本发明涉及一种耐高温、耐制动液、耐交变温、耐交变压的车用离合器油管,特别涉及一种离合器软管及其制造方法,包括离合器软管,其特征在于:所述离合器软管由软管内层、中间增强层和软管外保护层构成;在软管内层的外壁缠绕有中间增强层,在中间增强层的外侧覆盖有软管外保护层;所述软管内层选用尼龙为主体材料,所述中间增强层选用钢丝材料,所述软管外保护层选用聚氨酯作为主体材料。本发明与现有技术相比较,具有以下优点:加工方式简单,耐交变温、耐交变压性强,无毒无味无污染、安全系数高,更加适合于未来的市场要求。

Description

一种离合器软管及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温、耐制动液、耐交变温、耐交变压的车用离合器油管,特别涉及一种离合器软管及其制造方法。
背景技术
离合器软管是汽车制动系统中非常重要的安全部件,起着传送制动工作压力的作用,提高离合器软管的可靠性和耐久性是对保证人身安全有重要的意义。离合器软管要求具备极佳的耐高温、耐制动液、耐交变温、耐交变压等性能。
目前,国内生产的该类软管内外层都选用不同体系的橡胶,采用聚酯纤维或者钢丝作为增强层。其缺陷是:橡胶软管在生产过程产生的气味、粉尘污染,以及生产橡胶过程中一些硫化剂、促进剂等有毒助剂,均对环境有很大的破坏;加工过程中穿芯编织,成品将定型芯子高压排出,增加工作量;另外,橡胶成品管气味严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现在技术的不足,提供一种耐高温、耐制动
液、耐交变温、耐交变压的一种离合器软管及其制造方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的。
一种离合器软管及其制造方法,包括离合器软管,其特征在于:所述离合器软管由软管内层、中间增强层和软管外保护层构成;在软管内层的外壁缠绕有中间增强层,在中间增强层的外侧覆盖有软管外保护层;所述软管内层选用尼龙为主体材料,所述中间增强层选用钢丝材料,所述软管外保护层选用聚氨酯作为主体材料。
上述离合器软管的制造方法,它包括如下步骤:
A.软管内层挤出工艺
a.软管内层用料:采用黑色的尼龙颗粒,其颗粒硬度为65D±5D。
b.软管内层挤出前准备:原料尼龙颗粒在80-110℃之间烘干3-4小时,待材料水分<0.05%时开始挤出作业;烘干期间对挤出机做开机前的预热2-3小时,设定温度比成型温度高10-15℃。
c.软管内层挤出成型:启动主机装置,缓慢加速挤出物料,调整温度至成型温度;然后启动牵引装置,引出软管,经真空装置和冷却水槽送至牵引装置,调整真空压力和主机牵引速度,挤出尺寸合格的软管。
B.中间增强层编织工艺
a.合股机、编织机运行准备:启动设备,确保各部件运转正常;
b.上线:按使用要求选择合适的股数的钢丝装在锭子上,并调整锭子的张力;
c.编织作业:将软管内层引过口模压在牵引机上,然后进行编织,编织过程应保证编织角度和行程。
C.软管外保护层涂覆工艺
a.将聚氨酯料加黑色特种聚氨酯色母烘干后,加料到料斗;期间对挤出机预热,设定温度比成型温度高10-15℃。
b.待设备到预热温度后,启动主机、牵引装置,将编织好的软管从模具中心穿过,经过冷却水槽,压在牵引机上,调整主机和牵引速度以及模具的压力,保证软管外层与内层的同心度及厚度。
本发明与现有技术相比较,具有以下优点:加工方式简单,耐交变温、耐交变压性强,无毒无味无污染、安全系数高,更加适合于未来的市场要求。

具体实施方式
实施例:根据图1-图3所示,本发明一种离合器软管及其制造方法,包括离合器软管,其特征在于:所述离合器软管由软管内层1、中间增强层2和软管外保护层3构成;在软管内层1的外壁缠绕有中间增强层2,在中间增强层2的外侧覆盖有软管外保护层3;所述软管内层1选用尼龙为主体材料,所述中间增强层2选用钢丝材料,所述软管外保护层3选用聚氨酯作为主体材料。
上述离合器软管的制造方法,它包括如下步骤:
A.软管内层1挤出工艺
挤出设备4为专用设备,挤出机螺杆长径比为1:28——1:32,压缩比为1:2.8——1:4.成型模具要使流道通畅,模具压缩比要适当,成型段长度要适宜。
a.软管内层1用料:采用黑色的尼龙颗粒,其颗粒硬度为65D。
b.软管内层1挤出前准备:原料尼龙颗粒在80-110℃之间烘干3-4小时,待材料水分<0.05%时开始挤出作业;烘干期间对挤出机做开机前的预热2-3小时,设定温度比成型温度高10-15℃。
c.软管内层1挤出成型:启动主机装置,缓慢加速挤出物料,调整温度至成型温度;然后启动牵引装置5,引出软管,经真空装置6和冷却水槽7送至牵引装置5,调整真空压力和主机牵引速度,挤出尺寸合格的软管。
B.中间增强层2编织工艺
a.合股机、编织机8运行准备:启动设备,确保各部件运转正常;
b.上线:按使用8要求,选用0.3mm的软性钢丝,适用的设备为16锭,合钢丝股数选5股,调整好锭子的张力;
c.编织作业:将软管内层1引过口模压在牵引机上,然后进行编织,编织过程应保证编织角度和行程。
C.软管外保护层3的涂覆工艺
a.将聚氨酯料加黑色特种聚氨酯色母烘干后,加料到料斗;期间对挤出机预热,设定温度比成型温度高10-15℃。
b.待设备到预热温度后,启动主机、牵引装置5,将编织好的软管从模具中心穿过,经过冷却水槽7,压在牵引机上,调整主机和牵引速度以及模具的压力,保证软管外保护层3与软管内层1的同心度及厚度。与挤出内管的差异性在于:挤出机机头与编织的软管呈垂直方式,模具设计采用压力口型,挤出过程中通过调整模具不同角度的压力,保证外包覆层与内层软管的同心度。
本发明与现有技术相比较,具有以下优点:加工方式简单,耐交变温、耐交变压性强,无毒无味无污染、安全系数高,更加适合于未来的市场要求。
本发明未详尽描述的技术内容均为公知技术。

1.一种离合器软管及其制造方法,包括离合器软管,其特征在于:所述离合器软管由软管内层(1)、中间增强层(2)和软管外保护层(3)构成;在软管内层(1)的外壁缠绕有中间增强层(2),在中间增强层(2)的外侧覆盖有软管外保护层(3);所述软管内层(1)选用尼龙为主体材料,所述中间增强层(2)选用钢丝材料,所述软管外保护层(3)选用聚氨酯作为主体材料;
上述离合器软管的制造方法,它包括如下步骤:
A.软管内层(1)挤出工艺

b.待设备到预热温度后,启动主机、牵引装置(5),将编织好的软管从模具中心穿过,经过冷却水槽(7),压在牵引机上,调整主机和牵引速度以及模具的压力,保证软管外保护层(3)与软管内层(1)的同心度及厚度。
