Abstract

本发明公开了一种热熔修复轮胎工具,包括操作架、转换盘、穿线针、钻孔针和转换盘开关,转换盘通过万向接头与操作架配合安装;穿线针通过第一快速接头与转换盘配合固定;的钻孔针通过第二快速接头与转换盘配合固定;转换盘开关位于操作架的手把上。先将轮胎受损部位进行画线,然后将轮胎内外受损周边的橡胶进行打磨及抛光,再用吸尘器对胎内进行清理;清理完后,利用补胎工具中的钻孔针对受损周边钻好穿线孔,再用穿线针将帘子线串于轮胎上;帘子线串好后,再用流化胶涂于轮胎受损内外部位;剪下相应大小的生橡胶贴于轮胎受损内外部位,压实后,再用硫化机进行热熔修复,使生橡胶更完全的填充于轮胎受损处,修复完后,进行打磨相应的纹理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种补胎工具,尤其涉及一种热熔修复轮胎工具。
背景技术
在日常用车的过程中,轮胎或会被异物扎到,或不小心撞到马路牙子,这些都会导致轮胎受损或爆裂;当轮胎小部分爆裂后,车辆修理多是建议车主更换新轮胎或是做简单的修补,更换新轮胎其成本高,做简单的修补多是采用上胶条、胶水等方法处,并未对轮胎上的帘子线进行修复,易使轮胎出鼓包等问题,从而存在着安全隐患及使用寿命短等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种热熔修复轮胎工具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种热熔修复轮胎工具,包括操作架、转换盘、穿线针、钻孔针和转换盘开关,所述转换盘通过万向接头与操作架配合安装;所述穿线针通过第一快速接头与转换盘配合固定;所述钻孔针通过第二快速接头与转换盘配合固定;所述操作架内设有电机,电机与转换盘转换盘传动连接,电机可控制转换盘旋转,使穿线针和钻孔针的位置发生调换,所述电机与转换盘开关连接。
优选地,所述转换盘开关位于操作架的手把上。
优选地,所述操作架上设有安全挡板。
优选地,所述转换盘可360°旋转。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单、构思新颖,先将轮胎受损部位进行画线,然后将轮胎内外受损周边的橡胶进行打磨及抛光,再用吸尘器对胎内进行清理;清理完后,利用补胎工具中的钻孔针对受损周边钻好穿线孔,再用穿线针将帘子线串于轮胎上;帘子线串好后,再用流化胶涂于轮胎受损内外部位;剪下相应大小的生橡胶贴于轮胎受损内外部位,压实后,再用硫化机进行热熔修复,使生橡胶更完全的填充于轮胎受损处,修复完后,进行打磨相应的纹理;其补漏效果好,有串设帘子线的轮胎,在充气后可有效的防止轮胎出现鼓包等现象,且热熔后的胶不易脱落,以提高轮胎的安全性及使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种热熔修复轮胎工具,包括操作架1、转换盘2、穿线针4、钻孔针5和转换盘开关7,所述转换盘2通过万向接头与操作架1配合安装;所述穿线针4通过第一快速接头3与转换盘2配合固定;所述的钻孔针5通过第二快速接头8与转换盘2配合固定;所述转换盘开关7位于操作架1的手把上。
所述操作架内设有电机,电机与转换盘传动连接,电机可控制转换盘旋转,使穿线针4和钻孔针5的位置发生调换,所述电机与转换盘开关7连接,通过转换盘开关7可控制电机的工作状态。
本发明的工作原理为:先将轮胎受损部位进行画线,然后将轮胎内外受损周边的橡胶进行打磨及抛光,再用吸尘器对胎内进行清理;清理完后,利用补胎工具中的钻孔针对受损周边钻好穿线孔,再用穿线针将帘子线串于轮胎上;帘子线串好后,再用流化胶涂于轮胎受损内外部位;剪下相应大小的生橡胶贴于轮胎受损内外部位,压实后,再用硫化机进行热熔修复,使生橡胶更完全的填充于轮胎受损处,修复完后,进行打磨相应的纹理;其补漏效果好,有串设帘子线的轮胎,在充气后可有效的防止轮胎出现鼓包等现象,且热熔后的胶不易脱落,以提高轮胎的安全性及使用寿命。

1.一种热熔修复轮胎工具,包括操作架(1)、转换盘(2)、穿线针(4)、钻孔针(5)和转换盘开关(7),其特征在于,所述转换盘(2)通过万向接头与操作架(1)配合安装;所述穿线针(4)通过第一快速接头(3)与转换盘(2)配合固定;所述钻孔针(5)通过第二快速接头(8)与转换盘(2)配合固定;所述操作架(1)内设有电机,电机与转换盘转换盘(2)传动连接,电机可控制转换盘旋转,使穿线针(4)和钻孔针(5)的位置发生调换,所述电机与转换盘开关(7)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔修复轮胎工具,其特征在于,所述转换盘开关(7)位于操作架(1)的手把上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔修复轮胎工具,其特征在于,所述操作架(1)上设有安全挡板(6)。
