯放入浓度为30%的硫酸溶液中酸洗,同时以20rpm的搅拌速度搅拌,搅拌时间为30min,超声的频率35 KHz;c超声波清洗:将酸洗后的纳米钻石烯放入去离子水中超声清洗,超声频率为30KHz,同时以25rpm的搅拌速度搅拌,搅拌时间为10min,反复清洗直至上层清液pH=7;d分散:将清洗后的纳米钻石烯分散到去离子水中制得纳米钻石烯分散液,于纳米钻石烯与去离子水的用量比例为15︰100,于搅拌速度为500rpm下,将纳米钻石烯分散液升温至80℃;e偶联改性:将无水乙醇稀释过的KH-570硅烷偶联剂溶液滴加到升温后的纳米钻石烯分散液中,KH-570硅烷偶联剂与无水乙醇的用量比为5︰100,于80℃下分散时间为50min,然后用去离子水反复清洗直至上层清液pH=7,烘干、冷却,得改性纳米钻石烯;硅烷偶联剂的加入量为纳米钻石烯重量的3%。
实施例3
步骤1)涂料的配方中,去离子水26.6份、改性纳米钻石烯3份;步骤3)印花颜料的配方中,去离子水27份、改性纳米钻石烯3份,其他同实施例1。
实施例4
步骤1)涂料的配方中,去离子水20.6份、改性纳米钻石烯9份;步骤3)印花颜料的配方中,去离子水30份、改性纳米钻石烯6份,其他同实施例1。
实施例5
步骤1)所述涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液(聚乙烯醇乳液)21.7份、去离子水20份、无机填料(硅藻土10份、白炭黑10份)20份、改性纳米钻石烯10份、木质纤维素5份、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠)2份、增稠剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)0.5份、消泡剂(聚二甲基硅烷)0.5份、防冻剂(丙二醇)3份、成膜助剂(十二醇酯)1份,用pH调节剂(氨水)调节至pH为8。
步骤3)所述印花颜料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液(聚乙烯醇类)30份、去离子水26份、调色颜料(酞菁蓝)5份、改性纳米钻石烯15份、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠)2份、增稠剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)5份、消泡剂(聚乙二醇醚)0.5份、防冻剂(丙二醇)3份、成膜助剂(十二醇酯)5份,用pH调节剂(氨水)调节至pH为8。其他同实施例2。
实施例6
步骤1)所述涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液(聚氨酯乳液)21份、去离子水21份、无机填料(三氧化二铝20份、白炭黑30份)50份、改性纳米钻石烯2份、木质纤维素1份、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠)1份、增稠剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)1份、消泡剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷)0.4份、防冻剂(丙二醇)1份、成膜助剂(十二醇酯)1份,用pH调节剂(氨水)调节至pH为9。
步骤3)所述印花颜料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液(聚乙烯醇乳液)32份、去离子水35.6份、调色颜料(炭黑)15份、改性纳米钻石烯12份、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠)1份、增稠剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)2份、消泡剂(聚二甲基硅氧烷)0.3份、防冻剂(丙二醇)1份、成膜助剂(十二醇酯)1份,用pH调节剂(氨水)调节至pH为9。其他同实施例2。
实施例7 性能测试
7.1 涂布后未印花的墙纸原纸性能测试
涂料的配方中以改性纳米钻石烯为变量,分别为:0、3、6、9、12、15份,其他原料的量同实施例1中涂料的原料,其余用去离子水补足100份。
将制好的涂料无纺布上进行单面涂布2次,2次涂布的总涂布量控制在50g/㎡,按照实施例1中步骤1)和2)的工艺进行干燥、轧光,对未印花的墙纸原纸的性能(平滑度、吸水性、湿润拉伸负荷)进行检测。
平滑度参照GB/T456-2002《纸与纸板平滑度的测定(别克法)》进行测试,裁取面积为60mm*60mm的试样10块;吸水性依据GB/T1540-2002《纸与纸板吸水性的测定可勃法》进行测试,裁取125 mm *125mm的试样5张,完成吸水的时间为60s;湿润拉伸负荷检测方法如下:取宽度为15mm的试样10块,按GB/T10739进行温湿处理,然后在D-KZ(W)300数显卧式抗张试验机上进行恒速拉伸法测试,夹持距离为100mm,拉伸速度为150mm/min。测试果如下表1所示:
由表1可知,涂料中加入适量的改性纳米钻石烯,提高了墙纸原纸的平滑度、湿润拉伸负荷,降低其吸水性。原因在于改性纳米钻石表面活性强、能与有机粘结剂形成化学键结合,提高涂层强度,同时由于其尺寸较小,能够很好的填充到普通无机填料中间,使整个涂层更加致密、平整。但纳米钻石烯添加量过多,则粘结剂和溶剂就相对减少,会形成低强度的团聚,同时由于涂料粘度急剧增大,很难涂布均匀,所以涂层质量会下降。对比标准QB/T1011-1991《单面涂布白纸板》和QB/T4034-2010《壁纸》里的要求,利用本发明涂料制成的产品的平滑度能够达到A等,吸水性接近优等,湿润拉伸负荷远超优等品。
7. 2墙纸耐摩擦色牢度性能检测
印花颜料的配方中以改性纳米钻石烯为变量,分别为:0、3、6、9、12、15份,其他原料的量同实施例1中印花颜料的原料,其余用去离子水补足100份。
制备墙纸的步骤1)和步骤2)同实施例1,然后用印花颜料对其进行印花,印花后于80℃下,预烘干3min,再在170℃烘焙3min,制得相应的墙纸试样。
对制得的墙纸试样进行耐摩擦色牢度性能测试,方法参照GB/T3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验 耐摩擦色牢度》,具体如下:
干摩擦:将试样平放在摩擦色牢度仪测试台的衬垫上,两端用夹持器固定,然后将干的棉摩擦布固定在摩擦头上,使摩擦头在试样的纵向或横向做往复直线摩擦,每往复一次时间为1s,共做10个循环,摩擦头的向下压力为9N。
湿摩擦:在同一块试样的另一边用湿棉摩擦布做摩擦试验,先把干摩擦布用蒸馏水浸透,经小轧液辊挤压,使湿摩擦布含水率达到95~105%,然后按上述方法做摩擦试验。实验结束后将湿摩擦布在室温下晾干。
色牢度评级:按照GB/T251-2008《纺织品 色牢度试验 评定沾色用灰色样卡》进行评定,以等级最低者为最终试验结果,试验结果如图1((a)-干摩擦实验数据,(b)-湿摩擦实验结果)所示。
由图1可知,随改性纳米钻石烯含量的增加,墙纸的耐摩擦色牢度先升高、后降低,在改性纳米钻石烯含量为9%左右时最好。原因在于改性纳米钻石烯是表面活性强的碳纳米超硬材料,能提高印刷图层的结合强度和耐磨性,但加入量过多会形成团聚,降低图层的耐磨性。
7.3墙纸抗菌性能对比试验
方法:取市场普通无纺布壁纸(1号试样)、本发明不含纳米钻石烯的壁纸(2号试样,其他同实施例1)和本发明实施例1的墙纸(3号试样),分别裁剪成3cm*3cm的样片,制作3 cm *3 cm *3cm的琼脂块,在琼脂块上面培植菌落,然后将样片放在琼脂块上一定时间后观察试片和琼脂块上菌落数量的变化,结果如下表2所示:
由表2可知,涂料和印花颜料中添加改性纳米钻石烯,能够明显提升墙纸的抗菌抑菌作用。

Claims (8)

1.耐磨墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)涂布:用涂料对基材的表面进行涂布;所述涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液15-25份、去离子水20-35份、无机填料30-50份、改性纳米钻石烯1-10份、木质纤维素1-5份、分散剂0.1-2份、增稠剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份、防冻剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-5份,用pH调节剂调节pH至8-9;
2)轧光处理:于50-70℃、压力为8-12MPa下,将步骤1)涂布后的基材进行轧光处理,时间为1-5min;
3)印花:对步骤2)轧光处理后的基材用印花颜料进行印花,印花后于75-85℃下,预烘干2-4min,再升温至160-180℃,烘焙2-4min即得墙纸;所述印花颜料由以下重量份的原料制成:成膜乳液30-60份、去离子水25-50份、调色颜料5-15份、改性纳米钻石烯3-15份、分散剂0.1-2份、增稠剂1-5份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份、防冻剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-5份,用pH调节剂调节pH至8-9。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐磨墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)涂布后,于75-85℃下,烘干3-5min,再升温到150-170℃,烘焙1-5min,冷却即可;基材为无纺布或无纺纸。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐磨墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成膜乳液为聚丙烯酸酯类、聚氨酯类或聚乙烯醇类水性成膜乳液;无机填料选自碳酸钙、滑石粉、钛白粉、高岭土、硅藻土、白炭黑或三氧化二铝中的一种或两种以上的混合物;调色颜料为炭黑、铁红或酞菁蓝。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐磨墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚氧乙烯醚类、十二烷基苯磺酸钠或六偏磷酸钠;防冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇;成膜助剂为十二醇酯;pH调节剂为氨水。
5.如权利要求1所述的耐磨墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯类;消泡剂为聚醚类或有机硅类。
6.如权利要求1所述的耐磨墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性纳米钻石烯由以下方法制得:a超声波碱洗:将纳米钻石烯加入浓度为10%-12%的氢氧化钠溶液中,于50-60℃下超声碱洗并搅拌;超声的频率30-35 KHz,搅拌的速度为25-30rpm,碱洗的时间为25-30min;b 超声波酸洗:于50-60℃下,将碱洗过的纳米钻石烯放入浓度为25% -30%的硫酸溶液中酸洗,同时以20-25rpm的搅拌速度搅拌,搅拌时间为20~30min,超声的频率30-35KHz;c超声波清洗:将酸洗后的纳米钻石烯放入去离子水中超声清洗,超声频率为30-45KHz,同时以20-25rpm的搅拌速度搅拌,搅拌时间为8-10min,反复清洗直至上层清液pH=7;d分散:将清洗后的纳米钻石烯分散到去离子水中制得纳米钻石烯分散液,于纳米钻石烯与去离子水的用量比例为(5-15)︰100,于搅拌速度为300-500rpm下,将纳米钻石烯分散液升温至60-80℃;e偶联改性:将无水乙醇稀释过的硅烷偶联剂溶液滴加到升温后的纳米钻石烯分散液中,硅烷偶联剂与无水乙醇的用量比为(1-5)︰100,于60-80℃下分散时间为10-50min,然后用去离子水反复清洗直至上层清液pH=7,烘干、冷却,得改性纳米钻石烯;硅烷偶联剂的加入量为纳米钻石烯重量的1%-3%。
7.如权利要求6所述的耐磨墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米钻石烯由粒度为50nm、100nm、250nm的纳米钻石烯组成,50nm、100nm、250 nm的纳米钻石烯的用量比例为(1-2)︰(2-3)︰(4-5 )。
8.如权利要求6所述的耐磨墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-570硅烷偶联剂。
