本发明涉及一种同轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,包括筒体,所述筒体上部开设有进料口,底部设有出料球阀,筒体内部设有搅拌机构,顶端设置有传动机构,所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、外层框式搅拌器和内层乳化搅拌器,所述框式搅拌器和乳化搅拌器均通过紧固件固定在搅拌轴上,框式搅拌器的外框与筒体内壁平行设置,所述乳化搅拌器包括螺旋桨叶和乳化头,所述螺旋桨叶固定在搅拌轴上,所述乳化头镶嵌在螺旋桨叶下方的搅拌轴端部。本发明具有框式搅拌器和乳化搅拌器,全方位对釜体内部进行搅拌,使得搅拌更加均匀、充分,减少搅拌时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工设备领域,尤其是涉及一种同轴乳化搅拌型反应釜。
背景技术
反应釜在食品、医药、化工等领域的应用十分广泛,传统的反应釜通常是一个容器,内部设有搅拌装置,在反应釜本体上设置进料口和出料口,因为反应釜在工作时候,会有一个最佳的反应温度和气压,因此需要对反应釜本体内的温度和气压进行监控,反应时候,可能会释放气体,造成反应釜本体内气压上升,因此,需要气压检测器对其进行监控,目前,通常是在反应釜的本体上设置气孔,直接将气体排出到外部环境中,这种设置,可能对工作场所造成一定的空气污染。同时搅拌机的搅拌功率不够,使得反应釜中的反应效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、操作方便、搅拌效率高的同轴乳化搅拌型反应釜。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种同轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,包括筒体,所述筒体上部开设有进料口,底部设有出料球阀,筒体内部设有搅拌机构,顶端设置有传动机构,所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、外层框式搅拌器和内层乳化搅拌器,所述框式搅拌器和乳化搅拌器均通过紧固件固定在搅拌轴上,框式搅拌器的外框与筒体内壁平行设置,所述乳化搅拌器包括螺旋桨叶和乳化头,所述螺旋桨叶固定在搅拌轴上,所述乳化头镶嵌在螺旋桨叶下方的搅拌轴端部。
上述技术方案所述框式搅拌器上左右对称设有两组折角挡板,每组折角挡板具有上下设置的两至三个。
上述技术方案所述传动机构包括依次连接的电机和减速机,所述电机与减速机相连接,所述减速机的输出轴与搅拌轴上端相连。
上述技术方案所述筒体上涂覆有防腐层。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本发明具有良好的密封性能,保证物料在反应釜内顺利、有效的进行,同时该反应釜结构简单、使用方便,提高了工作效率。
(2)本发明具有框式搅拌器和乳化搅拌器,全方位对釜体内部进行搅拌,使得搅拌更加均匀、充分,减少搅拌时间。

见图1,本发明包括筒体1,筒体1上部开设有进料口2,底部设有出料球阀3,筒体1内部设有搅拌机构4,顶端设置有传动机构5,搅拌机构4包括搅拌轴6、外层框式搅拌器7和内层乳化搅拌器8,框式搅拌器7和乳化搅拌器8均通过紧固件固定在搅拌轴6上,框式搅拌器7的外框与筒体1内壁平行设置,乳化搅拌器8包括螺旋桨叶9和乳化头10,螺旋桨叶9固定在搅拌轴6上,乳化头10镶嵌在螺旋桨叶9下方的搅拌轴6端部。框式搅拌器7上左右对称设有两组折角挡板11,每组折角挡板11具有上下设置的两至三个。传动机构5包括依次连接的电机12和减速机13,电机12与减速机13相连接,减速机13的输出轴与搅拌轴6上端相连。筒体1上涂覆有防腐层。

1.一种同轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,包括筒体(1),所述筒体(1)上部开设有进料口(2),底部设有出料球阀(3),筒体(1)内部设有搅拌机构(4),顶端设置有传动机构(5),其特征在于:所述搅拌机构(4)包括搅拌轴(6)、外层框式搅拌器(7)和内层乳化搅拌器(8),所述框式搅拌器(7)和乳化搅拌器(8)均通过紧固件固定在搅拌轴(6)上,框式搅拌器(7)的外框与筒体(1)内壁平行设置,所述乳化搅拌器(8)包括螺旋桨叶(9)和乳化头(10),所述螺旋桨叶(9)固定在搅拌轴(6)上,所述乳化头(10)镶嵌在螺旋桨叶(9)下方的搅拌轴(6)端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,其特征在于:所述框式搅拌器(7)上左右对称设有两组折角挡板(11),每组折角挡板(11)具有上下设置的两至三个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的同轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,其特征在于:所述传动机构(5)包括依次连接的电机(12)和减速机(13),所述电机(12)与减速机(13)相连接,所述减速机(13)的输出轴与搅拌轴(6)上端相连。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的同轴乳化搅拌型反应釜,其特征在于:所述筒体(1)上涂覆有防腐层。
