本发明涉及制药行业中片剂药生产技术领域,特别涉及一种用于生产片剂药的压片干燥机,包括壳体,电机的主轴经通孔伸入壳体内腔后固定连接有旋转壳,旋转壳的内腔底面设置有发热装置;壳体的内腔顶面设置有吹风装置,旋转壳的外侧壁沿轴向设置有四个旋转药盘;旋转药盘的内底面设置有若干个透气孔和下料孔;挡料板的挡板嵌设在旋转药盘的内腔中,挡料板的支架与壳体的内壁相固定连接,壳体的侧壁设置有进料斗和下料斗,进料斗的底端伸入第一旋转药盘的内腔中;下料斗的顶端伸入第四旋转药盘的内腔中。在使用本发明时,极大地节省了空间,既可减少干燥机占地。本发明具有结构简单,设置合理,制作成本低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及制药行业中片剂药生产技术领域,特别涉及一种用于生产片剂药的压片干燥机。
背景技术
药物制剂从狭义上来讲,就是药物的剂型,如针剂、片剂、膏剂、汤剂等,其中,片剂是最常用的剂型。片剂通常制作是通过压片机将其压制成为片状后,再根据实际需要包衣。现有的压片机即相当于上模和下模,将原料加入下模内,用上模与下模挤压则形成片状,然后经过干燥机干燥即得成品。现有压片干燥机包括有流水线和烘干设备,该干燥机占地大,且投资大,不利于小批量的生产。
综上所述,故有必要对现有压片干燥机的结构进行进一步地改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的用于生产片剂药的压片干燥机。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明所述的一种用于生产片剂药的压片干燥机,包括壳体,所述壳体的内底面设置有通孔,所述壳体的外底面固定设置有电机,所述电机的主轴经通孔伸入壳体内腔后固定连接有旋转壳,所述旋转壳的内腔底面设置有发热装置;所述壳体的内腔顶面设置有吹风装置,该吹风装置位于发热装置的正上方;所述旋转壳的外侧壁沿轴向设置有四个旋转药盘;所述旋转药盘的内底面设置有若干个透气孔;它还包括有四个挡料板;所述挡料板包括有挡板和支架,挡板一端与支架一端相固定连接;所述挡板另一端嵌设在旋转药盘的内腔中,所述支架另一端与壳体的内壁相固定连接,每相邻的两个挡料板呈相互错开设置,所述旋转药盘的内底面设置有下料孔;所述壳体的侧壁设置有进料斗和下料斗,进料斗的底端伸入第一旋转药盘的内腔中;下料斗的顶端伸入第四旋转药盘的内腔中。
进一步地,所述壳体的外底面设置有多个用于支撑固定壳体的支撑脚。
进一步地,所述发热装置包括有控制器、多根电热丝和两块固定板,第一固定板一端与电热丝一端相固定连接,第二固定板一端与电热丝另一端相固定连接,第二固定板另一端通过控制器与旋转壳的内腔底面相固定连接,控制器通过导线与电热丝相连接,控制器与电源相连接。
进一步地,所述吹风装置包括有风机和引风罩,所述风机一端固定在壳体的内腔顶面,所述风机另一端与引风罩一端相连接;引风罩的纵截面呈喇叭状。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种压片干燥机,包括壳体,所述壳体的内底面设置有通孔,所述壳体的外底面固定设置有电机,所述电机的主轴经通孔伸入壳体内腔后固定连接有旋转壳,所述旋转壳的内腔底面设置有发热装置;所述壳体的内腔顶面设置有吹风装置,该吹风装置位于发热装置的正上方;所述旋转壳的外侧壁沿轴向设置有四个旋转药盘;所述旋转药盘的内底面设置有若干个透气孔;它还包括有四个挡料板;所述挡料板包括有挡板和支架,挡板一端与支架一端相固定连接;所述挡板另一端嵌设在旋转药盘的内腔中,所述支架另一端与壳体的内壁相固定连接,每相邻的两个挡料板呈相互错开设置,所述旋转药盘的内底面设置有下料孔;所述壳体的侧壁设置有进料斗和下料斗,进料斗的底端伸入第一旋转药盘的内腔中;下料斗的顶端伸入第四旋转药盘的内腔中。
在使用本发明时,压片药从进料斗进入到第一旋转药盘,然后依次经过第二旋转药盘、第三旋转药盘和第四旋转药盘,在此过程中经过热风干燥,最后经下料斗出来;通过将四个旋转药盘设置成垂直分布,通过将发热装置设为垂直分布,通过吹风装置设置在垂直设置的正上方;极大地节省了空间,既可减少干燥机占地,且投资小,有利于小批量的生产。本发明具有结构简单,设置合理,制作成本低等优点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明所述的一种压片干燥机,包括壳体1,所述壳体1的内底面设置有通孔1-1,所述壳体1的外底面固定设置有电机3,所述电机3的主轴经通孔1-1伸入壳体1内腔后固定连接有旋转壳4,所述旋转壳4的内腔底面设置有发热装置;所述壳体1的内腔顶面设置有吹风装置,该吹风装置位于发热装置的正上方;该吹风装置主要将发热装置的热量均匀分布到壳体1的内腔中。
所述旋转壳4的外侧壁沿轴向设置有四个旋转药盘6,四个旋转药盘6由上往下依次分为第一旋转药盘6、第二旋转药盘6、第三旋转药盘6和第四旋转药盘6;所述旋转药盘6的内底面设置有若干个透气孔6-1;它还包括有四个挡料板7,四个挡料板7由上往下依次分为第一挡料板7、第二挡料板7、第三挡料板7和第四挡料板7;所述挡料板7包括有挡板和支架,挡板一端与支架一端相固定连接,挡板和支架经一体成型而成;所述挡板另一端嵌设在旋转药盘6的内腔(该内腔由旋转药盘6和旋转壳4的外侧壁共同围设而成)中,所述支架另一端与壳体1的内壁相固定连接,每相邻的两个挡料板7呈相互错开设置,所述旋转药盘6的内底面设置有下料孔6-2;所述壳体1的侧壁设置有进料斗8和下料斗9,进料斗8的底端伸入第一旋转药盘6的内腔中;下料斗9的顶端伸入第四旋转药盘6的内腔中。
压片药从进料斗8进入到第一旋转药盘6,压片药跟着第一旋转药盘6旋转,遇到第一挡料板7便停止旋转,压片药遇到下料孔6-2便进入第二旋转药盘6;压片药跟着第二旋转药盘6旋转,遇到第二挡料板7便停止旋转,压片药遇到下料孔6-2便进入第三旋转药盘6;压片药跟着第三旋转药盘6旋转,遇到第三挡料板7便停止旋转,压片药遇到下料孔6-2便进入第四旋转药盘6;压片药跟着第四旋转药盘6旋转,遇到第四挡料板7便停止旋转,压片药遇到下料孔6-2便经下料斗9排出;在此过程中,压片药经热风干燥。
进一步地,所述壳体1的外底面设置有多个用于支撑固定壳体1的支撑脚2。
进一步地,所述发热装置包括有控制器51、多根电热丝52和两块固定板53,第一固定板53一端与电热丝52一端相固定连接,第二固定板53一端与电热丝52另一端相固定连接,第二固定板53另一端通过控制器51与旋转壳4的内腔底面相固定连接,控制器51通过导线与电热丝52相连接,控制器51与电源相连接;本发明的控制器51与现有技术均无本质区别,电热丝52与现有技术均无本质区别,故不在此详说。
进一步地,所述吹风装置包括有风机101和引风罩102,所述风机101一端固定在壳体1的内腔顶面,所述风机101另一端与引风罩102一端相连接;引风罩102的纵截面呈喇叭状;引风罩102的喇叭口一端朝向电热丝52。
在使用本发明时,压片药从进料斗进入到第一旋转药盘,然后依次经过第二旋转药盘、第三旋转药盘和第四旋转药盘,在此过程中经过热风干燥,最后经下料斗出来;通过将四个旋转药盘设置成垂直分布,通过将发热装置设为垂直分布,通过吹风装置设置在垂直设置的正上方;极大地节省了空间,既可减少干燥机占地,且投资小,有利于小批量的生产。另外,该结构简单、设计合理,制造成本低。

1.一种用于生产片剂药的压片干燥机,其特征在于:包括壳体,所述壳体的内底面设置有通孔,所述壳体的外底面固定设置有电机,所述电机的主轴经通孔伸入壳体内腔后固定连接有旋转壳,所述旋转壳的内腔底面设置有发热装置;所述壳体的内腔顶面设置有吹风装置,该吹风装置位于发热装置的正上方;所述旋转壳的外侧壁沿轴向设置有四个旋转药盘;所述旋转药盘的内底面设置有若干个透气孔;它还包括有四个挡料板;所述挡料板包括有挡板和支架,挡板一端与支架一端相固定连接;所述挡板另一端嵌设在旋转药盘的内腔中,所述支架另一端与壳体的内壁相固定连接,每相邻的两个挡料板呈相互错开设置,所述旋转药盘的内底面设置有下料孔;所述壳体的侧壁设置有进料斗和下料斗,进料斗的底端伸入第一旋转药盘的内腔中;下料斗的顶端伸入第四旋转药盘的内腔中;四个旋转药盘由上往下依次分为第一旋转药盘、第二旋转药盘、第三旋转药盘和第四旋转药盘;四个挡料板由上往下依次分为第一挡料板、第二挡料板、第三挡料板和第四挡料板;压片药从进料斗进入到第一旋转药盘,压片药跟着第一旋转药盘旋转,遇到第一挡料板便停止旋转,压片药遇到下料孔便进入第二旋转药盘;压片药跟着第二旋转药盘旋转,遇到第二挡料板便停止旋转,压片药遇到下料孔便进入第三旋转药盘;压片药跟着第三旋转药盘旋转,遇到第三挡料板便停止旋转,压片药遇到下料孔便进入第四旋转药盘;压片药跟着第四旋转药盘旋转,遇到第四挡料板便停止旋转,压片药遇到下料孔便经下料斗排出;在此过程中,压片药经热风干燥。
