Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将去离子水和水不溶混相通过高速剪切制成水性乳液,其中水不溶混相包含主抗氧剂、辅抗氧剂和乳化剂;2)在所述水性乳液中加入增稠剂、防冻剂、抗凝剂、消泡剂、阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂和增韧剂;所述各原料占乳液型低粒径高效抗氧剂总质量比为:主抗氧剂5~20%,辅抗氧剂8~40%,乳化剂2~4%,增稠剂0.5~4%,防冻剂1~3%,抗凝剂6~12%、消泡剂1~8%,阻燃剂3~7%,阻燃协效剂4~9%,增韧剂2~8%,其余为去离子水;本发明具有如下积极效果:使用十溴二苯乙烷、溴化三嗪、溴化环氧、四溴双酚A等环保溴系阻燃剂代替多溴联苯和多溴联苯醚,非常环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及抗氧剂生产技术领域,尤其是一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法。
背景技术
橡胶、塑料、ABS、乳胶等作为日常生活中的重要材料,其应用领域不断拓宽,但高分子材料无论是天然的还是合成的,都易发生氧化反应,使材料褪色、泛黄、硬化、龟裂、丧失光泽和透明等,进而导致抗冲击强度、抗绕曲强度、抗张强度和伸长率等物理性能的降低,影响使用。所以在这些材料中添加抗氧剂是最简单有效的方法。原先胺类防老剂被作为橡胶类的通用抗氧剂使用了好多年,但由于其对环境有一定的污染且易使制品变色,限制了它们在浅色制品、高档制品方面的应用。所以人们现在正逐渐使用酚类抗氧剂,特别是受阻酚类。虽然酚类抗氧剂属于绿色抗氧剂、但其抗氧化效果较单一,所以在使用时常以受阻酚类抗氧剂为主抗氧剂,选用硫代酯或亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂为辅抗氧剂相结合的方法。但是目前的抗氧化剂是极不稳定的,在温度不稳定的情况下极易燃烧,因此,就必须研制出一种阻燃型的抗氧化剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其创新点在于:包括如下步骤:
1)将去离子水和水不溶混相通过高速剪切制成水性乳液,其中水不溶混相包含主抗氧剂、辅抗氧剂和乳化剂;
2)在所述水性乳液中加入增稠剂、防冻剂、抗凝剂、消泡剂、阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂和增韧剂;所述各原料占乳液型低粒径高效抗氧剂总质量比为:主抗氧剂5~20%,辅抗氧剂8~40%,乳化剂2~4%,增稠剂0.5~4%,防冻剂1~3%,抗凝剂6~12%、消泡剂1~8%,阻燃剂3~7%,阻燃协效剂4~9%,增韧剂2~8%,其余为去离子水;
其特征在于所述步骤1)中,先把主抗氧剂、辅抗氧剂和乳化剂在机械搅拌下加热混合均匀,加热至温度为,200~210℃后,在500~3000转/分钟的高速剪切下加入去离子水进行乳化1h~2h。
在一些实施方式中,主抗氧剂为对甲酚和双环戊二烯丁基化产物。
在一些实施方式中,辅抗氧剂为亚磷酸三壬基苯酯、硫代二丙酸双十三酯或硫代二丙酸二月桂酯中的至少任意一种。
在一些实施方式中,乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的至少任意一种。
在一些实施方式中,增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠或黄原胶中的至少任意一种。
在一些实施方式中,防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇或硫酸铵中的至少任意一种。
在一些实施方式中,抗凝剂为氟化钾。
在一些实施方式中,消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂。
在一些实施方式中,阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂,所述溴系阻燃剂为溴代三嗪、十溴二苯乙烷、四溴双酚A和低分子溴化环氧中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,阻燃协效剂为锑的氧化物。
本发明具有如下积极效果:使用十溴二苯乙烷、溴化三嗪、溴化环氧、四溴双酚A等环保溴系阻燃剂代替多溴联苯和多溴联苯醚,非常环保。
具体实施方式
一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将去离子水和水不溶混相通过高速剪切制成水性乳液,其中水不溶混相包含主抗氧剂、辅抗氧剂和乳化剂;
2)在所述水性乳液中加入增稠剂、防冻剂、抗凝剂、消泡剂、阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂和增韧剂;所述各原料占乳液型低粒径高效抗氧剂总质量比为:主抗氧剂5~20%,辅抗氧剂8~40%,乳化剂2~4%,增稠剂0.5~4%,防冻剂1~3%,抗凝剂6~12%、消泡剂1~8%,阻燃剂3~7%,阻燃协效剂4~9%,增韧剂2~8%,其余为去离子水;

以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)将去离子水和水不溶混相通过高速剪切制成水性乳液,其中水不溶混相包含主抗氧剂、辅抗氧剂和乳化剂;
2)在所述水性乳液中加入增稠剂、防冻剂、抗凝剂、消泡剂、阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂和增韧剂;所述各原料占乳液型低粒径高效抗氧剂总质量比为:主抗氧剂5~20%,辅抗氧剂8~40%,乳化剂2~4%,增稠剂0.5~4%,防冻剂1~3%,抗凝剂6~12%、消泡剂1~8%,阻燃剂3~7%,阻燃协效剂4~9%,增韧剂2~8%,其余为去离子水;
其特征在于所述步骤1)中,先把主抗氧剂、辅抗氧剂和乳化剂在机械搅拌下加热混合均匀,加热至温度为,200~210℃后,在500~3000转/分钟的高速剪切下加入去离子水进行乳化1h~2h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述主抗氧剂为对甲酚和双环戊二烯丁基化产物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述辅抗氧剂为亚磷酸三壬基苯酯、硫代二丙酸双十三酯或硫代二丙酸二月桂酯中的至少任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的至少任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠或黄原胶中的至少任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇或硫酸铵中的至少任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗凝剂为氟化钾。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂,所述溴系阻燃剂为溴代三嗪、十溴二苯乙烷、四溴双酚A和低分子溴化环氧中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗凝型抗氧剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃协效剂为锑的氧化物。
