Abstract
本发明涉及一种高效混合菌剂发酵有机垃圾生产土壤调节剂的方法,步骤为:(1)将有机垃圾经过破碎机粉碎形成粉碎垃圾;再将粉碎垃圾倒入磨浆机内磨成固液混合浆体;(2)将步骤(1)所得物固液混合浆体倒入发酵池内进行自然发酵24小时,得到发酵物;(3)按重量份数取步骤(2)所得的发酵物20份,钙粉60份,火山石粉10份,麦饭石粉10份,加入搅拌机中进行搅拌,在搅拌的同时,按重量比依次加入30-50%高效混合菌剂I、40-60%高效混合菌剂 Ⅱ和10-20%高效混合菌剂Ⅲ,搅拌均匀后,得到混合物料,然后对混合物料进行杀菌后,即得到成品土壤调节剂。本发明可改良土壤、增强农作物抗病能力、提高农作物产量、改善农产品品质;使用简便、价格低廉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及环保技术领域,尤其是一种高效混合菌剂发酵有机垃圾生产土壤调节剂的方法。
背景技术
近年来随着经济的发展,在人们的日常生活当中产生的垃圾也越来越多,据统计,我国每年产生大约50亿吨的有机垃圾,主要包括农业废弃物有机垃圾、城市生活有机垃圾、园林绿化有机垃圾等等,而这些垃圾的随意丢弃,不仅造成了严重的环境问题,同时也是资源的巨大浪费。目前对于有机垃圾的处理方法主要是将有机垃圾制成有机肥,而制有机肥的主要方法就是堆肥法,堆肥法生产效率低,发酵慢,在堆肥过程中会产生大量的难闻气体,污染环境;有条件的地区也有采用机械制造有机肥的,但是由于化肥和化学农药使用量的足年增加,使农业的生态环境急剧恶化,土壤的结构和肥力属性也发生了变化,单单使用有机垃圾堆放后形成的有机肥很难提高土壤的质量,强化土壤的功能,因此,能够研制出利用有机垃圾生产出可以提高土壤质量,强化土壤功能的土壤调剂,是该技术领域人员亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种利用有机垃圾生产土壤调节剂的方法,该方法生产出的土壤调节剂既可以提高土壤的质量,强化土壤的功能,拯救农业的生态环境,提高农作物的产量,同时还能降低农民的种地成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种高效混合菌剂发酵有机垃圾生产土壤调节剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机垃圾经过破碎机粉碎形成粉碎垃圾;再将粉碎垃圾倒入磨浆机内磨成固液混合浆体;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物固液混合浆体倒入发酵池内进行自然发酵24小时,得到发酵物;
(3)按重量份数取步骤(2)所得的发酵物20份,钙粉60份,火山石粉10份,麦饭石粉10份,加入搅拌机中进行搅拌,在搅拌的同时,按重量比依次加入30-50%高效混合菌剂I、40-60%高效混合菌剂和10-20%高效混合菌剂,搅拌均匀后,得到混合物料,然后对混合物料进行杀菌后,即得到成品土壤调节剂。
所述的高效混合菌剂I的组分和重量比为:芽孢杆菌20-35%、放线菌25-30%、酵母菌20-30%、乳酸菌15-30%。
所述的高效混合菌剂的组分和重量比为:木霉25-30%、曲霉20-30%、青霉20-30%、白乳菌25-35%。
所述的高效混合菌剂的组分和重量比为:光合细菌25-30%、固氮菌 20-35%、解磷菌15-25%、硅酸盐细菌25-35%。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明用高效菌剂发酵降解有机垃圾,发酵速度快,并在发酵物中添加了矿物质,相互协调,组分科学 ;可改良土壤、增强农作物抗病能力、提高农作物产量、改善农产品品质、增加土壤的肥力;使用简便、价格低廉。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种高效混合菌剂发酵有机垃圾生产土壤调节剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机垃圾经过破碎机粉碎形成粉碎垃圾;再将粉碎垃圾倒入磨浆机内磨成固液混合浆体;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物固液混合浆体倒入发酵池内进行自然发酵24小时,得到发酵物;
(3)按重量份数取步骤(2)所得的发酵物20份,钙粉60份,火山石粉10份,麦饭石粉10份,加入搅拌机中进行搅拌,在搅拌的同时,按重量比依次加入30%高效混合菌剂I、50%高效混合菌剂和20%高效混合菌剂,搅拌均匀后,得到混合物料,然后对混合物料进行杀菌后,即得到成品土壤调节剂。
所述的高效混合菌剂I的组分和重量比为:芽孢杆菌20%、放线菌25%、酵母菌25%、乳酸菌30%。
所述的高效混合菌剂的组分和重量比为:木霉25%、曲霉25%、青霉25%、白乳菌25%。
所述的高效混合菌剂的组分和重量比为:光合细菌25%、固氮菌 25%、解磷菌25%、硅酸盐细菌25%。
实施例2
一种高效混合菌剂发酵有机垃圾生产土壤调节剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机垃圾经过破碎机粉碎形成粉碎垃圾;再将粉碎垃圾倒入磨浆机内磨成固液混合浆体;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物固液混合浆体倒入发酵池内进行自然发酵24小时,得到发酵物;
(3)按重量份数取步骤(2)所得的发酵物20份,钙粉60份,火山石粉10份,麦饭石粉10份,加入搅拌机中进行搅拌,在搅拌的同时,按重量比依次加入40%高效混合菌剂I、40%高效混合菌剂和20%高效混合菌剂,搅拌均匀后,得到混合物料,然后对混合物料进行杀菌后,即得到成品土壤调节剂。
所述的高效混合菌剂I的组分和重量比为:芽孢杆菌25%、放线菌25%、酵母菌25%、乳酸菌25%。
所述的高效混合菌剂的组分和重量比为:木霉30%、曲霉20%、青霉25%、白乳菌25%。
所述的高效混合菌剂的组分和重量比为:光合细菌25%、固氮菌 20%、解磷菌25%、硅酸盐细菌30%。

Claims (2)
1.一种高效混合菌剂发酵有机垃圾生产土壤调节剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机垃圾经过破碎机粉碎形成粉碎垃圾;再将粉碎垃圾倒入磨浆机内磨成固液混合浆体;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物固液混合浆体倒入发酵池内进行自然发酵24小时,得到发酵物;
(3)按重量份数取步骤(2)所得的发酵物20份,钙粉60份,火山石粉10份,麦饭石粉10份,加入搅拌机中进行搅拌,在搅拌的同时,按重量比依次加入30-50%高效混合菌剂I、40-60%高效混合菌剂 和10-20%高效混合菌剂,搅拌均匀后,得到混合物料,然后对混合物料进行杀菌后,即得到成品土壤调节剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效混合菌剂发酵有机垃圾生产土壤调节剂的方法,其特征在于,所述的高效混合菌剂I的组分和重量比为:芽孢杆菌20-35%、放线菌25-30%、酵母菌20-30%、乳酸菌15-30%;所述的高效混合菌剂的组分和重量比为:木霉25-30%、曲霉20-30%、青霉20-30%、白乳菌25-35%;所述的高效混合菌剂的组分和重量比为:光合细菌25-30%、固氮菌 20-35%、解磷菌15-25%、硅酸盐细菌25-35%。
