Abstract

一种弯玻璃层压方法及其弯玻璃层压机,属于板材层压技术领域。待层压弯玻璃板材水平或者竖直放置在真空箱体中,弯玻璃四周套可以抽真空的橡胶圈,风循环加热系统放置在真空箱体中,弯玻璃首先被热风循环系统加热到一定温度,然后对箱体和橡胶圈同时抽真空,并保持一定时间除气,然后箱体充大气,橡胶圈继续抽真空,开启风循环加热系统,弯玻璃被加热到110℃‑130℃,保持一定时间,完成层压工艺。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材层压机,特别涉及一种PVB胶片弯玻璃的层压装置及其层压方法。
背景技术
PVB弯层压玻璃生产设备,目前国内外均采用三、四步工序:恒温恒湿合片室合片,真空袋冷抽真空,真空袋热抽真空,装架固定,进高压釜热压成形,整个生产线电功率200KW左右,厂房面积500M2左右,设备投资100万元左右,在1.2Mpa-1.4Mpa高压状态下生产,危险性大,用人工量大,噪音大,能耗高。
专利CN200810017856.4和专利200810231854.5,虽然解决了不用高压釜的工艺问题,但是,橡胶真空袋玻璃的装、卸非常麻烦,产量低,特别是尺寸比较单一的弯玻璃,例如,汽车前风挡玻璃夹胶,无法形成大批量生产。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,是要提供一种能快速的,大批量的,非压力容器的弯玻璃层压设备,完成PVB膜层压弯玻璃生产的装置,大幅度减少人工搬运,提高产能,降低能耗。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本发明提供了一种弯玻璃层压方法,包括风循环加热系统(1),真空箱体(2),层压弯玻璃(3),可以抽真空橡胶圈(4)等构成,其中,风循环加热系统的电机采用高温电机,整个风机放置在真空箱体中,省掉了真空密封动问题,待层压弯玻璃(3)的四周用专门的可以抽真空的橡胶圈(4)环绕,操作方法是:
预热:将箱体(2)中的待层压弯玻璃(3)热风循环加热到一定温度10℃-80℃,关闭风循环加热系统(1);真空除气:对箱体(2)和硅胶圈(4)同时抽真空,达到一定的真空度并保持10分钟到120分钟;层压:箱体(2)充气,橡胶圈(4)继续抽真空,当箱体(2)达到一个大气压时,开启风循环加热系统(1),将玻璃加热到胶片融化粘结温度110℃-130℃,保持一定时间,10-120分钟,加热停止,冷却循环开启,玻璃冷却,完成弯玻璃(1)的层压工艺。
采用该方法的一种弯玻璃层压机,包括风循环加热系统(1),真空箱体(2),层压弯玻璃(3),可以抽真空橡胶圈(4)等构成,风循环加热系统整个风机放置在真空箱体中,待层压弯玻璃(3)的四周用专门的可以抽真空的橡胶圈(4)环绕。
风循环加热系统(1),采用高温电机,放置在真空箱体(2)中。
橡胶圈(4)是C型,开口带薄的唇形边,薄唇形边的长度0.5-5毫米,厚度0.5-3mm,也可以是由厚到薄的过度形唇形边,这样的结构,抽真空时薄的唇边会紧贴玻璃,保证了橡胶圈(4)在高温时,弯玻璃保持抽真空状态。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和本发明的优选实施方式做进一步说明。
实施例一
如图1所示,以汽车前风挡玻璃生产为例,清洗后的两片玻璃中间,放置PVB胶片,合片后形成待层压玻璃(3)的三明治结构,套上C 型橡胶圈(4),放入箱体(2),开启风循环加热系统(1),将待层压玻璃(3)加热到40℃,关闭风循环加热系统(1),对箱体(2)和C型橡胶圈(4)同时抽真空,当箱体(2)真空达到-0.01时,保持20-60分钟,箱体(2)充气到一个大气压,C型橡胶圈(4)继续抽真空,开启风循环加热系统(1),将待层压汽车玻璃(3)加热到110℃-130℃,保持10-60分钟,关闭加热,冷却到50℃-80℃,关闭C型橡胶圈真空,整个汽车玻璃层压完成。
实施例二
如图2所示,C型橡胶圈(4),C型开口薄的唇边,保证了弯玻璃在高温时不会失去真空。

Claims (4)

1.一种弯玻璃层压方法,包括风循环加热系统(1),真空箱体(2),层压弯玻璃(3),可以抽真空橡胶圈(4)等构成,其特征是:风循环加热系统的电机采用高温电机,整个风机放置在真空箱体中,待层压弯玻璃(3)的四周用专门的可以抽真空的橡胶圈(4)环绕,操作步骤:
预热:
将箱体(2)中的待层压弯玻璃(3)热风循环加热到一定温度10℃-80℃,关闭风循环加热系统(1);
真空除气:
对箱体(2)和硅胶圈(4)同时抽真空,达到一定的真空度并保持10分钟到120分钟;
层压:
箱体(2)充气,橡胶圈(4)继续抽真空,当箱体(2)达到一个大气压时,开启风循环加热系统(1),将玻璃加热到胶片融化粘结温度110℃-130℃,保持一定时间,10-120分钟,加热停止,冷却循环开启,玻璃冷却,完成弯玻璃(1)的层压工艺。
2.一种弯玻璃层压机,包括风循环加热系统(1),真空箱体(2),层压弯玻璃(3),可以抽真空橡胶圈(4)等构成,其特征是:风循环加热系统整个风机放置在真空箱体中,待层压弯玻璃(3)的四周用专门的可以抽真空的橡胶圈(4)环绕。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种弯玻璃层压机,其特征是:风循环加热系统(1),采用高温电机,放置在真空箱体(2)中。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种弯玻璃层压机,其特征是:橡胶圈(4)是C型,开口带薄的唇形边,薄唇形边的长度0.5-5毫米,厚度0.5-3mm,也可以是由厚到薄的过度形唇形边。
