Abstract

一种除油除锈无渣常温磷化液,由磷酸、磷酸二 氢钠、六偏磷酸钠、草酸、柠檬酸、硫脲、TX非离子表 面活性剂、镍氧化促进剂添加剂和水所组成。具有常 温下除油、除锈、磷化同步进行,不产生残渣,无环境 污染,操作方便,成本低等优点。可广泛适用于钢铁 工件涂装前的表面处理的场合,具有较大的社会经济 效益和实施价值。

Description

本发明属于金属表面处理液,尤其是除油除锈无渣常温磷化液,适用于钢铁工件涂装前的表面处理的场合。
在本发明作出之前,中国专利公开号CN1037936A公开了一种磷化液及制备方法,该磷化液由硝酸钙、磷酸锌、硝酸镍、硝酸钴、硝酸锡、柠檬酸、酒石酸、EDTA、表面活性剂OP和水组成,具有原料价廉易取,配制方便、防锈能力强等优点,但钢铁工件涂装前的磷化处理过程中需加温至65~70℃,同时形成残渣,用该方法磷化处理后钢铁工件单位面积膜层质量为1~15克/米2,而实际上涂装前钢铁工件磷化处理要求膜层质量小于5克/米2,否则钢铁工件涂装后的漆膜会出现剥落现象,其钢铁工件磷化处理的反应过程如下:

为减少残渣,中国专利公开号CN85100689A“一种除锈磷化液”、CN1030947A“除油除锈磷化液”、CN1038470A“钢铁表面处理剂一新型除锈防锈剂”均由磷酸、磷酸三钠、铬酸、表面活性剂等组成,该类磷化液具有除锈、除油除锈或除锈防锈优点,钢铁工件磷化在30-65℃条件下处理,处理后的钢铁工件不经水洗,在通风处凉干,继续自然磷化,该磷化液虽解决了减少残渣的问题,但钢铁工件涂装前的磷化处理仍需加温,以及经自然凉干磷化,磷化膜形成时间较长,在环境湿度较大情况下钢铁工件容易产生返黄生锈的问题,在钢铁工件磷化过程中,磷化液组分变化较大,维护磷化液组分浓度较困难。
本发明的任务是克服现有技术的不足,采用镍氧化促进剂为添加剂,提供一种常温下除油、除锈、磷化三道工序同步进行,不产生残渣,无环境污染,防锈性能好,钢铁工件表面涂装漆膜不易剥落的除油除锈无渣常温磷化液。
一种除油除锈无渣常温磷化液,其中含有磷酸、磷酸二氢钠、六偏磷酸钠、草酸、柠檬酸、硫脲、TX非离子表面活性剂,还有镍氧化促进剂作为该磷化液的添加剂,该产品的配方与其它同类专利产品不同,由于加入了添加剂镍氧化促进剂,磷化液不仅可以在常温下进行浸渍或涂刷处理,处理过程中不会产生残渣,除油、除锈和磷化同步进行,时间在3~10分钟完成。添加剂镍氧化促进剂的含量(重量%)为0.2~0.8。磷化液配方(重量%)为:磷酸10~40,磷酸二氢钠0.5~1.5,六偏磷酸钠0.2~0.5,草酸0.2~0.5,柠檬酸0.1~0.3,硫脲0.05~1,TX非离子表面活性剂0.5~1及添加剂镍氧化促进剂,其余量为水。磷化液的浸渍或涂刷处理温度为0~35℃。
本发明的除油除锈无渣常温磷化液,由于采用了添加剂镍氧化促进剂具有氧化成膜作用,其钢铁工件磷化处理的反应机理为:

与现有技术相比,具有工序简单,操作方便,可以在常温下除油、除锈、磷化同步进行,设备投资省,成本低,不产生残渣,无环境污染,无废液排放,磷化液组分浓度容易维护和控制,而且不影响金属材料性能,磷化膜对涂装漆膜无破坏作用,不易剥落,防锈性能好等优点,具有较大的社会经济效益和实施价值。
本发明的实施方案是:该磷化液的配方(重量%)为磷酸20,磷酸二氢钠0.5,六偏磷酸钠0.2,草酸0.2,柠檬酸0.1,硫脲0.05TX非离子表面活性剂0.5,镍氧化促进剂添加剂0.5,余量为水,配制成浸渍磷化液,钢铁构件采用08F冷轧板(武钢、日本或西德产)和A,热轧板(杭州钢铁厂产),经该磷化液常温(15℃)除油、除锈、磷化处理6分钟后,该钢铁构件按国家标准GB6807-86“钢铁工件涂漆前磷化处理技术条件”检验,结果如下:

Claims (4)

1、一种除油除锈无渣常温磷化液,其中含有磷酸、磷酸二氢钠、六偏磷酸钠、草酸、柠檬酸、硫脲、TX非离子表面活性剂,其特征是该液还有添加剂,添加剂是镍氧化促进剂。
2、如权利要求1所述的磷化液,其特征是添加剂镍氧化促进剂的含量(重量%)为0.2~0.8。
3、如权利要求1所述的磷化液,其特征是磷化液配方(重量%)为:磷酸10~40,磷酸二氢钠0.5~1.5,六偏磷酸钠0.2~0.5,草酸0.2~0.5,柠檬酸0.1~0.3,硫脲0.05~0.1,TX非离子表面活性剂0.5~1及添加剂镍氧化促进剂,其余量为水。
4、如权利要求1所述的磷化液,其特征是磷化液的浸渍或涂刷处理温度为0~35℃。
