Abstract

本发明公开了一种刷丝恒温定型工艺,包括以下步骤:选取PP、PVC、PBT、PET或其中任意组合的复合材料经干燥处理后,送入挤塑机中挤出粗径的塑料刷丝;通过冷却水进行一次冷却定型;送入拉伸装置中拉伸为细径的刷丝;通过冷却水进行二次冷却定型;送入恒温定型装置内,进行刷丝塑料材质的分子组织软化重组;恒温定型后的刷丝送入冷却装置,再经牵引装置送出至裁剪处,完成裁剪,并收集。本发明通过在刷丝拉伸之后增加恒温定型的工艺,使刷丝的塑料材质的内部组织进行重组均匀化,改善其内部组织的结构方式,有效增加了刷丝的韧性和耐磨性,使其在使用过程中磨损比较均匀,避免了刷丝起毛的现象。

一种刷丝恒温定型工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及毛刷技术领域,具体属于一种刷丝恒温定型工艺。
背景技术
现有清扫车扫刷刷丝一般分为塑料刷丝和钢质刷丝,其中以塑料刷丝居多。塑料刷丝一般要经过挤塑成型、一次冷却、拉伸、二次冷却和裁剪,现有工艺中一次冷却多采用常温的自来水、二次冷却多采用常温下自然冷却的方式,这样生产出来的刷丝由于组织纤维的方向一致,其韧性和耐磨性较差,在使用过程中容易出现起毛现象,环卫清扫时,容易将路面的杂物卷绕在刷丝上,不利于扫刷的工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种刷丝恒温定型工艺,克服了现有技术的不足,通过在刷丝拉伸之后增加恒温定型的工艺,使刷丝的塑料材质的内部组织进行重组均匀化,改善其内部组织的结构方式,有效增加了刷丝的韧性和耐磨性,使其在使用过程中磨损比较均匀,避免了刷丝起毛的现象。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种刷丝恒温定型工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)挤出刷丝:选取PP、PVC、PBT、PET或其中任意组合的复合材料经干燥处理后,送入挤塑机中加热至熔融状态,并挤出粗径的塑料刷丝;
(2)一次冷却定型:将挤塑机中挤出的高温粗径塑料刷丝通过冷却水进行一次冷却定型,冷却水温度为30℃至40℃;
(3)拉伸刷丝:将步骤(2)中经冷却后的粗径刷丝送入拉伸装置中进行均匀拉伸,将刷丝拉伸为细径的刷丝;
(4)二次冷却定型:将步骤(3)中拉伸后的细径刷丝通过冷却水进行二次冷却定型,冷却水温度为15℃至30℃;
(5)恒温定型:将步骤(4)中经冷却的细径刷丝连续送入恒温定型装置内,在恒温定型装置内进行刷丝塑料材质的分子组织软化重组;
(6)冷却裁剪:将步骤(5)中恒温定型后的刷丝送入冷却装置进行冷却,冷却后再经牵引装置送出至裁剪处,通过裁剪装置完成裁剪,并收集。
优选的,步骤(5)中,恒温定型温度保持在130℃至180℃,时间保持在5min至10min。
优选的,步骤(5)中,所述恒温定型装置的长度依据步骤(3)中刷丝拉伸出料的速度和恒温定型的工艺时间而定。
优选的,步骤(6)中冷却装置采用多级温度的冷却水进行连续冷却。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:

具体实施方式
一种刷丝恒温定型工艺,包括以下步骤:

(6)冷却裁剪:将步骤(5)中恒温定型后的刷丝送入冷却装置进行冷却,冷却装置采用多级温度的冷却水进行连续冷却,冷却后再经牵引装置送出至裁剪处,通过裁剪装置完成裁剪,并收集。

1.一种刷丝恒温定型工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)挤出刷丝:选取PP、PVC、PBT、PET或其中任意组合的复合材料经干燥处理后,送入挤塑机中加热至熔融状态,并挤出粗径的塑料刷丝;
(2)一次冷却定型:将挤塑机中挤出的高温粗径塑料刷丝通过冷却水进行一次冷却定型,冷却水温度为30℃至40℃;
(3)拉伸刷丝:将步骤(2)中经冷却后的粗径刷丝送入拉伸装置中进行均匀拉伸,将刷丝拉伸为细径的刷丝;
(4)二次冷却定型:将步骤(3)中拉伸后的细径刷丝通过冷却水进行二次冷却定型,冷却水温度为15℃至30℃;
(5)恒温定型:将步骤(4)中经冷却的细径刷丝连续送入恒温定型装置内,在恒温定型装置内进行刷丝塑料材质的分子组织软化重组;
(6)冷却裁剪:将步骤(5)中恒温定型后的刷丝送入冷却装置进行冷却,冷却后再经牵引装置送出至裁剪处,通过裁剪装置完成裁剪,并收集。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种刷丝恒温定型工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,恒温定型温度保持在130℃至180℃,时间保持在5min至10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种刷丝恒温定型工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,所述恒温定型装置的长度依据步骤(3)中刷丝拉伸出料的速度和恒温定型的工艺时间而定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种刷丝恒温定型工艺,其特征在于:步骤(6)中冷却装置采用多级温度的冷却水进行连续冷却。
