本发明涉及一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,该工艺包括坯布选用、坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、第一次热水洗、煮练、第一次汽蒸、第二次热水洗、氧漂、第二次汽蒸、第三次热水洗及烘干,所述煮练采用980J精炼剂、518螯合剂、渗透剂、亚硫酸钠及液碱煮练,所述氧漂采用CB‑98精练酶、稳定剂、螯合剂、精炼剂及双氧水氧漂,所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂25‑35g/L、518螯合剂5‑15g/L、渗透剂0‑5g/L、亚硫酸钠11‑14g/L及液碱25‑60g/L,所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB‑98精练酶12.5‑25g/L、稳定剂5‑9g/L、螯合剂4‑5g/L、精炼剂2.5‑5g/L及双氧水氧漂2‑6g/L,述纺织面料的前处理工艺可提高半成品毛效且可减少助剂用量、降低成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染领域,尤其涉及一种纺织面料的前处理工艺。
背景技术
未经染整加工的织物统称为原布或坯布。印染前处理的目的为,在使坯布受损很小的条件下,除去织物上的各类杂质,使坯布成为洁白、柔软并有良好润湿性能的印染半制品。印染前处理是印染加工的准备工序,也称为练漂,对于棉以及棉型织物的前处理有准备、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光等工序。现有的一些印染工艺的前处理液,由于染料基团与纤维的偶合速率低,染料分子在纤维上的吸附率低、稳定性差,导致上染速度慢、上染不均匀,对纤维的膨化和均染效果差。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供一种可提高半成品毛效且可减少助剂用量、降低成本的一种纺织面料的前处理工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,该工艺包括坯布选用、坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、第一次热水洗、煮练、第一次汽蒸、第二次热水洗、氧漂、第二次汽蒸、第三次热水洗及烘干,所述煮练采用980J精炼剂、518螯合剂、渗透剂、亚硫酸钠及液碱煮练,所述氧漂采用CB-98精练酶、稳定剂、螯合剂、精炼剂及双氧水氧漂,所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂25-35g/L、518螯合剂5-15g/L、渗透剂0-5g/L、亚硫酸钠11-14g/L及液碱25-60g/L,所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶12.5-25g/L、稳定剂5-9g/L、螯合剂4-5g/L、精炼剂2.5-5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L。
进一步地:所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂30g/L、518螯合剂10g/L、渗透剂0g/L、亚硫酸钠12.5g/L及液碱25-60g/L。
进一步地:所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶25g/L、稳定剂9g/L、螯合剂5g/L、精炼剂5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L。
进一步地:所述第一次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为90分钟。
进一步地:所述第二次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为45分钟。
进一步地:所述第一次热水洗、第二次热水洗和第三次热水洗的温度均为90度。
进一步地:所述煮练的浸轧方式为一浸一轧,所述氧漂的浸轧方式为二浸二轧。
相较于现有技术,本发明一种全棉面料前处理工艺至少存在以下优点:本发明的一种全棉面料前处理采用坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、煮练、氧漂、烘干、多次热水洗和多次汽蒸等工序,通过对工艺的改进和对煮练工艺配方的调整,使得半成品的毛效优良、退浆干净,并且能达到后道生产加工的要求,为后道的工序提供了保证,同时,煮练步骤中减少了助剂的用量,不仅降低了成本,带来了一定的经济效益,而且相应的减少了对周围环境的污染,更加环保。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明的一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,该工艺包括坯布选用、坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、第一次热水洗、煮练、第一次汽蒸、第二次热水洗、氧漂、第二次汽蒸、第三次热水洗及烘干,所述煮练采用980J精炼剂、518螯合剂、渗透剂、亚硫酸钠及液碱煮练,所述氧漂采用CB-98精练酶、稳定剂、螯合剂、精炼剂及双氧水氧漂,所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂25-35g/L、518螯合剂5-15g/L、渗透剂0-5g/L、亚硫酸钠11-14g/L及液碱25-60g/L,所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶12.5-25g/L、稳定剂5-9g/L、螯合剂4-5g/L、精炼剂2.5-5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L。
本发明的一种全棉面料前处理采用坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、煮练、氧漂、烘干、多次热水洗和多次汽蒸等工序,通过对工艺的改进和对煮练工艺配方的调整,使得半成品的毛效优良、退浆干净,并且能达到后道生产加工的要求,为后道的工序提供了保证,同时,煮练步骤中减少了助剂的用量,不仅降低了成本,带来了一定的经济效益,而且相应的减少了对周围环境的污染,更加环保。
以下通过具体的实施例来对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1:所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂25g/L、518螯合剂5g/L、渗透剂0g/L、亚硫酸钠11g/L及液碱25-60g/L,所述CB-98精练酶12.5g/L、稳定剂5g/L、螯合剂4g/L、精炼剂2.5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L,第一次汽蒸的温度为95度,汽蒸时间为80分钟,第二次汽蒸的温度为95度,汽蒸时间为40分钟。
实施例2:煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂35g/L、518螯合剂15g/L、渗透剂5g/L、亚硫酸钠14g/L及液碱25-60g/L,氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶25g/L、稳定剂9g/L、螯合剂5g/L、精炼剂5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L,第一次汽蒸的温度为105度,汽蒸时间为95分钟,第二次汽蒸的温度为105度,汽蒸时间为50分钟。
本发明中的煮练的浸轧方式为一浸一轧,而氧漂的浸轧方式为二浸二轧,结合本发明的工艺步骤和配方,这样既能保证经过前处理工序后的半成品毛效优良,又可以使得布料退浆干净,让坯布得到较好的处理,使其更易上染,具有固色、防褪色的效果。本发明的面料采用的是60*60的全棉贡缎、40*40的全棉府绸、32*32/40D的全棉平布及50*50的全棉府绸。

1.一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:该工艺包括坯布选用、坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、第一次热水洗、煮练、第一次汽蒸、第二次热水洗、氧漂、第二次汽蒸、第三次热水洗及烘干,所述煮练采用980J精炼剂、518螯合剂、渗透剂、亚硫酸钠及液碱煮练,所述氧漂采用CB-98精练酶、稳定剂、螯合剂、精炼剂及双氧水氧漂,所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂25-35g/L、518螯合剂5-15g/L、渗透剂0-5g/L、亚硫酸钠11-14g/L及液碱25-60g/L,所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶12.5-25g/L、稳定剂5-9g/L、螯合剂4-5g/L、精炼剂2.5-5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂30g/L、518螯合剂10g/L、渗透剂0g/L、亚硫酸钠12.5g/L及液碱25-60g/L。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶25g/L、稳定剂9g/L、螯合剂5g/L、精炼剂5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述第一次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为90分钟。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述第二次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为45分钟。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述第一次热水洗、第二次热水洗和第三次热水洗的温度均为90度。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述煮练的浸轧方式为一浸一轧,所述氧漂的浸轧方式为二浸二轧。
