Abstract
本发明公开了一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,包括铁辊芯,所述铁辊芯上包覆有中间层,所述中间层上包覆有接触层,所述中间层和接触层之间还设有粘合层,所述中间层和接触层经粘合层粘结固定。本发明既能防止布料起皱,又能提高辊筒的耐磨性,延长使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织、印染、造纸等行业用辊筒,具体涉及一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着纺织行业品种的增多,技术的提高,纺织品的种类也越来越多,对于卷布辊筒的要求也越来越高。市面上现有的卷布辊筒因其材料偏硬,在卷一些薄型、松边、紧边、压光等布料时容易起皱,同时会损坏布料;又由于辊筒面摩擦力小,导致卷好的布料不够紧实;且耐腐蚀性差,使用寿命短。
除此之外,现有辊筒均为单层结构,若单独使用橡胶发泡辊筒,虽然弹性姣好,且能解决布料起皱的问题,但是辊筒不耐磨,使用寿命短,且由于此类辊筒的特性在使用过程中会有颗粒物夹带与布卷中,造成布卷品质整体地下;若单独使用硅胶辊筒,虽然能达到耐磨的需求,增加使用寿命,但是弹性差,容易使布料起皱。
因此,设计一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,既能防止布料起皱,又能提高辊筒的耐磨性,延长使用寿命,显然具有积极地现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是提供一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒及其制造方法,既能防止布料起皱,又能提高辊筒的耐磨性,延长使用寿命。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,包括铁辊芯,所述铁辊芯上包覆有中间层,所述中间层上包覆有接触层,所述中间层和接触层之间还设有粘合层,所述中间层和接触层经粘合层粘结固定。
优选地,所述中间层由发泡橡胶材料制成。
优选地,所述接触层采用硅胶制成。
优选地,所述粘结层采用有机硅化合物制成。
进一步地,所述中间层厚度为0.5~2厘米。
进一步地,所述接触层厚度为0.5~2厘米。
一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒的制造方法,其步骤包括:
步骤一,铁辊芯表面包覆一层发泡橡胶作为中间层;
步骤二,将包覆有发泡橡胶的铁辊芯置于烘箱中充分硫化,温度为120℃,时间为90分钟;
步骤三,将经过硫化处理的发泡橡胶用磨床打磨至表面平整;
步骤四,在经过打磨处理的发泡橡胶表面涂布粘胶剂,再在涂布好粘胶剂的发泡橡胶表面包覆一层硅胶,作为接触层;
步骤五,将步骤四所得的辊筒置于烘箱中充分硫化,温度为148℃,时间为360分钟;
步骤六,将经过硫化处理过的辊筒用磨床打磨至表面平整,得到辊筒成品。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的辊筒兼具柔软性和耐磨性,能够防止布料起皱,且粘性好,摩擦力大,卷好的布卷紧实,外观优良,从而减少了存放空间和运输成本,还延长了辊筒的使用寿命,压缩了包装材料,减少了使用成本和劳动力,节省了劳动时间。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:
参见图1所示,一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,包括铁辊芯1,所述铁辊芯上包覆有中间层2,所述中间层上包覆有接触层4,所述中间层和接触层之间还设有粘合层3,所述中间层和接触层经粘合层粘结固定。
本实施例中,所述中间层由发泡橡胶材料制成。
所述接触层采用硅胶制成。
所述粘结层采用有机硅化合物制成。
所述中间层厚度为0.5~2厘米。
所述接触层厚度为0.5~2厘米。
一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒的制造方法,其步骤包括:
步骤一,铁辊芯表面包覆一层发泡橡胶作为中间层;
步骤二,将包覆有发泡橡胶的铁辊芯置于烘箱中充分硫化,温度为120℃,时间为90分钟;
步骤三,将经过硫化处理的发泡橡胶用磨床打磨至表面平整;
步骤四,在经过打磨处理的发泡橡胶表面涂布粘胶剂,再在涂布好粘胶剂的发泡橡胶表面包覆一层硅胶,作为接触层;
步骤五,将步骤四所得的辊筒置于烘箱中充分硫化,温度为148℃,时间为360分钟;
步骤六,将经过硫化处理过的辊筒用磨床打磨至表面平整,得到辊筒成品。
值得一提的是,本发明的粘胶剂采用有机硅化合物制成,能够很好的实现接触层和中间层的粘合固定。
本发明的硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒能够用于纺织、皮革、造纸等行业,特别适用于纺织行业的一些特殊面料的成卷,如薄型布、压光布、涂层布以及一些布面光滑、紧边、松边,容易起皱的布料。
Claims (7)
1.一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,包括铁辊芯,其特征在于:所述铁辊芯上包覆有中间层,所述中间层上包覆有接触层,所述中间层和接触层之间还设有粘合层,所述中间层和接触层经粘合层粘结固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,其特征在于:所述中间层由发泡橡胶材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,其特征在于:所述接触层采用硅胶制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,其特征在于:所述粘结层采用有机硅化合物制成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,其特征在于:
所述中间层厚度为0.5~2厘米。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒,其特征在于:所述接触层厚度为0.5~2厘米。
7.一种硅胶橡胶发泡复合辊筒的制造方法,其步骤包括:
步骤一,铁辊芯表面包覆一层发泡橡胶作为中间层;
步骤二,将包覆有发泡橡胶的铁辊芯置于烘箱中充分硫化,温度为120℃,时间为90分钟;
步骤三,将经过硫化处理的发泡橡胶用磨床打磨至表面平整;
步骤四,在经过打磨处理的发泡橡胶表面涂布粘胶剂,再在涂布好粘胶剂的发泡橡胶表面包覆一层硅胶,作为接触层;
步骤五,将步骤四所得的辊筒置于烘箱中充分硫化,温度为148℃,时间为360分钟;
步骤六,将经过硫化处理过的辊筒用磨床打磨至表面平整,得到辊筒成品。
