本发明公开了一种无缝带及其制备方法,其技术方案要点是所述无缝带包括底层和涂覆在底层上的涂覆层,所述底层包括横向并列的编织芯和呈波浪状依次缠绕编织芯的纬线,所述涂覆层依次为PU层、PVC层和橡胶层,制备无缝带的方法为(1)通过梭织机编制底层;(2)采用旋转式涂层、喷涂或刮涂在表面进行PU,PVC,橡胶的涂层;(3)涂层好后对厚度进行旋转式打磨从而达到要求的厚度,打磨好后的厚度为0.2~1mm。本发明的优点在于通过这一方法制作出的无缝带其中的底层为一个完整封闭环状结构的基布,没有接口,使得整个无缝带的结构强度均匀,不易发生断裂,皮带运转更加平稳,对要求拉力强度较高的,传动精度运转平稳较高的电子产品的生产满足需求。

无缝带及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传送带及其制备方法,更具体地说,它涉及一种无缝带及其制备方法。
背景技术
输送带,皮带输送机在农业、工矿企业和交通运输业中广泛用于输送各种固体块状和粉料状物料或成件物品,输送带能连续化、高效率、大倾角运输,输送带操作安全,输送带使用简便,维修容易,运费低廉,并能缩短运输距离,降低工程造价,节省人力物力。
中国现有轻型输送带主要接口方式有两种:
一:PVC,PU皮带采用热熔齿形接口,因接口处皮带主要拉力布层是断开的只是表面涂层热熔接合,所以强度低容易断开拉长。
二:橡胶输送带采用斜搭胶水冷接方式,也因中间强力布层断开接口强度较差,并且胶水随温度升高易溶解断开。
针对这种输送带所带来的问题,国内现在有些厂商采取了在基布表面完整涂胶的方式进行处理,使得表层的涂胶层为无缝涂胶层,在一定程度上提高了输送带的平整性和强度,但由于当中的基布上依然有接口缝隙,因此依然不能实现完全无缝的优良性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种无缝带及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种无缝带,其特征在于:所述无缝带包括包括底层和涂覆在底层上的涂覆层,所述底层包括横向并列的编织芯和呈波浪状依次缠绕编织芯的纬线,所述涂覆层依次为PU层、PVC层和橡胶层。
制备无缝带的方法,其特征在于:
(1)通过梭织机编制底层;
(2)采用旋转式涂层、喷涂或刮涂在表面进行PU,PVC,橡胶的涂层;
(3)涂层好后对厚度进行旋转式打磨从而达到要求的厚度,打磨好后的厚度为0.2~1mm。
本发明相对现有技术相比具有:通过这一方法制作出的无缝带其中的底层为一个完整封闭环状结构的基布,没有需要通过缝合、热熔齿形接口连接和斜搭胶水冷接方式的接口,使得整个无缝带的结构强度均匀,不易发生断裂,皮带运转更加平稳,对要求拉力强度较高的,传动精度运转平稳较高的电子产品的生产满足需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明无缝带及其制备方法实施例做进一步说明。
一种无缝带,其特征在于:所述无缝带包括包括底层和涂覆在底层上的涂覆层,所述底层包括横向并列的编织芯1和呈波浪状依次缠绕编织芯1的纬线2,涂覆层依次为PU层、PVC层和橡胶层。
制备无缝带的方法,其特征在于:
(1)通过梭织机编制底层;
(2)采用旋转式涂层、喷涂或刮涂在表面进行PU,PVC,橡胶的涂层;
(3)涂层好后对厚度进行旋转式打磨从而达到要求的厚度,打磨好后的厚度为0.2~1mm。
通过这一方法制作出的无缝带其中的底层为一个完整封闭环状结构的基布,没有需要通过缝合、热熔齿形接口连接和斜搭胶水冷接方式的接口,使得整个无缝带的结构强度均匀,不易发生断裂,皮带运转更加平稳,对要求拉力强度较高的,传动精度运转平稳较高的电子产品的生产满足需求。

1.一种无缝带,其特征在于:所述无缝带包括包括底层和涂覆在底层上的涂覆层,所述底层包括横向并列的编织芯和呈波浪状依次缠绕编织芯的纬线,所述涂覆层依次为PU层、PVC层和橡胶层。
2.制备如权利要求1所述的无缝带的方法,其特征在于:
(1)通过梭织机编制底层;
(2)采用旋转式涂层、喷涂或刮涂在表面进行PU,PVC,橡胶的涂层;
(3)涂层好后对厚度进行旋转式打磨从而达到要求的厚度,打磨好后的厚度为0.2~1mm。
