本实用新型属于输送设备，特别涉及一种带阻燃隔热层的耐高温输送带。
背景技术
长期以来，我国的耐热输送带主要是由多层棉帆布、涤棉布或者聚酯帆布上下覆有耐高温或耐热橡胶，经高温硫化粘合在一起制作而成，表面的覆盖胶多以丁苯橡胶或三元乙丙橡胶作为主体材料，在带面温度不超过220℃的条件下使用，这种输送带在冶金、建材等行业使用过程中，在输送烧结矿、焦炭、水泥熟料等高温物料时，由于物料温度有时高达800℃以上，常常造成局部胶层连同骨架材料被超高温大块物料直接灼烧穿透，从而导致整条输送带无法正常使用，成为严重制约钢铁、水泥行业生产效率提高瓶颈。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种具有高温下耐磨，抗烧蚀，使用寿命长的带阻燃隔热层的耐高温输送带。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是：带阻燃隔热层的耐高温输送带包括上盖胶、骨架布层、下盖胶，其特点是在上盖胶和骨架布层之间设有阻燃隔热层。
本实用新型的有益效果是：带阻燃隔热层的耐高温输送带具有在高温下耐磨、抗烧蚀、抗刺扎、抗撕裂、使用寿命长等特点，使用户节约了生产运行成本，降低了劳动强度，提高了生产效率，增加了企业的经济效益。

具体实施方式
实施例，参照附图1，带阻燃隔热层的耐高温输送带的骨架布层3和上盖胶1之间设有阻燃隔热层2，阻燃隔热层2是由石棉纤维、玻璃丝纤维等高性能阻燃纤维布浸渍涂覆上厚度不等的聚四氟乙烯等耐高温材料制成。下盖胶4置于骨架布层3的下面，带阻燃隔热层的耐高温输送带的下盖胶4上面覆盖骨架布层3，骨架布层3上面覆盖阻燃隔热层2，阻燃隔热层2上面覆盖上盖胶1，上盖胶1、阻燃隔热层2、骨架布层3、下盖胶4之间经高温硫化粘合在一起，带阻燃隔热层的耐高温输送带广泛适用于建材、冶金、电力、化工等行业。
