本发明公开了一种新型浓缩洗衣粉及其制备方法,由主洗颗粒(A颗粒)和增效颗粒(B颗粒)两种组分组成,其中A颗粒包含以下组分(重量百分比)非离子表面活性剂:10~20;吸油助洗剂:50~70;过氧化物盐:15~30;螯合剂:0.1‑3.0;抗污垢再沉积剂;1~3。B颗粒包含以下组分(重量百分比)阴离子表面活性剂:10~25;洗涤剂用酶:1.0‑5.0;酸碱调节剂:60~90;漂白活化剂:1.0‑3.0。本发明利用无机盐或生物酶等原料,减少表面活性剂的使用。与普通洗衣粉对比,达到同样的洗涤效果,只需要原来1/4~1/2的重量用量,A颗粒和B颗粒的比例可适当调节,操作简单,可以生产多种型号的产品,并具有一定除菌去味能力的洗涤剂及其制备方法。配方灵活可调,可简便生产不同类型的产品的制造方法。

本发明涉及洗衣粉设备技术领域,具体为一种新型浓缩洗衣粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统洗衣粉主要由活性成分和助剂(包括助洗成分、缓冲成分、增效成分、填充料、香精等)构成。活性成分主要有烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇硫酸钠、肥皂等离子或非离子表面活性剂,添加量大概在10-30%左右。其生产方法主要有高塔喷雾法、附聚成型法、高塔——附聚成型法三种工艺。
但洗衣粉使用后的洗涤废水中COD(化学需氧量)的含量较高,全国一年洗衣粉洗涤废水产生的COD总量超过160万吨,接近为生活COD排放总量的14%。而多家研究机构的研究认为我国水环境的COD承载力为740.9万吨,减少生活污染,源头减排刻不容缓。随着人们环保意识的逐步提高,如何节约资源,保护环境,大家做了较多的工作,中国较多专利涉及配方不含有磷,减少了水质的富营养化问题。
中国专利公开号CN102634422B公开了含氧洗涤剂的制备方法及由该方法得到的含氧洗涤剂,包括步骤:A、将含有1-10重量份的表面活性剂、10-70重量份碳酸钠、1-40重量份硫酸钠、含或不含附加助剂的原料组合物加入至反应器中;所述附加助剂中含有0-20重量份的碳酸氢钠、0-30重量份的硅酸的钠盐和0-10重量份的抗污垢再沉积剂;B、往反应器中加入过氧化氢水溶液,控制反应器内反应温度为0-60℃,反应完成后成型、干燥,得到100重量份的活性氧含量为1-12.33%的含氧洗涤剂。该发明减少了COD的排放,但去污力仅相当普通洗涤剂,游离碱超标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型浓缩洗衣粉及其制备方法,利用无机盐或生物酶等原料,减少表面活性剂的使用。与普通洗衣粉对比,达到同样的洗涤效果,只需要原来1/4~1/2的重量用量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型浓缩洗衣粉,其特征在于:由主洗颗粒(A颗粒)和增效颗粒(B颗粒)两种组分组成,其中A颗粒包含以下组分(重量百分比)非离子表面活性剂:10~20;吸油助洗剂:50~70;过氧化物盐:15~30;螯合剂:0.1-3.0;抗污垢再沉积剂;1~3,B颗粒包含以下组分(重量百分比)阴离子表面活性剂:10~25;洗涤剂用酶:1.0-5.0;酸碱调节剂:60~90;漂白活化剂:1.0-3.0。
优选的,A颗粒组合物中:所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和烷基多苷中的任意一种或多种,优选脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,添加量为10~20%;所述吸油助洗剂为碳酸钠、碳酸钾、焦磷酸钠中的一种或多种,优选碳酸钠,添加量为50~70%;所述氧化漂白剂为过氧碳酸钠、过氧硼酸钠、过氧硫酸钠、过氧化氢-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物中的任何一种或两种以上混合物,优选过氧碳酸钠,添加量为15~30%;所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、有机磷酸盐(氨基三甲叉膦酸盐、羟基乙叉二膦酸盐、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸盐、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸盐、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸盐及2-羟基膦酰基乙酸盐)中的一种或多种,优选有机磷酸盐,含量为0.1-3.0%;所述抗污垢再沉积剂为亲水性纤维素醚、羧甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、马来酸酐/丙烯酸的共聚物、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇中的两种或更多种的组合,优选羧甲基纤维素,添加量为1~3%。
优选的,B颗粒组合物中:所述离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、肥皂中的至少一种或两种以上的混合物,优选直链烷基苯磺酸钠或肥皂,添加量为10~25%;所述的酶制剂为普通市售可用于洗衣粉中的酶制剂,如蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶和甘露聚糖酶中的任意一种或多种,其优选的添加量为1.0-5.0%;所述酸碱调节剂为碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾,酒石酸,柠檬酸,富马酸中的任何一种或两种以上混合物,优选碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸,碳酸氢钠添加量为50~70%,柠檬酸添加量为10.0-35.0%;所述漂白活化剂为酰胺类的四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)以及酰氧类的壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐(SNOBS)和癸酰基苯酯磺酸盐(DOBA)中的一种或多种,优选的添加量为1.0-3.0%。
优选的,所述A、B两种颗粒的配比,优选为3:2~4:1。
优选的,制备方法包括以下步骤;
(a)先将吸油助洗剂放在高速混合器中,逐步加非离子表面活性剂混合,待非离子表面活性剂完全被吸油助洗剂吸附后,再加入过氧化物盐、螯合剂和抗污垢再沉积剂,搅拌均匀后,进入造粒机中造粒干燥得A颗粒;
(b)将干燥过的酸碱调节剂、洗涤剂用酶、漂白活化剂、阴离子表面活性剂加入高速混合器中,搅拌均匀造粒干燥得B颗粒;
(c)将A颗粒和B颗粒按照一定比例混合,搅拌均匀,抽取样品并按质量标准进行检验,检验合格即可包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
该发明新型浓缩洗衣粉利用无机盐或生物酶等原料,减少表面活性剂的使用。与普通洗衣粉对比,达到同样的洗涤效果,只需要原来1/4~1/2的重量用量。其中洗涤废水中COD减少了50%,磷减少了90%,既节约了资源、又保护了环境。另外,该新型浓缩洗衣粉的堆密度约是普通洗衣粉的2倍,减少了货物的运输成本,按照每公斤衣物需要的洗涤剂重量计算,包装材料仅为普通洗衣粉的1/8,大大减少了白色污染。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型浓缩洗衣粉,其特征在于:由主洗颗粒(A颗粒)和增效颗粒(B颗粒)两种组分组成,其中A颗粒包含以下组分(重量百分比)非离子表面活性剂:10~20;吸油助洗剂:50~70;过氧化物盐:15~30;螯合剂:0.1-3.0;抗污垢再沉积剂;1~3,B颗粒包含以下组分(重量百分比)阴离子表面活性剂:10~25;洗涤剂用酶:1.0-5.0;酸碱调节剂:60~90;漂白活化剂:1.0-3.0。

本发明通过以下非限定性实施例进一步说明,配制4个100g的样品分别如图1所示,并且根据图1洗衣粉的成分对比了国家标准洗衣粉,进行了去污力和细菌定量杀灭试验实验结果见图2,其中图2中的去污力试验为标准粉测试浓度为0.2%,试样测试浓度为0.1%,灭菌率试验为细菌悬浊液浓度为104,试样浓度为0.2%,时间为20分钟,温度为20分钟,从实施例1~4的配方来看,表面活性剂控制在18%以下,去污力达到或超过了浓缩洗衣粉的水平,并且兼有除菌去味功能。
本发明中A颗粒和B颗粒的比例可适当调节,操作简单,可以生产多种型号的产品。例如:实施例2去污力强,可作为重垢洗涤剂;实施例3灭菌效果好,可作为除菌洗涤剂;实施例4pH值和游离碱低,可作为母婴产品。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型浓缩洗衣粉,其特征在于:由主洗颗粒(A颗粒)和增效颗粒(B颗粒)两种组分组成,其中A颗粒包含以下组分(重量百分比)非离子表面活性剂:10~20;吸油助洗剂:50~70;过氧化物盐:15~30;螯合剂:0.1-3.0;抗污垢再沉积剂;1~3,B颗粒包含以下组分(重量百分比)阴离子表面活性剂:10~25;洗涤剂用酶:1.0-5.0;酸碱调节剂:60~90;漂白活化剂:1.0-3.0。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型浓缩洗衣粉,其特征在于:A颗粒组合物中:所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和烷基多苷中的任意一种或多种,优选脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,添加量为10~20%;所述吸油助洗剂为碳酸钠、碳酸钾、焦磷酸钠中的一种或多种,优选碳酸钠,添加量为50~70%;所述氧化漂白剂为过氧碳酸钠、过氧硼酸钠、过氧硫酸钠、过氧化氢-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物中的任何一种或两种以上混合物,优选过氧碳酸钠,添加量为15~30%;所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、有机磷酸盐(氨基三甲叉膦酸盐、羟基乙叉二膦酸盐、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸盐、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸盐、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸盐及2-羟基膦酰基乙酸盐)中的一种或多种,优选有机磷酸盐,含量为0.1-3.0%;所述抗污垢再沉积剂为亲水性纤维素醚、羧甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、马来酸酐/丙烯酸的共聚物、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇中的两种或更多种的组合,优选羧甲基纤维素,添加量为1~3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型浓缩洗衣粉,其特征在于:B颗粒组合物中:所述离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、肥皂中的至少一种或两种以上的混合物,优选直链烷基苯磺酸钠或肥皂,添加量为10~25%;所述的酶制剂为普通市售可用于洗衣粉中的酶制剂,如蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶和甘露聚糖酶中的任意一种或多种,其优选的添加量为1.0-5.0%;所述酸碱调节剂为碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾,酒石酸,柠檬酸,富马酸中的任何一种或两种以上混合物,优选碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸,碳酸氢钠添加量为50~70%,柠檬酸添加量为10.0-35.0%;所述漂白活化剂为酰胺类的四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)以及酰氧类的壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐(SNOBS)和癸酰基苯酯磺酸盐(DOBA)中的一种或多种,优选的添加量为1.0-3.0%。

5.根据权利要求任一项所述的一种新型浓缩洗衣粉及其制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤;
