背景技术
床垫是摆放在床架上的支撑装置,通过床垫可以提供平整的支撑性和足够的柔软度,现有技术中的床垫分为框架结构、钢丝网和弹簧,通过钢丝网进行表面支撑,通过弹簧支撑在钢丝网的下方形成软支撑,钢丝网的制作工艺要求较高,制作的成本较大,并且制作完成后的整个床垫的质量较大,不利于搬运。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种质量较轻、易于搬运,并且制作工艺较为简单,支撑较为平稳的床垫结构。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种床垫结构,包括两个上、下对称设置的框架结构,在两个对称设置的所述框架结构之间配合有立柱,所述框架结构包括两根对称设置的纵杆,及连接于两根所述纵杆之间的横杆,所述纵杆与所述横杆之间焊接固定,所述立柱与所述横杆焊接固定,在两个对称设置的所述框架结构之间配合有若干根横向支撑条和纵向支撑条,所述横向支撑条连接在四根所述纵杆之间,所述纵向支撑条连接在四根所述横杆之间,所述横向支撑条与所述纵向支撑条之间呈垂直交错设置,在所述框架结构的内部均布有多个弹性结构,所述弹性结构支撑在所述横向支撑条和所述纵向支撑条的内部;所述横向支撑条和所述纵向支撑条均为改性PVC塑料条。
优选地,所述弹性结构包括两个上、下对称设置的端盖,及配合于两个所述端盖之间的弹簧,所述端盖具有配合所述弹簧用的插套,所述弹簧配装于所述插套内。

(2)放入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒,挤出温度为140-160℃,机头温度为170-190℃,螺杆转速为30-50转/分钟,按所需规格制成塑料条。

(1)称取PVC树脂100重量份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯10-20重量份、己二酸二辛酯10-20重量份、硬脂酸锌1-5重量份、月桂醇0.5-2重量份、防霉剂0.2-1重量份、抗菌剂0.2-0.8份、远红外固体磁石5-15重量份、阻燃剂0.5-1重量份,加入混合机中,室温下以转速1000-2000转/分钟,混合10-30min;
(2)放入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒,挤出温度为140-160℃,机头温度为170-190℃,螺杆转速为30-50转/分钟,按所需规格制成塑料条。
其中,
所述防霉剂为10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒;
所述抗菌剂优选自碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、1,6-双(N1-对氯苯基-N5-双胍基)己烷二醋酸盐中的一种或多种的混合物;所述抗菌剂更优选为碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、1,6-双(N1-对氯苯基-N5-双胍基)己烷二醋酸盐质量比(1-3):(1-3)的混合物;
所述远红外固体磁石优选为麦饭石、木鱼石、石英石、滑石、电气石中的一种或多种;所述远红外固体磁石更优选为石英石;
所述阻燃剂优选为无卤阻燃剂,可以为磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、铝镁系阻燃剂中的至少一种;所述磷系阻燃剂选自磷酸三甲苯酯、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯),所述氮系阻燃剂为氰尿酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐,所述铝镁系阻燃剂选自次磷酸铝、氢氧化镁;所述阻燃剂更优选为磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、铝镁系阻燃剂的混合物;所述阻燃剂更优选为双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)、氰尿酸三聚氰胺、次磷酸铝质量比(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)的混合物。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置通过横向支撑条和纵向支撑条形成表面支撑,横向支撑条与纵向支撑条之间交错设置,形成一个整体,避免横向支撑条和纵向支撑条的错位移动,确保支撑的可靠性,横向支撑条和纵向支撑条的质地相比钢丝网而言更轻,降低了整个床垫的自重,并且相对钢丝网而言,横向支撑条和纵向支撑条可以形成一个更加完整的支撑面,通过弹性结构可以增加本装置的柔软度和回弹性能,本装置的结构较为简单,成本较为低廉,适合推广使用。
在优选的方案中,本发明在制备改性PVC塑料条的过程中,还添加了防霉剂、抗菌剂等,具有良好的抗菌防霉效果,适合用于床垫支撑条;还添加了远红外固体磁石,其使得床垫在受到光照等条件后,可以释放远红外,具有保健功能;使用的阻燃剂优选为无卤阻燃剂,在阻燃时不会产生大量的烟雾及有毒的腐蚀性卤化氢气体。

实施例中各原料介绍:
PVC树脂,CAS号:9002-86-2,上海邦景实业有限公司;
邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯,CAS号:117-81-7;
己二酸二辛酯,CAS号:103-23-1;
硬脂酸锌,CAS号:557-05-1;
月桂醇,CAS号:112-53-8;
10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒,CAS号:58-36-6;
碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯,CAS号:55406-53-6;
1,6-双(N1-对氯苯基-N5-双胍基)己烷二醋酸盐,CAS号:206986-79-0;
麦饭石,河北省石家庄辉煌园矿产品加工厂,规格:800-1000目;
木鱼石,泰山金鑫木鱼石总厂,规格:800-1000目;

实施例1
参阅图1、图2、图3和图4所示的一种床垫结构,包括两个上、下对称设置的框架结构1,在两个对称设置的所述框架结构1之间配合有立柱2,所述框架结构1包括两根对称设置的纵杆101,及连接于两根所述纵杆101之间的横杆102,所述纵杆101与所述横杆102之间焊接固定,所述立柱2与所述横杆102焊接固定,在两个对称设置的所述框架结构1之间配合有若干根横向支撑条3和纵向支撑条4,所述横向支撑条3连接在四根所述纵杆101之间,所述纵向支撑条4连接在四根所述横杆102之间,所述横向支撑条3与所述纵向支撑条4之间呈垂直交错设置,在所述框架结构1的内部均布有多个弹性结构5,所述弹性结构5支撑在所述横向支撑条3和所述纵向支撑条4的内部。
所述弹性结构5包括两个上、下对称设置的端盖501,及配合于两个所述端盖501之间的弹簧502,所述端盖501具有配合所述弹簧502用的插套503,所述弹簧502配装于所述插套503内。
所述插套503的底部设置有弧形条511,所述弧形条511为中空结构,所述弧形条511的一端封闭,所述弧形条511的另一端设置有插孔512,所述弹簧502旋转后通过所述插孔512配装在所述弧形条511内。
所述横向支撑条3和所述纵向支撑条4均为改性PVC塑料条;所述横向支撑条3的规格为200cm×3cm×3cm;所述纵向支撑条4的规格为150cm×3cm×3cm。
所述改性PVC塑料条由如下步骤制备得到:
(1)称取PVC树脂100重量份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯20重量份、己二酸二辛酯20重量份、硬脂酸锌5重量份、月桂醇0.5重量份、10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒0.3重量份,加入混合机中,室温下以转速1000转/分钟,混合10min;
(2)放入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒,挤出温度为150℃,机头温度为170℃,螺杆转速为30转/分钟,按所需规格制成实施例1中的改性PVC塑料条。
实施例2
床垫结构与实施例1相同,所述改性PVC塑料条由如下步骤制备得到:
(1)称取PVC树脂100重量份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯20重量份、己二酸二辛酯20重量份、硬脂酸锌5重量份、月桂醇0.5重量份、10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒0.3重量份、远红外磁石8重量份,加入混合机中,室温下以转速1000转/分钟,混合10min;
(2)放入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒,挤出温度为150℃,机头温度为170℃,螺杆转速为30转/分钟,按所需规格制成实施例2中的改性PVC塑料条。
其中,所述远红外固体磁石为石英石。
实施例3
与实施例2基本相同,所述远红外磁石替换为木鱼石。
实施例4
与实施例2基本相同,所述远红外磁石替换为麦饭石。
实施例5
与实施例2基本相同,所述远红外磁石替换为滑石。
实施例6
与实施例2基本相同,所述远红外磁石替换为电气石。
测试例1
对实施例2-6中制得的改性PVC塑料条的弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度进行测试,测试结果见下表:

对实施例2-6制得的床垫结构进行远红外测试,使用仪器为IR-1发射率测量仪,测量8-14μm光谱区法向发射率,测量时的温度为25℃。测试结果见下表。

本发明实施例2-6添加了远红外磁石后,制得的床垫,均具有一定的远红外发射效果。尤其是实施例2和实施例6,远红外发射率在85%以上,而且实施例2的石英石原料易得、价格相对低廉,而且意外的发现改性PVC塑料条的制备中,加入远红外磁石后,提高了弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度,尤其是实施例2最为明显。
实施例7
床垫结构与实施例1相同,所述改性PVC塑料条由如下步骤制备得到:
(1)称取PVC树脂100重量份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯20重量份、己二酸二辛酯20重量份、硬脂酸锌5重量份、月桂醇0.5重量份、10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒0.3重量份、远红外磁石8重量份、抗菌剂0.5重量份,加入混合机中,室温下以转速1000转/分钟,混合10min;
(2)放入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒,挤出温度为150℃,机头温度为170℃,螺杆转速为30转/分钟,按所需规格制成实施例7中的改性PVC塑料条。
所述抗菌剂为碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯。
实施例8
与实施例7基本相同,所述抗菌剂替换为1,6-双(N1-对氯苯基-N5-双胍基)己烷二醋酸盐。
实施例9
与实施例7基本相同,所述抗菌剂替换为碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、1,6-双(N1-对氯苯基-N5-双胍基)己烷二醋酸盐质量比1:1的混合物。
测试例2
对实施例7-9中制得的改性PVC塑料条抗菌性能进行测试,测试方法参见QB/T2591-2003抗菌塑料抗菌性能试验方法和抗菌效果。检测用菌为大肠埃希氏菌ATCC25922和金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538。抑菌率的测试结果见下表:

实施例10-17
床垫结构与实施例1相同,所述改性PVC塑料条由如下步骤制备得到:
(1)称取PVC树脂100重量份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯20重量份、己二酸二辛酯20重量份、硬脂酸锌5重量份、月桂醇0.5重量份、10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒0.3重量份、远红外磁石8重量份、碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯0.25重量份、1,6-双(N1-对氯苯基-N5-双胍基)己烷二醋酸盐0.25重量份、阻燃剂0.5-1重量份,加入混合机中,室温下以转速1000转/分钟,混合10min;
(2)放入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒,挤出温度为150℃,机头温度为170℃,螺杆转速为30转/分钟,按所需规格制成实施例7中的改性PVC塑料条。
所述阻燃剂为磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、铝镁系阻燃剂质量比1:1:1的混合物;所述磷系阻燃剂为磷酸三甲苯酯或双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯),所述氮系阻燃剂为氰尿酸三聚氰胺或三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐,所述铝镁系阻燃剂为次磷酸铝或氢氧化镁。实施例10-17的阻燃剂的原料,如下表所示(比如:实施例7的阻燃剂是由磷系阻燃剂(磷酸三甲苯酯)、氮系阻燃剂(氰尿酸三聚氰胺)、无机阻燃剂(次磷酸铝)按质量比1:1:1组成):

对实施例10-17中制得的改性PVC塑料条阻燃性能进行测试,测试结果见下表:

Claims (5)
1.一种床垫结构,其特征在于:包括两个上、下对称设置的框架结构,在两个对称设置的所述框架结构之间配合有立柱,所述框架结构包括两根对称设置的纵杆,及连接于两根所述纵杆之间的横杆,所述纵杆与所述横杆之间焊接固定,所述立柱与所述横杆焊接固定,在两个对称设置的所述框架结构之间配合有若干根横向支撑条和纵向支撑条,所述横向支撑条连接在四根所述纵杆之间,所述纵向支撑条连接在四根所述横杆之间,所述横向支撑条与所述纵向支撑条之间呈垂直交错设置,在所述框架结构的内部均布有多个弹性结构,所述弹性结构支撑在所述横向支撑条和所述纵向支撑条的内部;所述横向支撑条和所述纵向支撑条均为改性PVC塑料条;
所述改性PVC塑料条由如下步骤制备得到:
(1)称取PVC树脂100重量份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯10-20重量份、己二酸二辛酯10-20重量份、硬脂酸锌1-5重量份、月桂醇0.5-2重量份、防霉剂0.2-1重量份、抗菌剂0.2-0.8份、远红外固体磁石5-15重量份、阻燃剂0.5-1重量份,加入混合机中,室温下以转速1000-2000转/分钟,混合10-30min;
(2)放入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒,挤出温度为140-160℃,机头温度为170-190℃,螺杆转速为30-50转/分钟,按所需规格制成塑料条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的床垫结构,其特征在于:所述防霉剂为10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的床垫结构,其特征在于:所述远红外固体磁石为麦饭石、木鱼石、石英石、滑石、电气石中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的床垫结构,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂选自碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、1,6-双(N1-对氯苯基-N5-双胍基)己烷二醋酸盐中的一种或多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的床垫结构,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、铝镁系阻燃剂中的至少一种;所述磷系阻燃剂选自磷酸三甲苯酯、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯),所述氮系阻燃剂为氰尿酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐,所述铝镁系阻燃剂选自次磷酸铝、氢氧化镁。
