从高等教育出版社出版的中等职业教育国家规划教材机械类的机械基础第二版的第172页图8-31看出,目前都采用单体阀,进、排气阀各在一侧,各有各自的机构控制,结构和控制较复杂,难免出现不协调的时候,本设计的进、排气阀连接在同一阀杆上,工作协调可靠,结构简单紧凑。
发明内容
目前都采用单体阀,进、排气阀各在一侧,各有各自的机构控制,结构和控制较复杂,难免出现不协调的时候,本设计的进、排气阀连接在同一阀杆上,工作协调可靠、结构简单紧凑。主要件是阀体,在阀体中间有一阀杆孔,阀杆与排气阀连在一起,阀杆自下向上装入阀杆孔,阀杆上端先装好下轴用档圈再套入进气阀,再装好上轴用档圈,从下面装入回位弹簧,盖上盖板,并用盖板螺钉固定,在右侧上部装上进气接头,并用进气接头螺钉固定,在右侧下部装上排气接头,并用排气接头螺钉固定,将装好的连体阀总成装在泵体下端,并用泵体螺钉固定。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1:
图1所示位置是压气行程终了,活塞2处于压气行程的下止点,这时进气阀5关、排气阀15开,接着在往复机构的带动下活塞2往上运动,开始吸气行程,由于活塞2往上运动,活塞腔17内产生负压,连体阀在回位弹簧14的推力和负压的共同作用下往上运动,这时排气阀15关,进气阀5开,气体从进气道9c进入活塞腔17,当活塞2往上行至上止点时吸气行程结束,接着活塞2在往复机构的带动下开始往下运动,进入压气行程,活塞腔17内的高压气体在活塞2的推压下经排气道9b推开排气阀15,关闭进气阀5,高压气体经排气道9a、从排气接头10输出高压气体。
连体阀的运动,当进气阀开、排气阀必定关;当排气阀开,进气阀必定关。
连体阀的进、排气阀的上、下面做成碗形,目的是增大受力面,使开、关更顺畅。
在往复机构的连续带动下,不断完成吸气和压气行程。

1.属气阀类,尤其是进、排气阀,一种连体阀,其特征是在阀体内装有进气阀和排气阀用同一根阀杆连接的连体阀,在排气阀的下端装有回位弹簧,下有盖板顶住,盖板用盖板螺钉固定,右侧上部有进气接头,并用进气接头螺钉固定,右侧下部有排气接头,并用排气接头螺钉固定。
