Abstract
本发明公开了一种无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带及其制作方法,所述无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带包括无接缝基布、涂胶层和花纹层,所述涂胶层通过在所述无接缝基布上表面浇刮液态胶的方式整合成为一体,所述花纹层设置于所述涂胶层的上表面,所述花纹层通过花纹滚筒滚压未冷却凝固的液态胶形成。本发明采由涂胶层通过浇刮液态胶方式在无接头基布表面构成一均匀闭合整体,花纹层通过花纹滚筒滚压未冷却凝固液态胶形成的花纹与涂胶层和无接缝基布形成一体,花纹无接头无间距均匀分布在涂胶层表面,大大提高了拉力的强度,在高速运行时平稳受力均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种牵引带及其制作方法,尤其涉及一种无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有无缝腈纶丝牵引带主要依靠进口,成本高,交货周期长,售后服务不到位,国内有个别厂家采用接驳方式,出现皮带花纹变形,尺寸不精准等缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,现提供一种无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带及其制作方法,提高了拉力的强度,提高了涂胶厚度的均匀,表面花纹间距形状均匀一致,在高速运行时增加了平稳性。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
本发明一种无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带,其特点在于,所述无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带包括无接缝基布、涂胶层和花纹层,所述涂胶层通过在所述无接缝基布上表面浇刮液态胶的方式整合成为一体,所述花纹层设置于所述涂胶层的上表面,所述花纹层通过花纹滚筒滚压未冷却凝固的液态胶形成。
优选地,所述无接缝基布材质选用材料是编织织物。
优选地,所述编织织物的材质为腈纶丝。
优选地,所述涂胶层为PVC材质。
优选地,所述花纹层的花纹为无接缝全对称花纹。
一种用于制作上述的无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带的方法,其特点在于,所述方法包括步骤:
步骤一,将所述无接缝基布套接在两个旋转滚筒上;
步骤二,当所述两个旋转滚筒匀速旋转时,所述液态胶被浇刮到所述无接缝基布表面;
步骤三,通过所述花纹滚筒滚压未冷却凝固的所述液态胶形成所述花纹层;
步骤四,微调所述两个旋转滚筒的距离,从而调节所述无接缝基布旋转一周的花纹刚好可以结合的位置,从而生产出无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带。
优选地,所述步骤二还包括步骤:
所述液态胶由料斗下料浇刮到所述无接缝基布表面,且由所述料斗控制所述液态胶下料的量。
优选地,所述步骤三还包括步骤:
所述花纹滚筒设置在所述两个旋转滚筒的中间位置。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:
本发明采由涂胶层通过浇刮液态胶方式在无接头基布表面构成一均匀闭合整体,花纹层通过花纹滚筒滚压未冷却凝固液态胶形成的花纹与涂胶层和无接缝基布形成一体,花纹无接头无间距均匀分布在涂胶层表面,大大提高了拉力的强度,在高速运行时平稳受力均匀。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
本发明一种腈纶丝牵引带,包括无接缝基布1、涂胶层2和花纹层3,将无接缝基布1套在主动旋转滚筒4和从动旋转滚筒5上,在主动旋转滚筒4的上部加一个料斗7和一个刮板8,料斗7装入可控制液态PVC材料,通过料斗7控制液态PVC原料的流速,采用旋转式涂层方式在无接缝基布1的表面进行PVC涂层,刮板8将流到无接缝基布1表面的液态PVC厚度刮均并控制厚度规格,在主动旋转滚筒4的左边安装一个花纹滚筒6,花纹滚筒6上面刻有需要压印的花纹,通过调节微调主动旋转滚筒4和从动旋转滚筒5之间的距离,使得无接缝基布1旋转一周,花纹滚筒6压出的花纹结束位置与起始位置完全重合,从而产生出无花纹的腈纶丝牵引带。
涂胶层2通过在无接缝基布1上表面浇刮液态胶的方式整合成为一体,花纹层3在涂胶层2的上表面通过花纹滚筒滚压未冷却凝固的液态胶形成需要花纹。
优选地,无接缝基布1材质选用材料是编织织物,编织织物的材质为腈纶丝,涂胶层2为PVC材质,花纹层3的花纹为无接缝全对称花纹。
一种用于制作权利要求1的无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带的方法,包括步骤:
步骤一,将无接缝基布1套接在两个旋转滚筒5上;
步骤二,当两个旋转滚筒5匀速旋转时,液态胶被浇刮到无接缝基布1表面;其中,液态胶可由料斗7下料浇刮到无接缝基布1表面,且由料斗7控制液态胶下料的量;
步骤三,通过花纹滚筒6滚压未冷却凝固的液态胶形成花纹层;其中,花纹滚筒6可设置在两个旋转滚筒5的中间位置;
步骤四,微调两个旋转滚筒5的距离,从而调节无接缝基布旋转一周的花纹刚好可以结合的位置,从而生产出无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带。

1.一种无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带,其特征在于,所述无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带包括无接缝基布、涂胶层和花纹层,所述涂胶层通过在所述无接缝基布上表面浇刮液态胶的方式整合成为一体,所述花纹层设置于所述涂胶层的上表面,所述花纹层通过花纹滚筒滚压未冷却凝固的液态胶形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带,其特征在于,所述无接缝基布材质选用材料是编织织物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带,其特征在于,所述编织织物的材质为腈纶丝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带,其特征在于,所述涂胶层为PVC材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带,其特征在于,所述花纹层的花纹为无接缝全对称花纹。
6.一种用于制作权利要求1所述的无缝花纹腈纶丝牵引带的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括步骤:
步骤一,将所述无接缝基布套接在两个旋转滚筒上;
步骤二,当所述两个旋转滚筒匀速旋转时,所述液态胶被浇刮到所述无接缝基布表面;
步骤三,通过所述花纹滚筒滚压未冷却凝固的所述液态胶形成所述花纹层;
