Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液及其制备方法,属于清洁液技术领域,包括如下质量份数的原料配方:过硼酸钠12‑20份、吡啶硫酮锌1‑5份、抗菌剂4‑8份、卡波姆8‑16份、非离子表面活性剂15‑20份、阴离子表面活性剂6‑10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3‑6份、茶多酚15‑20份、乙醇8‑16份、抛射剂4‑8份、70‑90份去离子水。本发明抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,选用性能优良、温和的表面活性剂复配过硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮锌、茶多酚、乙醇提取物,各种组分协同增效,使其可以快速附着在羽绒服面料上,在不使用添加水的情况下,对绝大部分污渍可以予以清除,还能使得羽绒服面料长久抗菌,具有柔软性和无剌激性的优点,便于清洗羽绒服。

技术领域
本发明属于清洁液技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液及其制备方法。
背景技术
羽绒服保暖性最好,是现代人们冬天必备的衣物,羽绒为三维结构,质量好的羽绒服一般都是非常蓬松的,所以相同重量的羽绒可以比其他材质固定更多的空气,大量的羽绒细丝交错在一起固定住空气,并形成隔热的保护层,从而实现良好的保暖性能。由于审美的变化,现代人对羽绒服清洁度的要求越来越高,羽绒服清洗的最佳方式为干洗,但是干洗价格昂贵,且干洗剂残留物对人体有害。羽绒服水洗时,需要将羽绒服浸泡在洗衣液中,浸泡过后羽绒服大量吸水,导致羽绒服质量变重,清洗弄干难度极大。因此,提出一种抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种设计合理的一种抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明提供了一种抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,包括如下质量份数的原料配方:过硼酸钠12-20份、吡啶硫酮锌1-5份、抗菌剂4-8份、卡波姆8-16份、非离子表面活性剂15-20份、阴离子表面活性剂6-10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-6份、茶多酚15-20份、乙醇提取物8-16份、消泡剂1-2份、70-90份去离子水。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述阴离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸钠中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抗菌剂为将经过甘露糖改性的壳聚糖包覆至硒纳米颗粒和三氯生两者复合体的外表面后所获得。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述乙醇提取物是从艾草中提取过滤浓缩所获得。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液的制备方法,具体步骤为:将去离子水、抗菌剂、非离子表面活性剂、卡波姆、阴离子表面活性剂、茶多酚、消泡剂加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入三分之一的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物、吡啶硫酮锌、三分之一的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠和三分之一的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后静置至无泡沫包装即获得免水洗清洁液。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抗菌剂的制备方法具体为:将甘露糖和三乙酰基硼氢化钠溶解于纯水中制得溶液,向该溶液中滴加壳聚糖溶液形成混合溶液,透析、冷冻干燥后获得甘露糖改性壳聚糖;将甘露糖改性壳聚糖溶于乙酸溶液中,再向该溶液中缓慢加入含有亚硒酸钠、抗坏血酸、三氯生的三聚磷酸钠溶液,搅拌后离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得抗菌剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述乙醇提取物的制备方法具体为:称取一定量的艾草,清洗干燥并粉碎成20-80目的颗粒,加入70-90%乙醇进行加热回流提取,提取温度为80-100℃,提取时间为0.5-2h,提取次数为1-3次,提取液过滤浓缩,得到乙醇提取物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括4-8份抛射剂,在进行包装时,将免水洗清洁液灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,选用性能优良、温和的表面活性剂复配过硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮锌、茶多酚、乙醇提取物,各种组分协同增效,使其可以快速附着在羽绒服面料上,在不使用添加水的情况下,对绝大部分污渍可以予以清除,还能使得羽绒服面料长久抗菌,具有柔软性和无剌激性的优点,便于清洗羽绒服。通过吡啶硫酮锌快速杀死羽绒服面料上的微生物并能使得微生物和织物剥离,再利用过硼酸钠良好的氧化性和防腐性,消除臭味而且可以使得面料更加洁亮,通过抗菌剂使得在织物表面干净过后附着在织物上,增强羽绒服面料的抗菌效果,通过乙醇提取物和卡波姆,使得该清洁液便于挥发,减小残留物。

实施例1
本实施例中的抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,制备方法如下:
(1)制备抗菌剂:将甘露糖和三乙酰基硼氢化钠溶解于纯水中制得溶液,向该溶液中滴加壳聚糖溶液形成混合溶液,透析、冷冻干燥后获得甘露糖改性壳聚糖;将甘露糖改性壳聚糖溶于乙酸溶液中,再向该溶液中缓慢加入含有亚硒酸钠、抗坏血酸、三氯生的三聚磷酸钠溶液,搅拌后离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得抗菌剂。
(2)制备乙醇提取物:称取一定量的艾草,清洗干燥并粉碎成80目的颗粒,加入75%乙醇进行加热回流提取,提取温度为100℃,提取时间为2h,提取次数为3次,提取液过滤浓缩,得到乙醇提取物。
(3)制备免水洗清洁液:将90份去离子水、抗菌剂4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份、卡波姆8份、聚氧乙烯烷基胺6份、茶多酚15份、消泡剂1份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物16份、3份吡啶硫酮锌、1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠20份和1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后待液体静置15min-20min至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将4份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
实施例2
本实施例中的抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,制备方法如下:
步骤(1)、(2)同实施例1,(3)制备免水洗清洁液:将80份去离子水、抗菌剂6份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、卡波姆10份、聚氧乙烯烷基胺10份、茶多酚20份、消泡剂2份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物10份、4份吡啶硫酮锌、1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠16份和1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后待液体静置15min-20min至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将5份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
实施例3
本实施例中的抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,制备方法如下:
步骤(1)、(2)同实施例1,(3)制备免水洗清洁液:将70份去离子水、抗菌剂8份、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺18份、卡波姆10份、烷基苯磺酸钠8份、茶多酚18份、消泡剂2份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物10份、5份吡啶硫酮锌、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠12份和2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后待液体静置15min-20min至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将5份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
实施例4
步骤(1)、(2)同实施例1,(3)制备免水洗清洁液:将90份去离子水、抗菌剂4份、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺20份、卡波姆8份、烷基苯磺酸钠6份、茶多酚15份、消泡剂1份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物12份、4份吡啶硫酮锌、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠15份和2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后待液体静置15min-20min至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将5份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
对比例1
本对比例中的抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,制备方法如下:
(1)制备乙醇提取物:称取一定量的艾草,清洗干燥并粉碎成80目的颗粒,加入75%乙醇进行加热回流提取,提取温度为100℃,提取时间为2h,提取次数为3次,提取液过滤浓缩,得到乙醇提取物。
(2)制备免水洗清洁液:将90份去离子水、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺20份、卡波姆8份、烷基苯磺酸钠6份、茶多酚15份、消泡剂1份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物12份、4份吡啶硫酮锌、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠15份和2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后待液体静置15min-20min至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将5份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
对比例2
本对比例中的抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,制备方法如下:
(1)制备抗菌剂:将甘露糖和三乙酰基硼氢化钠溶解于纯水中制得溶液,向该溶液中滴加壳聚糖溶液形成混合溶液,透析、冷冻干燥后获得甘露糖改性壳聚糖;将甘露糖改性壳聚糖溶于乙酸溶液中,再向该溶液中缓慢加入含有亚硒酸钠、抗坏血酸、三氯生的三聚磷酸钠溶液,搅拌后离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得抗菌剂。
(2)制备免水洗清洁液:将90份去离子水、抗菌剂4份、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺20份、卡波姆8份、烷基苯磺酸钠6份、茶多酚15份、消泡剂1份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入75%质量浓度的乙醇12份、4份吡啶硫酮锌、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠15份和2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后待液体静置15min-20min至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将5份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
对比例3
本对比例中的抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,制备方法如下:
制备免水洗清洁液:将90份去离子水、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺20份、卡波姆8份、烷基苯磺酸钠6份、茶多酚15份、消泡剂1份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入75%质量浓度的乙醇12份、4份吡啶硫酮锌、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠15份和2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后待液体静置15min-20min至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将5份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。

本对比例中的抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,制备方法如下:
步骤(1)、(2)同实施例1,(3)制备免水洗清洁液:将90份去离子水、抗菌剂4份、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺20份、卡波姆8份、烷基苯磺酸钠6份、茶多酚15份、消泡剂1份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物12份、4份吡啶硫酮锌,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠15份搅拌均匀,然后待液体静置2h-2.5h至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将5份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
对比例5
步骤(1)、(2)同实施例1,(3)制备免水洗清洁液:将90份去离子水、抗菌剂4份、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺20份、卡波姆8份、烷基苯磺酸钠6份、茶多酚15份、消泡剂1份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物12份、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠15份和2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后待液体静置15min-20min至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将5份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
对比例6
步骤(1)、(2)同实施例1,(3)制备免水洗清洁液:将90份去离子水、抗菌剂4份、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺20份、卡波姆8份、烷基苯磺酸钠6份、茶多酚15份、消泡剂1份加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物12份、4份吡啶硫酮锌、3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀,然后待液体静置15min-20min至无泡沫,将液体灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将5份抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
为验证本发明的效果,对实施例1-4以及对比例1-6进行如下试验:
1、将旧羽绒服滴入相同面积大小的油污,将清洁液中1次喷射至旧羽绒服油污处,擦除、晾晒后观察油污的印记,按旧羽绒服上印记深浅记为10-0;
2、将清洁液中喷射入志愿者的手中,记录皮肤有无刺激绷紧感以及挥发时间,按紧绷程度记为5-0;
3、在羽绒面料上制造若干组霉斑,然后将清洁液喷射至霉斑上,晾晒过后观察霉斑印记,按深浅记为10-0,在同一位置处采用同一物质培养霉斑,喷射清洁液,继续培养,继续喷射如此反复至少10次,第10次喷射时,记录霉斑印记,按深浅记为10-0;
4、采用琼脂糖扩散法进行抗菌活性检测。琼脂糖扩散法中使用的菌株为大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、霉菌组合,这些菌种的菌株均为市售。菌株复苏后,接种于LB培养基37℃过夜培养后,分别取50μl菌液涂布于LB固体培养基。静置带菌液吸收后,分别滴入上述清洁液。37℃培养10小时后,观察抑菌圈的有无和直径大小。同时观察抑菌圈一星期内是否有变化,判断抑菌时间长短。

通过表1可以看出,通过试验羽绒服的外观来看,结合实施例1-4以及对比例5和6,吡啶硫酮锌和过硼酸钠不仅具有抑菌效果,而且影响去油污效果,两者的使用使得清洁液的去污能力变好,在使用中还发现,对比例5和对比例6清洁的羽绒服相比较其它实施例和对比例清洁的羽绒服较为发白或发黄;通过实施例1-4在手上的挥发时间可看出,乙醇提取物添加量对挥发时间产生影响,但是同时乙醇提取物的添加也刺激着皮肤;实施例1-4和对比例1-6在抑菌圈一周内变化相差巨大,实施例1-4的抑菌圈逐渐变大,对比例1、3中抑菌圈反而变小,说明本发明的清洁液具有长久抑菌的效果;通过耐药性的试验,发现本发明的清洁液多次喷射,效果依然,结合对比例1和3发现主要是由于抗菌剂的原因;通过实施例1-4可看出,结合综合效果看,实施例4为最优实施例,而且也可以用作洗衣液清洗其它衣服。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料配方组成:过硼酸钠15份、吡啶硫酮锌4份、抗菌剂4份、卡波姆8份、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺20份、烷基苯磺酸钠6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6份、茶多酚15份、乙醇提取物12份、消泡剂1份、90份去离子水;
其中,
所述抗菌剂为将经过甘露糖改性的壳聚糖包覆至硒纳米颗粒和三氯生两者复合体的外表面后所获得,具体为:将甘露糖和三乙酰基硼氢化钠溶解于纯水中制得溶液,向该溶液中滴加壳聚糖溶液形成混合溶液,透析、冷冻干燥后获得甘露糖改性壳聚糖;将甘露糖改性壳聚糖溶于乙酸溶液中,再向该溶液中缓慢加入含有亚硒酸钠、抗坏血酸、三氯生的三聚磷酸钠溶液,搅拌后离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得抗菌剂;
所述乙醇提取物是从艾草中提取过滤浓缩所获得,所述乙醇提取物的制备方法具体为:称取一定量的艾草,清洗干燥并粉碎成20-80目的颗粒,加入70-90%乙醇进行加热回流提取,提取温度为80-100℃,提取时间为0.5-2h,提取次数为1-3次,提取液过滤浓缩,得到乙醇提取物;
所述抗菌羽绒面料的免水洗清洁液的制备方法,具体步骤为:将去离子水、抗菌剂、非离子表面活性剂、卡波姆、阴离子表面活性剂、茶多酚、消泡剂加入釜中,搅拌分散至均匀,然后加入三分之一的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌,溶解成粘液;加入乙醇提取物、吡啶硫酮锌、三分之一的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌至溶解均匀;再加入过硼酸钠和三分之一的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌均匀,然后静置至无泡沫包装即获得免水洗清洁液;
在进行包装时,将免水洗清洁液灌装进入到气雾剂罐中,将阀门放入气雾剂罐中封口,将阀门与气雾剂罐封装成一个整体,然后将抛射剂冲入气雾剂罐中,最后将喷头安装在气雾剂罐上。
