技术领域
本发明涉及一种电气盒,尤其是涉及一种稳定端子位置度的电气盒。
背景技术
在整车电气/电子分配系统的设计过程中,中央控制盒是现代汽车中电子、电气合一技术,在汽车电气方面作为电池能量的分配中心,实现各回路电流的合理分配;在汽车电子方面作为信息的处理中心,接收各电子装置的状态信号,并发出控制信号做出相应的反映。
由于汽车市场的快速发展,客户对电气盒的安装简易性,安装尺寸的精密度要求越来越高。现有电气盒体标准容易在对配安装操作及运输过程中产生端子位置偏移造成不良,新型的更高规格的确保端子位置度的结构才是电气盒未来发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种稳定端子位置度的电气盒,可以保证电气盒内部端子位置度不变,有效地防止出现因对配安装操作及运输过程中端子产生位置偏移而造成接触不良的情况,具有安装精密度高、结构简单、操作方便、制作成本等优点。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种稳定端子位置度的电气盒,包括外壳,以及由上至下依次设于外壳内的电子器件、上层固定件、PCB板、下层固定件和连接器,所述上层固定件上设有第一插孔,所述电子器件的引脚端子穿过第一插孔后连接PCB板,所述下层固定件上设有固定连接器的连接器安装槽,所述连接器安装槽内设有第二插孔和引导杆件,所述引导杆件上套设有位置度稳定件,所述位置度稳定件上设有与第二插孔相对的第三插孔,所述连接器的引脚端子依次穿过第三插孔和第二插孔后随着位置度稳定件沿着引导杆件固定在连接器安装槽内,且连接器的引脚端子穿过第一插孔后连接PCB板。
所述连接器安装槽内还设有预锁杆件,所述预锁杆件的固定端设于连接器安装槽内,预锁杆件的自由端设有用于限定位置度稳定件在引导杆件上位置的凸起。
所述外壳包括上下设置的盒盖和支架,所述盒盖上设有转轴和连接转轴的拉杆,所述拉杆上设有卡勾部,所述支架上设有与卡勾部相对的凸轴,转动拉杆使得卡勾部与凸轴卡接。
所述卡勾部包括向上弯曲的第一轨道和向下弯曲的第二轨道,所述第一轨道向上弯曲后连通第二轨道,所述第二轨道向下弯曲后形成开口。
所述拉杆呈半框形,并沿盒盖外壁设置,拉杆的两端分别与一转轴转动连接,且拉杆的两端分别设置一卡勾部。
所述连接器安装槽设有多个。
所述下层固定件上还设有固定PCB板的PCB板安装槽。
所述上层固定件与下层固定件相互卡接。
所述下层固定件与连接器相互卡接。
所述支架上设有夹紧汽车前舱的弹性夹子。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1)本发明中设置用于引导端子位置的位置度稳定件以及对应的引导杆件,安装连接器时,连接器的引脚端子依次穿过第三插孔和第二插孔后随着位置度稳定件沿着引导杆件固定在连接器安装槽内,可以有效的保证配对安装操作的精密度,连接器固定后,连接器的端子同时由第一插孔和第二插孔固定,可以有效的防止运输过程中出现端子位置偏移,从而提高电气盒内端子位置度的精密度,适应未来客户需求趋势。
2)本发明中采用电子器件、上层固定件、PCB板、下层固定件和连接器之间分布式组装,PCB板安装槽固定PCB板的位置,组装方便,便于拆卸和维修。
3)本发明中外壳采用相互卡接的盒盖和支架,特别的,卡接方式采用卡勾部和凸轴卡接的方式,卡勾部上的第一轨道和第二轨道为限定凸轴移动的轨道,此卡接方式可以保证盒盖和支架之间稳固连接,且拉杆呈半框形,便于操作人员操作,设计更加人性化。
4)连接器安装槽内还设有预锁杆件,可限定位置度稳定件在引导杆件上位置,防止位置度稳定件脱落,结构更加稳定可靠。
5)连接器安装槽设有多个,对应可设置多个连接器,大量的线束可通过连接器连接PCB板上电路,适用于生产多功能电气盒。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本实施例以本发明技术方案为前提进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种稳定端子位置度的电气盒包括外壳,以及由上至下依次设于外壳内的电子器件2、上层固定件3、PCB板4、下层固定件5和连接器6,上层固定件3与下层固定件5相互卡接,下层固定件5与连接器6相互卡接,上层固定件3上设有第一插孔,电子器件2的引脚端子穿过第一插孔后连接PCB板4,下层固定件5上设有固定PCB板4的PCB板安装槽和固定连接器6的连接器安装槽51,连接器安装槽51内设有第二插孔52和引导杆件53,引导杆件53上套设有位置度稳定件7,如图4和图5所示,位置度稳定件7上设有与第二插孔52相对的第三插孔71,连接器6的引脚端子依次穿过第三插孔71和第二插孔52后随着位置度稳定件7沿着引导杆件53固定在连接器安装槽51内,且连接器6的引脚端子穿过第一插孔后连接PCB板4,其中:
如图1和图6所示,外壳包括上下设置的盒盖1和支架8,盒盖1上设有转轴和连接转轴的拉杆11,拉杆11上设有卡勾部12,支架8上设有与卡勾部12相对的凸轴81,转动拉杆11使得卡勾部12与凸轴81卡接。
卡勾部12包括向上弯曲的第一轨道121和向下弯曲的第二轨道122,第一轨道121向上弯曲后连通第二轨道122,第二轨道122向下弯曲后形成开口。本实施例中,采用两个呈半框形的拉杆11,并沿盒盖1外壁设置,转轴和凸轴81均为四个,每个拉杆11的两端分别与一转轴转动连接,且拉杆11的两端分别设置一卡勾部12,使用时,双手可把持拉杆11,并向上抬起,此时卡勾部12向下,开口接触支架8上的凸轴81,凸轴81沿着开口进入第二轨道122,之后再下压拉杆11,使凸轴81从第二轨道122进入到第一轨道121完成卡接。
如图5所示,连接器安装槽51内还设有预锁杆件54,预锁杆件54的固定端设于连接器安装槽51内,预锁杆件54的自由端设有用于限定位置度稳定件7在引导杆件53上位置的凸起55。
连接器安装槽51设有多个。本实施例中,连接器安装槽51均布有四个,对应可安装四个连接器6。
支架8上设有夹紧汽车前舱的弹性夹子,便于将该电气盒安装于汽车前舱内。
该电气盒的组装过程如下:
S1:盒盖1、电子器件2、上层固定件3、PCB板4、下层固定件5依次组装,PCB板4连接电源线;
S2:位置度稳定件7套设在连接器安装槽51的引导杆件53,并由预锁杆件54限定位置度稳定件7的位置,此时,位置度稳定件7与连接器安装槽51底面之间的距离为8~10mm,例如9mm,此距离形成安装连接器6时稳定连接器6端子位置的空间;
S3:连接器6的端子对准第三插孔71插入,并下推位置度稳定件7,直至连接器6与下层固定件5卡接,此时,位置度稳定件7紧贴连接器安装槽51底面,连接器6的端子穿过与第三插孔71相对的第二插孔52后连接PCB板安装槽内的PCB板4;
S4:连接器6连接线束,支架8从连接器6一侧与盒盖1接触,支架8上设有用于线束接入的线束口,操作拉杆11使得支架8和盒盖1卡接,完成组装。
该电气盒的工作原理:PCB板4蚀刻有电路,电子器件2包括保险丝、继电器等等,PCB板4使得电源线分别连接保险丝、继电器后连接连接器6,连接器6通过线束给汽车内各部件进行供电,从而实现各回路电流的合理分配。

1.一种稳定端子位置度的电气盒,包括外壳,其特征在于,该电气盒还包括由上至下依次设于外壳内的电子器件(2)、上层固定件(3)、PCB板(4)、下层固定件(5)和连接器(6),所述上层固定件(3)上设有第一插孔,所述电子器件(2)的引脚端子穿过第一插孔后连接PCB板(4),所述下层固定件(5)上设有固定连接器(6)的连接器安装槽(51),所述连接器安装槽(51)内设有第二插孔(52)和引导杆件(53),所述引导杆件(53)上套设有位置度稳定件(7),所述位置度稳定件(7)上设有与第二插孔(52)相对的第三插孔(71),所述连接器(6)的引脚端子依次穿过第三插孔(71)和第二插孔(52)后随着位置度稳定件(7)沿着引导杆件(53)固定在连接器安装槽(51)内,且连接器(6)的引脚端子穿过第一插孔后连接PCB板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定端子位置度的电气盒,其特征在于,所述连接器安装槽(51)内还设有预锁杆件(54),所述预锁杆件(54)的固定端设于连接器安装槽(51)内,预锁杆件(54)的自由端设有用于限定位置度稳定件(7)在引导杆件(53)上位置的凸起(55)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定端子位置度的电气盒,其特征在于,所述外壳包括上下设置的盒盖(1)和支架(8),所述盒盖(1)上设有转轴和连接转轴的拉杆(11),所述拉杆(11)上设有卡勾部(12),所述支架(8)上设有与卡勾部(12)相对的凸轴(81),转动拉杆(11)使得卡勾部(12)与凸轴(81)卡接。
