Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,属于清洗剂技术领域,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠10‑20%、非离子表面活性剂10%‑40%、阴离子表面活性剂10%‑40%、甲基乙烯基醚‑马来酸苷共聚物0.1%‑1.5%、2‑甲基‑4‑异噻唑啉‑3‑酮1%‑5%、酸2%‑3%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1%‑5%。本发明具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,选用性能优良、温和的表面活性剂复配过硼酸钠、2‑甲基‑4‑异噻唑啉‑3‑酮,各种组分协同增效,使其可以快速去污且去污力强,还能使得羽绒服长久抑菌,具有柔软性和无剌激性的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂。
背景技术
羽绒服保暖性最好,是现代人们冬天必备的衣物,羽绒为三维结构,质量好的羽绒服一般都是非常蓬松的,所以相同重量的羽绒可以比其他材质固定更多的空气,大量的羽绒细丝交错在一起固定住空气,并形成隔热的保护层,从而实现良好的保暖性能。人们对羽绒服清洁度的期望值越来越高,由于其季节性,在夏天时放在衣柜里不使用,但夏季空气湿度大,温度适宜,容易滋生细菌,所以在收纳羽绒服之前应当进行清洗。羽绒服内衬的禽类羽绒是蛋白质纤维类物质,清洗羽绒服,如果使用肥皂或洗衣粉清洗,肥皂或洗衣粉较强的碱性会使羽绒过分脱脂而脆损,羽绒会变的干燥、发硬和老化,进一步缩短羽绒服的使用寿命;如果采用干洗的方法,干洗剂中的四氯乙烯同样会破坏羽绒的蛋白质纤维,使羽绒会变的干燥、发硬和老化,进一步缩短羽绒服的使用寿命。而普通洗衣液又不能同时具有除味、杀菌、抗污、防静电的作用。因此,提出一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种设计合理的一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明提供了一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠10-20%、非离子表面活性剂10%-40%、阴离子表面活性剂10%-40%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物0.1%-1.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮1%-5%、酸2%-3%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1%-5%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的混合物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的重量比为1:0.25-0.35:0.1-0.5。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述阴离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的混合物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:0.20-0.40:0.15-0.25。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括抗菌剂0.01-0.2%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抗菌剂为将经过甘露糖改性的壳聚糖包覆至硒纳米颗粒和三氯生两者复合体的外表面后所获得。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抗菌剂的制备方法具体为:将甘露糖和三乙酰基硼氢化钠溶解于纯水中制得溶液,向该溶液中滴加壳聚糖溶液形成混合溶液,透析、冷冻干燥后获得甘露糖改性壳聚糖;将甘露糖改性壳聚糖溶于乙酸溶液中,再向该溶液中缓慢加入含有亚硒酸钠、抗坏血酸、三氯生的三聚磷酸钠溶液,搅拌后离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得抗菌剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述酸选自果酸、水杨酸、柠檬酸中其中一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在使用时,所述羽绒服清洗剂的兑水浓度0.5-1.2%。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,选用性能优良、温和的表面活性剂复配过硼酸钠、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,各种组分协同增效,使其可以快速去污且去污力强,还能使得羽绒服长久抑菌,具有柔软性和无剌激性的优点,通过甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮具有良好的粘合性和成膜性,在使用清洗剂后,使得表面活性剂过硼酸钠、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮随着聚合物粘附在羽绒服面料上并形成薄膜,达到持久抗污和抑菌的效果。

实施例1
本实施例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠10%、非离子表面活性剂40%、阴离子表面活性剂40%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物0.1%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮5%、果酸2%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2.9%。
其中,非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的混合物,聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的重量比为1:0.25:0.5。
阴离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的混合物,聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:0.20:0.25。
实施例2
本实施例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠15%、非离子表面活性剂40%、阴离子表面活性剂35%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物0.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮3%、果酸3%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4.5%。
其中,非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的混合物,聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的重量比为1:0.30:0.3。
阴离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的混合物,聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:0.30:0.20。
实施例3
本实施例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠15%、非离子表面活性剂40%、阴离子表面活性剂35%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物0.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮3%、果酸3%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4.5%。

其中,非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的混合物,聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的重量比为1:0.35:0.1。
阴离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的混合物,聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:0.40:0.15。

实施例6
本实施例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠15%、非离子表面活性剂35%、阴离子表面活性剂40%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物1.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮4%、果酸1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3.5%、抗菌剂0.01%。
其中,非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的混合物,聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的重量比为1:0.25-0.35:0.1-0.5。
阴离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的混合物,聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:0.20-0.40:0.15-0.25。
抗菌剂为将经过甘露糖改性的壳聚糖包覆至硒纳米颗粒和三氯生两者复合体的外表面后所获得,抗菌剂的制备方法具体为:将甘露糖和三乙酰基硼氢化钠溶解于纯水中制得溶液,向该溶液中滴加壳聚糖溶液形成混合溶液,透析、冷冻干燥后获得甘露糖改性壳聚糖;将甘露糖改性壳聚糖溶于乙酸溶液中,再向该溶液中缓慢加入含有亚硒酸钠、抗坏血酸、三氯生的三聚磷酸钠溶液,搅拌后离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得抗菌剂。

本对比例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠15%、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺35%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐40%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物1.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮4%、果酸1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3.5%。
对比例2
本对比例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠15%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚35%、烷基苯磺酸钠40%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物1.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮4%、果酸1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3.5%。
对比例3
本对比例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠15%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯35%、阴离子表面活性剂40%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物1.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮4%、果酸1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3.5%。
其中,阴离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的混合物,聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:0.40:0.15。
对比例4
本实施例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠15%、非离子表面活性剂35%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐40%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物1.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮4%、果酸1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3.5%。

本对比例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:非离子表面活性剂45%、阴离子表面活性剂45%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物1.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮4%、果酸1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3.5%,其余同实施例5。

本对比例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠15%、非离子表面活性剂35%、阴离子表面活性剂40%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮4%、果酸1%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5%,其余同实施例5。
对比例8
本对比例中的具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠15%、非离子表面活性剂38%、阴离子表面活性剂40%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物1.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮4%、水杨酸1.5%,其余同实施例5。
为验证本发明的效果,将实施例1-6用去离子水稀释至整体浓度分别为1%质量体积比。
1、将旧羽绒服滴入相同面积大小的油污,将旧羽绒服浸泡在清洗剂稀释溶液中,10min后观察油污的印记,按旧羽绒服上印记深浅记为10-0。
2、将志愿者的手放入稀释后的溶液中,记录皮肤有无刺激绷紧感,按紧绷程度记为5-0;
3、采用琼脂糖扩散法进行抗菌活性检测。琼脂糖扩散法中使用的菌株为大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、霉菌组合,这些菌种的菌株均为市售。菌株复苏后,接种于LB培养基37℃过夜培养后,分别取50μl菌液涂布于LB固体培养基。静置带菌液吸收后,分别滴入上述清洗剂。37℃培养10小时后,观察抑菌圈的有无和直径大小。同时观察抑菌圈一星期内是否有变化,判断抑菌时间长短。

通过表1可以看出,通过实施例1-5和对比例7和8可看出,实施例1-5和对比例7-8在起始抗菌效果相似,但是抑菌圈一周内变化相差巨大,实施例1-5的抑菌圈逐渐变大,对比例7-8中抑菌圈反而变小,说明本发明的清洗剂具有长久抑菌的效果,但是在实际中也发现,抑菌圈中存在仍然存在一些菌点,尤其是对比例5中抑菌圈菌点较多,而在实施例6的抑菌圈中没有发现菌点,说明抗菌剂的使用可以增加清洗剂的广谱抗菌性,抗菌剂和聚合物可以相互协同,增加抑菌持久性;通过去污结果可看出,实施例5和实施例6相对优于实施例1、2、3、4,结合对比例1-4中看,可能是由于表面活性剂不同的原因,且根据对比例6和对比例5可看出,过硼酸钠和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的使用使得清洗剂的去污能力变好。
根据上述实验试验结果,进行进一步试验,采用血琼脂平板检测实施例5的最低抑菌浓度。将50μl活化的菌液涂布于血琼脂平板后静置半小时,分别将10μl浓度为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%、0.7%、0.8%、0.9%的实施例5加入培养皿,做好标记。37℃培养24-48小时后,观察抑菌圈的有无。结果表明最低抑菌浓度为0.4%。将实施例5用水稀释至0.4%、0.5%、0.6%、0.7%、0.8%、0.9%、1.1%、1.2%、1.3%、1.5%、2%,重复去污试验和感官试验。

通过表2可看出,当浓度为0.5%时,清洗剂去污浓度开始达到最优,当浓度超过1.2%时,皮肤开始感到紧绷有刺激,结合最低抑菌浓度,可得到,本发明的清洗最佳浓度为0.5%-1.2%。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:过硼酸钠10-20%、非离子表面活性剂10%-40%、阴离子表面活性剂10%-40%、甲基乙烯基醚-马来酸苷共聚物0.1%-1.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮1%-5%、酸2%-3%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1%-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,其特征在于,所述聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯的重量比为1:0.25-0.35:0.1-0.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,其特征在于,所述聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:0.20-0.40:0.15-0.25。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,其特征在于,还包括抗菌剂0.01-0.2%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有抗污功能的羽绒服清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为将经过甘露糖改性的壳聚糖包覆至硒纳米颗粒和三氯生两者复合体的外表面后所获得。
