本发明涉及一种超回弹性PU泡棉双面胶带及制造方法,PU泡棉双面胶带从上到下依次为压敏胶层、底涂剂、超回弹性PU泡棉基材、底涂剂、压敏胶层和离型膜。本发明的优点是通过电晕和涂覆底涂剂预处理工艺和对压敏胶特殊处理相结合的方式,使PU泡棉难以与压敏胶结合,粘基力差,胶带使用时易残胶的问题得到有效解决。该专利提出的方法,工艺简单,操作方面,易于实现,且制得的PU泡棉双面胶带粘接力好,保持力优良,使用时不易残胶,回弹性好,综合性能优良。

一种超回弹性PU泡棉双面胶带及制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超回弹性PU泡棉双面胶带及制造方法。
背景技术
PU泡棉双面胶带不仅具有密封性能优良,回弹性好,粘着力强、持粘性好、防水性、硬度佳、韧性好及耐重能力强的特点,而且具有保温、隔热、吸音、减震、阻燃、防静电、透气性好等优点,因此在家用电器、仪器仪表、汽车工业、电池工业等领域均具有较好的应用前景。
与其他类别泡棉不同,PU泡棉表面光滑,对PU泡棉直接涂覆压敏胶,一般压敏胶对PU泡棉的表面粘基力很差,直接涂胶后的胶带,使用时容易残胶。专利CN102977804A提出了一种泡棉双面胶带及生产工艺,但该专利仅通过电晕工艺,得到的泡棉双面胶带粘性和综合性能均一般,且使用时易于残胶。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明专利提出了一种制造高粘性,无残胶、回弹性好的PU泡棉双面胶带的工艺方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种超回弹性PU泡棉双面胶带,从上到下依次为压敏胶层、底涂剂、超回弹性PU泡棉基材、底涂剂、压敏胶层和离型膜。
超回弹性PU泡棉基材表层结构光滑、泡棉内部孔隙闭孔结构为60-90%。
超回弹性PU泡棉基材为聚酯型或聚醚型,泡棉基材厚度为0.1mm-50mm。
本发明还提供制造上述超回弹性PU泡棉双面胶带的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)对PU发泡基材进行电晕预处理,处理电压为1000-15000伏,处理间隙为1-2mm,处理时间3-10s;
2)对PU发泡基材涂覆底涂剂,底涂剂涂覆量为20-80克/平方米;
3)PU发泡基材两面采用涂布的方式涂上压敏胶。
所述底涂剂为硅氧烷增粘剂、聚氨酯底涂剂、压敏胶底涂剂中的一种或多种结合。
所述的PSA压敏胶为填加粘结力促进剂等物质特殊处理的压敏胶。
具体工艺步骤为:PU泡棉第一表面电晕处理——第二表面电晕处理——第一表面涂覆底涂剂——第一表面涂压敏胶——第二表面涂覆底涂剂——第二表面涂压敏胶——复合离型膜。
PU泡棉表层结构光滑、泡棉内部孔隙多为闭孔结构,对PU泡棉电晕处理,即改变了PU泡棉的表面能量及表面结构,使PU泡棉表面结构粗糙,分子排列变化,产生更多的极性部位,从而使PU泡棉易于与胶结合;涂覆底涂剂和对PSA压敏胶进行特殊处理能有效解决PU泡棉与压敏胶粘基力不好,易于脱胶、开胶的问题。
本发明的优点是通过电晕和涂覆底涂剂预处理工艺和对压敏胶特殊处理相结合的方式,使PU泡棉难以与压敏胶结合,粘基力差,胶带使用时易残胶的问题得到有效解决。该专利提出的方法,工艺简单,操作方面,易于实现,且制得的PU泡棉双面胶带粘接力好,保持力优良,使用时不易残胶,回弹性好,综合性能优良。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:
泡棉基材为1mm厚度聚酯型PU泡棉基材3
第一步对PU泡棉一面用3000伏的电压进行电晕处理,处理间隙为1.5mm;
第二步用相同电压和处理间隙对PU泡棉第二面电晕处理;
第三步,以50克/平方米的涂布量对基材一面上底涂剂2;
第四步,将处理后的压敏胶以80克/平方米的涂布量均匀刷涂于第一面;
第五步,以50克/平方米的涂布量对基材第二面上底涂剂;
第六步,将处理后的压敏胶以80克/平方米的涂布量均匀刷涂于第二面,使用80℃-110℃温度烘干压敏胶层,烘干时间2-3分钟;
第七步,将离型膜6附于压敏胶层;
然后将胶带分切为指定宽度,得到成品PU泡棉双面胶带8。
实施例2:
泡棉基材为3mm厚度聚酯型PU泡棉基材
第一步对PU泡棉一面用5000伏的电压进行电晕处理,处理间隙为1.5mm;
第二步用相同电压和处理间隙对PU泡棉第二面电晕处理;
第三步,以40克/平方米的涂布量对基材一面上底涂剂;
第四步,将处理后的压敏胶以80克/平方米的涂布量均匀刷涂于第一面;
第五步,以40克/平方米的涂布量对基材第二面上底涂剂;
第六步,将处理后的压敏胶以80克/平方米的涂布量均匀刷涂于第二面,使用80℃-110℃温度烘干压敏胶层,烘干时间3-5分钟;
第七步,将离型膜附于压敏胶层;然后将胶带分切为指定宽度,得到成品PU泡棉双面胶带8。

Claims (7)

1.一种超回弹性PU泡棉双面胶带,其特征在于:从上到下依次为压敏胶层、底涂剂、超回弹性PU泡棉基材、底涂剂、压敏胶层和离型膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超回弹性PU泡棉双面胶带,其特征在于:超回弹性PU泡棉基材表层结构光滑、泡棉内部孔隙闭孔结构为60-90%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种超回弹性PU泡棉双面胶带,其特征在于:超回弹性PU泡棉基材为聚酯型或聚醚型,泡棉基材厚度为0.1mm-50mm。
4.制造如权利要求1-3任一所述超回弹性PU泡棉双面胶带的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)对PU发泡基材进行电晕预处理,处理电压为1000-15000伏,处理间隙为1-2mm,处理时间3-10s;
2)对PU发泡基材涂覆底涂剂,底涂剂涂覆量为20-80克/平方米;
3)PU发泡基材两面采用涂布的方式涂上压敏胶。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:所述底涂剂为硅氧烷增粘剂、聚氨酯底涂剂、压敏胶底涂剂中的一种或多种结合。
6.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的PSA压敏胶为填加粘结力促进剂等物质特殊处理的压敏胶。
7.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:具体工艺步骤为:PU泡棉第一表面电晕处理——第二表面电晕处理——第一表面涂覆底涂剂——第一表面涂压敏胶——第二表面涂覆底涂剂——第二表面涂压敏胶——复合离型膜。
