一种釜式反应器,是由乳化电机(1)、减速器(2)、公转电机(3)、筒体(4)、外框搅拌器(5)、折角挡板(6)、转轴(7)、螺旋桨叶(8)、乳化头(9)和放料球阀(10)组成,所述的乳化电机(1)下方连接减速器(2),减速器(2)左侧连接公转电机(3),公转电机(3)的下方连接筒体(4),减速器(2)下方连接筒体(4)上方中间位置,转轴(7)连接减速器(2)位于筒体(4)内部,外框搅拌器(5)连接转轴(7)上方,折角挡板(6)四个分别连接外框搅拌器(5)的两端,螺旋桨叶(8)的一端连接转轴(7)的上方,另一端连接转轴(7)的下方,乳化头(9)连接转轴(7)下方,放料球阀(10)连接筒体(4)的下方中间位置,所述的外框搅拌器(5)为矩形。该釜式反应器结构简单,使用方便,技术合理,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

Description

釜式反应器 技术领域
本发明属于一种化工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种釜式反应器。
背景技术
釜式反应器,是将所有反应物均在操作前一次加入,随着反应的进行,釜内温度、浓
度和反应速度都随时间变化,一直进行至达到预定的转化率出料为止。目前,间歇釜因其结
构简单、操作方便、灵活性大而受到广泛应用,但是反应器的装料、缷料、检查及清洗设备
等所需辅助时间长,造成劳动强度高,生产效率低,因此其结构急需改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种釜式反应器,以解决上述技术中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种釜式反应器,是由乳化电机、减速器、公转电机、筒体、外框搅拌器、折角挡板、转轴、
螺旋桨叶、乳化头和放料球阀组成,所述的乳化电机下方连接减速器,减速器左侧连接公转
电机,公转电机的下方连接筒体,减速器下方连接筒体上方中间位置,转轴连接减速器位于
筒体内部,外框搅拌器连接转轴上方,折角挡板四个分别连接外框搅拌器的两端,螺旋桨叶
的一端连接转轴的上方,另一端连接转轴的下方,乳化头连接转轴下方,放料球阀连接筒体
的下方中间位置。
所述的外框搅拌器为矩形。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,技术合理。降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种釜式反应器,是由乳化电机1、减速器2、公转电机3、筒 体4、外
框搅拌器5、折角挡板6、转轴7、螺旋桨叶8、乳化头9和放料球阀10组成,所述的乳化电
机1下方连接减速器2,减速器2左侧连接公转电机3,公转电机3的下方连接筒体4,减速
器2下方连接筒体4上方中间位置,转轴7连接减速器2位于筒体4内部,外框搅拌器5连
接转轴7上方,折角挡板6四个分别连接外框搅拌器5的两端,螺旋桨叶8的一端连接转轴
7的上方,另一端连接转轴7的下方,乳化头9连接转轴7下方,放料球阀10连接筒体4的
下方中间位置,所述的外框搅拌器5为矩形。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种釜式反应器,是由乳化电机、减速器、公转电机、筒体、外框搅拌器、折角挡板、转轴、螺旋桨叶、乳化头和放料球阀组成,其特征在于:所述的乳化电机下方连接减速器,减速器左侧连接公转电机,公转电机的下方连接筒体,减速器下方连接筒体上方中间位置,转轴连接减速器位于筒体内部,外框搅拌器连接转轴上方,折角挡板四个分别连接外框搅拌器的两端,螺旋桨叶的一端连接转轴的上方,另一端连接转轴的下方,乳化头连接转轴下方,放料球阀连接筒体的下方中间位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的釜式反应器,其特征在于:所述的外框搅拌器为矩形。
