本发明公开了一种绿色农药的配方及生产制备技术,属于一种杀菌、灭毒农药。中草药:4‑8%、硫磺18‑25%、白矾10‑20%、生石灰粉45‑63%、滑石粉2‑5%;其中中草药:板蓝根3‑8%、野菊花4‑9%、贯仲4‑7%、苦参17‑25%、紫花地丁3‑8%、虎杖5‑10%、连翘6‑11%、红花5‑8%、山豆根9‑16%、龙胆草5‑8%、甘草6‑10%。工艺:将硫磺和白矾加热;将生石灰粉加入至硫磺和白矾的锅内,炒至黄褐色,加入清水熬制;再加入中草药熬制,捞出中草药渣;过滤后静置、澄清即可。该绿色农药能对植物和畜禽杀菌灭毒,应用广泛,制药的沉淀物是基肥,对环境无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌、灭毒农药,特别是一种绿色农药的配方及生产制备技术。
背景技术
国内现有杀菌灭毒类农药大都是化学农药,使用此类农药易造成大量毒素残留在农作物、瓜果和蔬菜中,使自然环境受到严重污染,破坏了自然环境和生态平衡,已构成公害,直接威胁到人类的生存环境,不利于发展绿色农业和绿色食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种高效、无公害、无残留、药性温和,具有杀菌灭毒的绿色农药配方及生产制备技术。
解决本发明技术问题的内容包括一种绿色农药的配方:
中草药:4-8%、硫磺18-25%、白矾10-20%、生石灰粉45-63%、滑石粉2-5%;
其中中草药的配方:
板蓝根3-8%、野菊花4-9%、贯仲4-7%、苦参17-25%、紫花地丁3-8%、虎杖5-10%、连翘6-11%、红花5-8%、山豆根9-16%、龙胆草5-8%、甘草6-10%。
包括一种解决本发明技术问题所采用的工艺技术方案是:
(1)将硫磺和白矾放入锅内加热至100-120℃,硫磺和白矾融化后,搅拌均匀;
(2)将生石灰粉过60-100目筛,加入至有融化的硫磺和白矾的锅内,用中火将生石灰粉、硫磺和白矾的混合物炒至黄褐色,再加入与生石灰粉同等重量的清水熬制,并不断搅拌直至粘稠;将其出锅,放在静置容器内;随即向静置容器内加入其两倍体积的清水,搅拌均匀,静放12-48h后,提取清液,即为半成品液;
(3)将半成品液放入锅内,再加入中草药熬制30-60min,捞出中草药渣;
(4)将熬制好的液体出锅,过滤后静置18-42h、澄清,即可成为成品液体;
(5)成品液体经检验合格后,即可罐装使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:中草药:6%、硫磺22%、白矾16%、生石灰粉55%、滑石粉4%;其中中草药的配方:
板蓝根6%、野菊花7%、贯仲6%、苦参23%、紫花地丁5%、虎杖8%、连翘9%、红花7%、山豆根14%、龙胆草7%、甘草8%。
解决其技术问题采用的工艺技术方案是:
(1)将硫磺和白矾放入锅内加热至110℃,硫磺和白矾融化后,搅拌均匀;
(2)将生石灰粉过80目筛,加入至有融化的硫磺和白矾的锅内,用中火将生石灰粉、硫磺和白矾的混合物炒至黄褐色,再加入与生石灰粉同等重量的清水熬制,并不断搅拌直至粘稠;将其出锅,放在静置容器内;随即向静置容器内加入其两倍体积的清水,搅拌均匀,静放36h后,提取清液,即为半成品液;
(3)将半成品液放入锅内,再加入中草药熬制50min,捞出中草药渣;
(4)将熬制好的液体出锅,过滤后静置42h、澄清,即可成为成品液体;
(5)成品液体经检验合格后,即可罐装使用。
实施例2:中草药:4%、硫磺18%、白矾10%、生石灰粉63%、滑石粉5%;其中中草药的配方:
板蓝根7%、野菊花9%、贯仲7%、苦参25%、紫花地丁6%、虎杖6%、连翘11%、红花5%、山豆根9%、龙胆草8%、甘草7%。
解决其技术问题采用的工艺技术方案是:
(1)将硫磺和白矾放入锅内加热至100℃,硫磺和白矾融化后,搅拌均匀;
(2)将生石灰粉过60目筛,加入至有融化的硫磺和白矾的锅内,用中火将生石灰粉、硫磺和白矾的混合物炒至黄褐色,再加入与生石灰粉同等重量的清水熬制,并不断搅拌直至粘稠;将其出锅,放在静置容器内;随即向静置容器内加入其两倍体积的清水,搅拌均匀,静放12h后,提取清液,即为半成品液;
(3)将半成品液放入锅内,再加入中草药熬制60min,捞出中草药渣;
(4)将熬制好的液体出锅,过滤后静置24h、澄清,即可得到第一批成品液体;
(5)将捞出的中草药渣回锅,再加入按相同比例混合的半成品液,使用熬制中药相同的方法进行第二次熬制,得到第二批成品药液;
(6)把两次熬制的成品药液按相同比例混合搅拌均匀,静放42小时澄清,得到最终成品液体,经检验合格后,即可罐装使用。

1.一种绿色农药的配方,其特征是:
中草药:4-8%、硫磺18-25%、白矾10-20%、生石灰粉45-63%、滑石粉2-5%;其中中草药的配方:板蓝根3-8%、野菊花4-9%、贯仲4-7%、苦参17-25%、紫花地丁3-8%、虎杖5-10%、连翘6-11%、红花5-8%、山豆根9-16%、龙胆草5-8%、甘草6-10%。
2.一种绿色农药的生产制备技术,其特征是:
(1)将硫磺和白矾放入锅内加热至100-120℃,硫磺和白矾融化后,搅拌均匀;
(2)将生石灰粉过60-100目筛,加入至有融化的硫磺和白矾的锅内,用中火将生石灰粉、硫磺和白矾的混合物炒至黄褐色,再加入与生石灰粉同等重量的清水熬制,并不断搅拌直至粘稠;将其出锅,放在静置容器内;随即向静置容器内加入其两倍体积的清水,搅拌均匀,静放12-48h后,提取清液,即为半成品液;
(3)将半成品液放入锅内,再加入中草药熬制30-60min,捞出中草药渣;
(4)将熬制好的液体出锅,过滤后静置18-42h、澄清,即可成为成品液体;
