本发明涉及一种共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,包括筒体,筒体上部开设有进料口,底部设有放料球阀,筒体内部设有搅拌机构,顶端设置有传动机构,搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、外层框式搅拌器和内层乳化搅拌器,框式搅拌器通过转动轴承连接在搅拌轴上,乳化搅拌器均通过紧固件固定在搅拌轴上,框式搅拌器的外框与筒体内壁平行设置,乳化搅拌器具有螺旋桨叶和乳化头,螺旋桨叶通过紧固件安装在搅拌轴上,乳化头通过连接支架连接设置在搅拌轴底部,传动机构包括依次连接的主电机和减速机以及辅电机,主电机与减速机相连接,减速机的输出轴与连接在搅拌轴上端的框式搅拌器相连,辅电机的输出端与搅拌轴上端相连接。本发明结构简单,适合不同反应要求。

一种共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜
技术领域
本发明涉及化工设备领域,尤其是涉及一种共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜。
背景技术
反应釜在食品、医药、化工等领域的应用十分广泛,传统的反应釜通常是一个容器,内部设有搅拌装置,在反应釜本体上设置进料口和出料口,因为反应釜在工作时候,会有一个最佳的反应温度和气压,因此需要对反应釜本体内的温度和气压进行监控,反应时候,可能会释放气体,造成反应釜本体内气压上升,因此,需要气压检测器对其进行监控,目前,通常是在反应釜的本体上设置气孔,直接将气体排出到外部环境中,这种设置,可能对工作场所造成一定的空气污染。同时搅拌机的搅拌功率不够,使得反应釜中的反应效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、操作方便、搅拌效率高的共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,包括筒体,所述筒体上部开设有进料口,底部设有放料球阀,筒体内部设有搅拌机构,顶端设置有传动机构,所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、外层框式搅拌器和内层乳化搅拌器,所述框式搅拌器通过转动轴承连接在搅拌轴上,所述乳化搅拌器均通过紧固件固定在搅拌轴上,框式搅拌器的外框与筒体内壁平行设置,所述乳化搅拌器具有螺旋桨叶和乳化头,所述螺旋桨叶通过紧固件安装在搅拌轴上,所述乳化头通过连接支架连接设置在搅拌轴底部,所述传动机构包括依次连接的主电机和减速机以及辅电机,所述主电机与减速机相连接,所述减速机的输出轴与连接在搅拌轴上端的框式搅拌器相连,所述辅电机的输出端与搅拌轴上端相连接。
上述技术方案所述框式搅拌器上对称设有两组挡板。
上述技术方案所述连接支架呈框形。
上述技术方案所述筒体上具有若干个备用进料阀门。
上述技术方案所述筒体外壁上涂覆有防锈层。
上述技术方案所述传动机构还具有磁力耦合器,所述磁力耦合器的两端分别与减速机的输出轴和搅拌轴上端相连接。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本发明具有良好的密封性能,保证物料在反应釜内顺利、有效的进行,同时该反应釜结构简单、使用方便,提高了工作效率。
(2)本发明具有框式搅拌器和乳化搅拌器,全方位对釜体内部进行搅拌,使得搅拌更加均匀、充分,减少搅拌时间。
(3)本发明采用电机和辅电机分别对框式搅拌器和乳化搅拌器进行控制,适合不同反应要求。

见图1,本发明包括筒体1,筒体1上部开设有进料口2,底部设有放料球阀3,筒体1内部设有搅拌机构4,顶端设置有传动机构5,搅拌机构4包括搅拌轴6、外层框式搅拌器7和内层乳化搅拌器8,框式搅拌器7通过转动轴承9连接在搅拌轴6上,乳化搅拌器8均通过紧固件固定在搅拌轴6上,框式搅拌器7的外框与筒体1内壁平行设置,乳化搅拌器8具有螺旋桨叶9和乳化头10,螺旋桨叶9通过紧固件安装在搅拌轴6上,乳化头10通过呈框形的连接支架11连接设置在搅拌轴6底部,传动机构5包括依次连接的主电机12和减速机13以及辅电机14,主电机12与减速机13相连接,减速机13的输出轴与连接在搅拌轴6上端的框式搅拌器7相连,辅电机14的输出端与搅拌轴6上端相连接。框式搅拌器7上对称设有两组挡板15。
筒体1上具有若干个备用进料阀门16。筒体1外壁上涂覆有防锈层。
传动机构5还具有磁力耦合器17,磁力耦合器17的两端分别与减速机13的输出轴和搅拌轴6上端相连接。

1.一种共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,包括筒体(1),所述筒体(1)上部开设有进料口(2),底部设有放料球阀(3),筒体(1)内部设有搅拌机构(4),顶端设置有传动机构(5),其特征在于:所述搅拌机构(4)包括搅拌轴(6)、外层框式搅拌器(7)和内层乳化搅拌器(8),所述框式搅拌器(7)通过转动轴承(18)连接在搅拌轴(6)上,所述乳化搅拌器(8)均通过紧固件固定在搅拌轴(6)上,框式搅拌器(7)的外框与筒体(1)内壁平行设置,所述乳化搅拌器(8)具有螺旋桨叶(9)和乳化头(10),所述螺旋桨叶(9)通过紧固件安装在搅拌轴(6)上,所述乳化头(10)通过连接支架(11)连接设置在搅拌轴(6)底部,所述传动机构(5)包括依次连接的主电机(12)和减速机(13)以及辅电机(14),所述主电机(12)与减速机(13)相连接,所述减速机(13)的输出轴与连接在搅拌轴(6)上端的框式搅拌器(7)相连,所述辅电机(14)的输出端与搅拌轴(6)上端相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,其特征在于:所述框式搅拌器(7)上对称设有两组挡板(15)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,其特征在于:所述连接支架(11)呈框形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,其特征在于:所述筒体(1)上具有若干个备用进料阀门(16)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,其特征在于:所述筒体(1)外壁上涂覆有防锈层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的共轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,其特征在于:所述传动机构(5)还具有磁力耦合器(17),所述磁力耦合器(17)的两端分别与减速机(13)的输出轴和搅拌轴(6)上端相连接。
