Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型竹节成型方法及竹节成型机,主要用于塑料仿真竹子的竹节成型。竹节成型机主要由底座、导向装置、锁紧装置、加热装置、收缩成型装置五部分组成。其工作流程为:通过加热使塑料管受热部分软化,挤压使软化部位的塑料管膨胀形成竹节,然后通过冷却定型。通过此工艺成型的塑料仿真竹子外观高度一致,便于标准化量产。

技术领域
本发明涉及新型竹节制造方法及竹节成型机,提供一种新型竹节制造方法及竹节成型机。
背景技术
竹子作为一种装饰用品被广泛应用,自然生长的竹子需要经过特殊处理以防止腐烂和虫害,处理过程较为繁琐。塑料仿真竹子的应用弥补了这一缺憾,仿真竹子具有外观高度一致,便于标准化量产;生产周期短、易于打理等多方面优点。但现有的塑料仿真竹子一般直径较大,其原因在于直径较小的仿真竹子竹节不易成型。直径较大的仿真竹子不适用于小面积装饰。
发明内容
为了弥补现有不足,使塑料仿真竹子在外观上更加接近于天然竹子,需要在塑料竹管上制造竹节,本发明提出了一种新型竹节制造方法及其竹节成型机,其工作原理为:加热-挤压成型-冷却定型,即通过加热使塑料管软化,通过挤压软化的塑料管使塑料管壁上形成突起高度一致的凸起,停止加热,冷却、定型即可形成仿真竹节。带有竹节的仿真竹子在外观上更加逼真,有利于营造更加真实的自然效果。
新型竹节成型机主要由底座、导向装置、锁紧装置、加热装置、收缩成型装置五部分组成,以下通过具体说明对本发明畸形具体描述。
在底座上平面设置有四个耳板,耳板用于固定两根相互平行的导向轴,导向轴和导向板通过直线轴承滑动连接,在导向板上焊接有锁紧气缸固定板,主要用于固定锁紧气缸。在两个导向板之间设置有可开合的加热环,加热环设置成可开合的方式主要为了便于放置塑料管。加热环通过抱箍安装在加热环支撑座上,加热环支撑座通过螺栓安装在导向板内侧。在下加热环的尾部连接加热器。在加热环下方设置有收缩气缸,收缩气缸通过收缩气缸架固定在一块导向板上,气缸推杆通过螺栓与另一块导向板连接。
加热部分采用加热环加热,加热环是由上加热环和下加热环通过合页连接形成的,开合的连接方式便于塑料管的放置,加热环的张开、闭合通过开合气缸控制。加热环的出风口为一条2-5毫米的环形缝隙,能够对很小的范围内的竹竿进行360度加热,加热效率高,使成型的竹节精准度更高。
机器的运动部分均为气缸驱动,通过电磁阀控制,避免了结构复杂的机械传动,使整体结构简单、操作简便。在底座下方设置有万向轮,便于安装和转运。

具体实施方式
以下通过特定的具体实例并结合附图说明本发明的实施方式。
实施例1:
如图1所示为竹节成型机底座及导向装置装配示意图。在底座(1)上平面设置有四个耳板(2),其中每2个耳板(2)用于固定一根导向轴(4),两根导向轴之间相互平行,导向轴(4)上设置有导向板(3)和直线轴承(5)。导向板(3)通过直线轴承(5)固定在两根导向轴之间,导向板(3)沿导向轴(4)的轴线方向灵活移动。
图2为锁紧装置示意图,锁紧装置主要用于固定塑料管,防止在挤压成型过程中塑料管发生错位影响竹节成型精度。锁紧装置主要是通过调节上固定座(9)和下固定座(10)的间距来固定塑料管,其中下固定座(10)通过螺栓固定在导向板(3)顶部;上固定座(9)通过连接板(8)与锁紧气缸(7)固定在一起,由锁紧气缸(7)驱动上固定座(9)上下移动。锁紧气缸(7)通过焊接在导向板(3)上的锁紧气缸固定板(6)固定。
图3为竹节成型机的加热装置,此装置是由加热器对空气加热,然后将热空气输送至加热环,通过加热环对塑料竹竿进行环形加热。具体设计为下加热环(12)通过抱箍(14)固定在加热环支撑座(11)上,加热环支撑座(11)的一端通过螺栓锁紧在导向板(3)内侧,上加热环(17)和下加热环(12)通过合页(B)连接,安装后上加热环(17)可绕合页(B)灵活开合,便于塑料管放入。上加热环的开合通过气缸(15)驱动,上、下加热环与气缸均通过气缸连接座(16)连接,气缸连接座(16)和加热环之间设置有绝缘子(13),绝缘子(13)具有隔热的作用,防止加热环的高温损害气缸。加热环的出风口为一条2毫米的环形缝隙,能够对很小的范围内的竹竿进行360度加热,加热效率高,利于竹节的快速成型。
图4为收缩成型装置,收缩成型主要是通过收缩气缸驱动,使两块导向板相互接近一定距离,使竹竿的加热部位受挤压沿径向向外膨胀,形成竹节。具体的,收缩气缸(18)固定在收缩气缸板(19)一端,收缩气缸板(19)的另一端通过螺栓固定在导向板的相应孔位上,收缩气缸的气缸推杆与另一块导向板固定连接。工作时收缩气缸(18)通气回缩,两块导向板(3)受拉相互接近,使竹节成型。
成型竹节时先向收缩气缸(18)通气,在收缩气缸作用下使两块导向板间的距离增大,同时在开合气缸(15)的驱动下,上加热环(16)打开,将塑料管放置到下固定座(10)上,锁紧气缸将塑料管夹紧,接通加热电路,热空气通过加热环对塑料管进行加热,一定时间后停止加热,收缩气缸(18)将两块导向板(3)向中间拉动,竹竿被加热的部位受挤压向外膨胀形成竹节,经短暂冷却后松开锁紧装置并打开上加热环,取出竹竿即可。如图6所示为成型有竹节的塑料仿真竹子外观。
竹节成型机的气缸通过电磁阀控制,加热装置通过时间继电器控制加热时间,正常工作时只需操作按钮即可,操作简便,成型效率较高。
实施例2:
一种新型竹节制作方法,主要是通过以下步骤来实现制造竹节。
(1)、打开电磁阀,驱动锁紧气缸,使加热环处于张开状态。
(2)、将塑料管放入加热环内的环形空内,并将其固定。
(3)、打开加热器,调节其加热温度,对塑料管进行环形加热,使其软化。
(4)、加热1-2分钟后,停止加热,并打开收缩气缸控制阀。
(5)、使用收缩装置,将加热软化后的塑料管挤压成型。
(6)、冷却,取出即可。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,如果塑料竹子较长,可以将本竹节成型机作为单元模块使用,由两个或两个以上组成模块,使其成为一竹节成型机组。
实施例:4:
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,为了便于移动和安装本竹节成型机,在竹节成型机的底部安装具有转向和固定装置的万向轮。

1.一种竹节成型机,其特征在于所述的竹节成型机包括底座、导向装置、锁紧装置、加热装置和收缩成型装置,其中底座(1)上平面设置有四个耳板(2),相对的两个耳板固定一根导向轴(4),导向板(3)和导向轴(4)通过直线轴承(5)滑动连接,锁紧气缸(7)通过锁紧气缸固定板(6)安装在导向板一侧,上固定座(9)和锁紧气缸通过连接板(8)固定,下固定座(10)安装在导向板顶部,在导向板之间设置有可开合的加热环,加热环由上加热环(17)和下加热环(12)通过合页(B)连接组合而成,其中下加热环通过抱箍(14)固定在加热环支撑座(11)上,加热环支撑座的一端通过螺栓锁紧在导向板内侧,上加热环的开合通过开合气缸(15)驱动,加热环与气缸连接处设置有绝缘子(13)隔热保护,加热环下方安装有收缩气缸(18),收缩气缸的推杆通过螺栓固定在一块导向板上,气缸体通过收缩气缸座(19)与另一个导向板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹节成型机,其特征在于所述的加热环的出风口为一条宽度为2至5毫米的环形缝隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的竹节成型机,其特征在于竹节成型机可以单独使用,当需要成型的竹子较长时也可以作为单元模块,由两个或两个以上模块组合使用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的竹节成型机,其特征在于所述加热环支撑座(11)的一端固定在导向板(3)内侧面,下加热环(12)通过抱箍(14)固定在加热环支撑座(11)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的竹节成型机,其特征在于所述的导向轴之间互相平行,且导向轴上设置有导向板和直线轴承。
6.根据权利要求1所述的竹节成型机,其特征在于所述的收缩气缸固定在收缩气缸板的一侧,另一端通过螺栓固定在导向板的相应孔位上,收缩气缸的气缸推杆与另一块导向板固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的竹节成型机,其特征在于所述的锁紧装置由上固定座和下固定座组成,上固定座与连接板和锁紧气缸固定在一起,下固定座固定在导向板顶部。
