背景技术
目前，薄毡行业在收卷前都设置有一牵引辊，薄毡绕过牵引辊表面后由收卷辊进行收卷。一般为了增加牵引辊表面的摩擦力，采用在牵引辊表面包覆一层沙皮纸的方式，这样在牵引的过程中就能起到平衡收卷前后薄毡张力的作用。但是由于摩擦力的增大，使得牵引辊和薄毡之间的相互作用力变大，其结果就导致了一些单重较轻的薄毡产品在牵引过程中出现断毡的情况，另外由于牵引时摩擦太剧烈，薄毡的毡面会出现起毛的现象。
发明内容
针对以上缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种薄毡收卷用牵引辊，其能在保证牵引辊和薄毡之间摩擦力的同时，避免轻单重薄毡断毡，杜绝因摩擦过大导致的薄毡起毛现象。
本实用新型的技术内容为：一种薄毡收卷用牵引辊，包括转辊，其特征在于它还包括耐磨橡胶层和粘结层，耐磨橡胶层包覆在转辊的表面，粘结层设置在耐磨橡胶层和转辊之间。
