本发明涉及一种热熔修复轮胎的火补方法,先将轮胎受损部位进行画线,然后将轮胎内外受损周边的橡胶进行打磨及抛光,再用吸尘器对胎内进行清理;清理完后,利用补胎工具中的钻孔针对受损周边钻好穿线孔,再用穿线针将帘子线串于轮胎上;帘子线串好后,再用流化胶涂于轮胎受损内外部位;剪下相应大小的生橡胶贴于轮胎受损内外部位,压实后,再用硫化机进行热熔修复,使生橡胶更完全的填充于轮胎受损处,修复完后,进行打磨相应的纹理。一种热熔修复轮胎的补胎工具,它包括操作架,其特征在于它还包括转换盘、穿线针、钻孔针、转换盘开关。其补漏效果好,有串设帘子线的轮胎,在充气后可有效的防止轮胎出现鼓包等现象,且热熔后的胶不易脱落,以提高轮胎的安全性及使用寿命,其补胎工具使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热熔修复轮胎的火补方法及其补胎工具。
背景技术
在日常用车的过程中,轮胎或会被异物扎到,或不小心撞到马路牙子,这些都会导致轮胎受损或爆裂;当轮胎小部分爆裂后,车辆修理多是建议车主更换新轮胎或是做简单的修补,更换新轮胎其成本高,做简单的修补多是采用上胶条、胶水等方法处,并未对轮胎上的帘子线进行修复,易使轮胎出鼓包等问题,从而存在着安全隐患及使用寿命短等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种热熔修复轮胎的火补方法及其补胎工具,该方法补胎安全性高,其补胎工具使用方便。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的以下技术方案。
一种热熔修复轮胎的火补方法,先将轮胎受损部位进行画线,然后将轮胎内外受损周边的橡胶进行打磨及抛光,再用吸尘器对胎内进行清理;清理完后,利用补胎工具中的钻孔针对受损周边钻好穿线孔,再用穿线针将帘子线串于轮胎上;帘子线串好后,再用流化胶涂于轮胎受损内外部位;剪下相应大小的生橡胶贴于轮胎受损内外部位,压实后,再用硫化机进行热熔修复,使生橡胶更完全的填充于轮胎受损处,修复完后,进行打磨相应的纹理。
一种热熔修复轮胎的补胎工具,它包括操作架,其特征在于它还包括转换盘、穿线针、钻孔针、转换盘开关;所述的转换盘通过万向接头与操作架配合安装;所述的穿线针与转换盘上的快速接头配合固定;所述的钻孔针与转换盘上的快速接头配合固定;所述的转换盘开关位于操作架的手把上。
转换盘上的穿线针与钻孔针的安装夹角在120°-135°之间。
操作架上设有安全档板。
转换盘可360°旋转。
本发明的有益效果是:一种热熔修复轮胎的火补方法补漏效果好,有串设帘子线的轮胎,在充气后可有效的防止轮胎出现鼓包等现象,且热熔后的胶不易脱落,以提高轮胎的安全性及使用寿命,其补胎工具使用方便。

1.一种热熔修复轮胎的火补方法,先将轮胎受损部位进行画线,然后将轮胎内外受损周边的橡胶进行打磨及抛光,再用吸尘器对胎内进行清理;清理完后,利用补胎工具中的钻孔针(5)对受损周边钻好穿线孔,再用穿线针(4)将帘子线串于轮胎上;帘子线串好后,再用流化胶涂于轮胎受损内外部位;剪下相应大小的生橡胶贴于轮胎受损内外部位,压实后,再用硫化机进行热熔修复,使生橡胶更完全的填充于轮胎受损处,修复完后,进行打磨相应的纹理。
2.一种热熔修复轮胎的补胎工具,它包括操作架(1),其特征在于它还包括转换盘(2)、穿线针(4)、钻孔针(5)、转换盘开关(7);所述的转换盘(2)通过万向接头与操作架(1)配合安装;所述的穿线针(4)与转换盘(2)上的快速接头(3)配合固定;所述的钻孔针(5)与转换盘(2)上的快速接头(3)配合固定;所述的转换盘开关(7)位于操作架(1)的手把上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔修复轮胎的补胎工具,其特征在于转换盘(2)上的穿线针(4)与钻孔针(5)的安装夹角在120°-135°之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔修复轮胎的补胎工具,其特征在于操作架(1)上设有安全档板(6)。
