技术领域
本发明涉及一种磷化液。
背景技术
随着人们对金属加工产品的质量要求越来越高,磷化处理是不可省略的一道工序。现有技术中,为了达到好的磷化效果,多采用高温磷化处理。但是,这种高温磷化得理具有能耗高、时间长的缺点。
目前市场上出现了一些低温磷化液,虽然可克服上述缺点,但这种磷化液磷化后形成的磷化膜薄、耐蚀性差、磷化时间长。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种磷化效果好且能耗低、时间短的复合型低温磷化液。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种复合型低温磷化液,该磷化液配方的各组分按质量浓度计,氧化锌2.4-3.5g/L、磷酸 3-5g/L、磷酸二氢铵 12-17g/L、六偏磷酸钠6-10g/L、磷酸二氢钠3.5-7g/L、环己六醇六磷酸脂1.5-3g/L、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5-3g/L、促进剂0.2-0.5g/L,草酸0.01-0.5g/L、硫脲0.01-0.2g/L。
   作为优选方案,上述的复合型低温磷化液,该磷化液配方的各组分按质量浓度计,氧化锌2.7g/L、磷酸 3.5g/L、磷酸二氢铵 16g/L、六偏磷酸钠7.5g/L、磷酸二氢钠6g/L、环己六醇六磷酸脂2.3g/L、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2g/L、促进剂0.3g/L、草酸0.35g/L、硫脲0.1g/L。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明复合型低温磷化液在20-30℃下对铁、锌、铝以及各种合金等金属进行磷化处理,所得磷化膜的耐硫酸铜时间在10分钟以上,磷化面积可达90-120m2/kg,膜重可达4.3-5g/m2。可见,本申请复合型低温磷化液不仅具有比高温磷化更佳的效果,而且可在低温下进行磷化,有效节省了能耗。并且,比缩短了磷化的时间。

    实施例1:
    一种复合型低温磷化液,该磷化液配方的各组分按质量浓度计,氧化锌2.7g/L、磷酸 3.5g/L、磷酸二氢铵 16g/L、六偏磷酸钠7.5g/L、磷酸二氢钠6g/L、环己六醇六磷酸脂2.3g/L、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2g/L、促进剂0.3g/L、草酸0.35g/L、硫脲0.1g/L。
   实施例2:   
   一种复合型低温磷化液,该磷化液配方的各组分按质量浓度计,氧化锌3.5g/L、磷酸 3g/L、磷酸二氢铵 17g/L、六偏磷酸钠6g/L、磷酸二氢钠7g/L、环己六醇六磷酸脂1.5g/L、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3g/L、促进剂0.2g/L,草酸0.5g/L、硫脲0.01g/L。
    实施例3:    
一种复合型低温磷化液,该磷化液配方的各组分按质量浓度计,氧化锌2.4g/L、磷酸 5g/L、磷酸二氢铵 12g/L、六偏磷酸钠10g/L、磷酸二氢钠3.5g/L、环己六醇六磷酸脂3g/L、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5g/L、促进剂0.5g/L,草酸0.01g/L、硫脲0.2g/L。
