本发明公开了滑阀式柱塞抽油泵,包括接箍、双头螺纹接头、柱塞、泵筒和丝堵,泵筒的上端通过接箍与油管下端固定连接,泵筒的下端固定设有丝堵,其特征在于:柱塞的内腔底部与泵筒的内腔底部相连通,柱塞的上端通过双头螺纹接头与出油罩下端固定连接,出油罩的上端与抽油杆的下端固定连接,出油罩的内腔顶部封闭,出油罩的腔内设有滑块,出油罩的侧壁上设有出油孔,泵筒的下部侧壁上设有进油孔,出油孔至出油罩内腔顶部的距离≧滑块的高度,柱塞在泵筒腔内的位置与泵筒侧壁上的进油孔相适配。本发明结构更加简单,降低了加工难度及加工成本,有效解决了刺漏、砂卡、气锁等诸多问题,有效延长了使用周期。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于井液举升的柱塞抽油泵的改进,具体的说是一种滑阀式柱塞抽油泵。
背景技术
在油田开发过程中,柱塞抽油泵是其主要举升设备之一,传统的柱塞抽油泵,都设有固定阀和游动阀,这种阀都设有阀球和阀座结构,其不足之处在于:由于井况环境及水锤效应的影响,促使柱塞抽油泵运行过程中,容易出现阀座刺漏、阀球坐封不严等现象,导致泵效降低或失效,并容易产生气锁及砂卡现象;加工制造过程中,阀球阀座所占成本比例较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,操作方便,无阀球阀座,设备制造成本较低,有效降低开采成本的滑阀式柱塞抽油泵。
为了达到以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:该滑阀式柱塞抽油泵,包括接箍、双头螺纹接头、柱塞、泵筒和丝堵,泵筒的上端通过接箍与油管下端固定连接,泵筒的下端固定设有丝堵,柱塞设置在泵筒的腔内,柱塞的外径与泵筒的内径相适配,其特征在于:柱塞的内腔底部与泵筒的内腔底部相连通,柱塞的上端通过双头螺纹接头与出油罩下端固定连接,出油罩的上端与抽油杆的下端固定连接,出油罩的内腔顶部封闭,出油罩的腔内设有滑块,滑块的外径与出油罩的内径相适配,双头螺纹接头的内径小于出油罩的内径,出油罩的侧壁上设有出油孔,泵筒的下部侧壁上设有进油孔,出油孔至出油罩内腔顶部的距离≧滑块的高度,柱塞在泵筒腔内的位置与泵筒侧壁上的进油孔相适配。
本发明的有益效果在于:改变了柱塞抽油泵的传统设计理念,结构更加简单,取消了固定阀及游动阀,即取消了阀球和阀座,降低了加工难度及加工成本;有效解决了刺漏、砂卡、气锁等诸多问题,有效延长了使用周期,降低了设备检泵作业成本;作业方式及标准与传统柱塞抽油泵相同,可更加有效适应现有作业人员的作业能力,节约人员培训学习成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2制作本发明。该滑阀式柱塞抽油泵,包括接箍1、双头螺纹接头4、柱塞5、泵筒6和丝堵8,泵筒6的上端通过接箍1与油管7下端固定连接,泵筒6的下端固定设有丝堵8,柱塞5设置在泵筒6的腔内,柱塞5的外径与泵筒6的内径相适配,其特征在于:柱塞5的内腔底部与泵筒6的内腔底部相连通,柱塞5的上端通过双头螺纹接头4与出油罩2下端固定连接,出油罩2的上端与抽油杆9的下端固定连接,出油罩2的内腔顶部封闭,出油罩2的腔内设有滑块3,滑块3的外径与出油罩2的内径相适配,双头螺纹接头4的内径小于出油罩2的内径,出油罩2的侧壁上设有出油孔10,泵筒6的下部侧壁上设有进油孔11,出油孔10至出油罩2内腔顶部的距离≧滑块3的高度,柱塞5在泵筒6腔内的位置与泵筒6侧壁上的进油孔11相适配。
使用本发明进行油井作业,下冲程时,柱塞5的下端位于泵筒6侧壁进油孔11上方,泵筒6内腔底部通过进油孔11与油井相连通,油液通过进油孔11进入泵筒6内腔,此时,滑块3坐落在双头螺纹接头4上端,并封闭出油罩2侧壁的出油孔10,通过抽油杆9使柱塞5下行,柱塞5下端会封闭进油孔11,此时,泵筒6的内腔、柱塞5的内腔和双头螺纹接头4的内腔就形成一个封闭的盛满油液的空腔,随着柱塞5的下行,滑块3被油液向上推动直到滑块3位于出油罩2侧壁的出油孔10的上方,泵筒6的内腔、柱塞5的内腔和双头螺纹接头4的内腔所形成的空腔内的油液会通过出油罩2上的出油孔10流入油管7内,从而举升到地面;上冲程时,抽油杆9提升柱塞5,滑块3下落至双头螺纹接头4上端,并封闭出油孔10,泵筒6的内腔、柱塞5的内腔和双头螺纹接头4的内腔所形成的空腔内产生负压,当柱塞5的下端位于进油孔11上方后,油井内的油液便从进油孔11内进入泵筒6腔内,如此往复循环,达到抽油的目的。本发明改变了柱塞抽油泵的传统设计理念,结构更加简单;行业内普遍认为柱塞抽油泵必须安装固定阀及游动阀,既必须使用阀球和阀座结构,而本发明取消了这种阀球和阀座结构,改变了行业内的普遍认知,降低了柱塞抽油泵的加工难度及加工成本,有效解决了刺漏、砂卡、气锁等诸多问题,有效延长了使用周期,降低了设备检泵作业成本;作业方式及标准与传统柱塞抽油泵相同,可更加有效适应现有作业人员的作业能力,节约人员培训学习成本。

1.滑阀式柱塞抽油泵,包括接箍(1)、双头螺纹接头(4)、柱塞(5)、泵筒(6)和丝堵(8),泵筒(6)的上端通过接箍(1)与油管(7)下端固定连接,泵筒(6)的下端固定设有丝堵(8),柱塞(5)设置在泵筒(6)的腔内,柱塞(5)的外径与泵筒(6)的内径相适配,其特征在于:柱塞(5)的内腔底部与泵筒(6)的内腔底部相连通,柱塞(5)的上端通过双头螺纹接头(4)与出油罩(2)下端固定连接,出油罩(2)的上端与抽油杆(9)的下端固定连接,出油罩(2)的内腔顶部封闭,出油罩(2)的腔内设有滑块(3),滑块(3)的外径与出油罩(2)的内径相适配,双头螺纹接头(4)的内径小于出油罩(2)的内径,出油罩(2)的侧壁上设有出油孔(10),泵筒(6)的下部侧壁上设有进油孔(11),出油孔(10)至出油罩(2)内腔顶部的距离≧滑块(3)的高度,柱塞(5)在泵筒(6)腔内的位置与泵筒(6)侧壁上的进油孔(11)相适配。
