本发明室外空气净化设备用静电纤维集成滤芯及生产工艺,属于新型工业材料技术领域,本发明是利用聚丙烯热熔纤维为原材料,采用热轧法非织造布生产工艺,先将聚丙烯热熔纤维加工成静电纤维热轧非织造布,然后,再将这种静电纤维热轧非织造布与熔喷非织造布复合在一起,用这种复合非织造布制成集成过滤芯。这种新型的静电纤维集成过滤芯是室外空气净化设备专用过滤组件,这种静电纤维集成过滤芯应用到室外空气净化设备过滤器上,与室外空气净化设备过滤器组成了一个完整的室外空气净化设备空气净化系统,这个空气净化系统保证了大型室外空气净化设备完成其对周围空气的净化任务,科学有效地治理雾霾空气。

技术领域
本发明属于新型工业材料技术领域,特别涉及一种由静电纤维热轧非织造布与熔喷非织造布复合制成的集成过滤芯。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,环保意识也逐渐在增强。空气污染已引起了人们的高度重视,因为它直接影响到人们的身体健康。近几年,空气污染十分严重,空气雾霾笼罩了一个又一个城市。从东北到西北,从华北到中部导致黄淮、江南地区都出现了大范围的雾霾和严重空气污染。
空气净化的目的就是要使雾霾得到有效治理,使人们能够生活在舒适的空气环境中。工业现代化,应该说是空气污染的根本原因。我国的水泥年产量居世界第一位,矿石粉碎、焙烧必然要产生大量的粉尘。钢铁厂、化工厂、发电厂等等,都会对空气产生不同程度的环境污染。然而,我们又不能因为这些工厂污染空气环境,就全部把它关掉。正是这些工业的快速发展,才促进了我国国民经济的快速发展。如今,我国的汽车工业已成为国民经济的支柱产业,我国已成为世界上最大的汽车产销国家,2016年全国汽车产销量已突破2800万辆。汽车保有量在逐年递增,我们已经全面进入汽车时代。然而,在人们享受汽车发展给我们带来幸福感的同时,大量的汽车尾气也给我们带来了巨大的危害。汽车尾气也是造成空气雾霾的主要原因之一,虽然在汽车设计制造方面采取了多种净化措施,但是还是不能完全保证对空气不产生污染。汽车进入家庭,是人们生活水平提高的重要标志,可是汽车保有量的增多,势必要产生大量尾气,同时由于车辆川流不息,使地面上的的粉尘全部搅动起来使其漂浮在空气中。当下,房地产业已成为拉动地方经济发展的引擎。
建筑业每天都使用大量的水泥、砂石、白灰等建筑材料,无论是在运输的过程中,还是在建筑现场,都会产生大量的粉尘,对空气造成严重的污染。那么,我们能不发展电力吗?什么都离不开电。我们的发电厂、钢铁厂、水泥厂、化工厂、汽车制造厂能够全部关掉吗?当然不能,那么,空气污染和雾霾怎么办?必须采取净化措施,因为空气污染和雾霾已经严重威胁到我们的身体健康,所以大型室外空气净化设备研究项目意义十分重大,但现有的大型室外空气净化设备中的关键部件复合集成过滤器过滤效果并不理想,因此现有技术当中亟需要一种新型的技术方案来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种室外空气净化设备用静电纤维集成滤芯及生产工艺,本发明是利用聚丙烯热熔纤维为原材料,采用热轧法非织造布生产工艺,先将聚丙烯热熔纤维加工成静电纤维热轧非织造布,然后,再将这种静电纤维热轧非织造布与熔喷非织造布复合在一起,用这种复合非织造布制成集成过滤芯,并将静电纤维集成过滤芯应用到外大型空气净化设备上,达到净化空气的效果。
室外空气净化设备用静电纤维集成滤芯,其特征是:该集成滤芯为双层结构,第一层为熔喷非织造布,第二层为静电纤维热轧非织造布。
一种生产所述的室外空气净化设备用静电纤维集成滤芯的工艺,其特征是:包括以下步骤,
步骤一、制作静电纤维热轧非织造布
①纤维开包混合
取聚丙烯热熔纤维为原材料,纤维经过开松机粗齿轮滚筒进行粗开松,粗开松后的纤维经过细齿滚筒进行精开松,获得松散纤维;松散纤维通过输送管道进入到大仓混棉机中,进行纤维混合;
②梳理
将所述步骤①中经大仓混棉机充分混合的纤维经气流输送到气压定量给棉机,混合纤维通过压力输送到梳理机,在梳理过程中,加入静电消除剂,梳理至形成单层纤维网,并由道夫和剥棉罗拉将纤维网送入由三对滚筒组成的杂乱装置,使纤维网纵横向强度趋于一致;
③将所述步骤②获得的纤维网通过输出帘喂入到热轧机的粘合区域,进行热轧粘合处理,热轧机的轧辊温度为115℃~165℃,压力为2.5×103N/cm~7.5×103N/cm,纤维网熔融粘合后,自然冷却,得到成品静电纤维热轧非织造布;
步骤二、制作熔喷非织造布
取聚丙烯切片为原材料,进行烘干处理,烘干至含水量0.2%,将经过烘干处理的聚丙烯切片喂入到螺杆挤出机内,加热熔融成熔体,熔体经计量泵送入纺丝箱从喷丝板挤出,经气流拉伸固化形成纤维并凝聚到成网装置上形成熔喷非织造布;
步骤三、将所述步骤二获得的熔喷非织造布进行驻极化处理,得到驻极化熔喷非织造布,将驻极化熔喷非织造布与所述步骤一获得的静电纤维热轧非织造布同时喂入到复合机,形成具有双层结构的静电纤维过滤芯;
步骤四、切边、收卷及包装
将所述步骤三获得的静电纤维过滤芯利用分切机进行横向分切,在横向分切后的成品静电纤维过滤芯上轧印虚断、卷曲成卷,利用塑包机进行塑封。
通过上述设计方案,本发明可以带来如下有益效果:本发明是利用聚丙烯热熔纤维为原材料,采用热轧法非织造布生产工艺,先将聚丙烯热熔纤维加工成静电纤维热轧非织造布,然后,再将这种静电纤维热轧非织造布与熔喷非织造布复合在一起,用这种复合非织造布制成集成过滤芯。这种新型的静电纤维集成过滤芯是室外空气净化设备专用过滤组件,这种静电纤维集成过滤芯应用到室外空气净化设备过滤器上,与室外空气净化设备过滤器组成了一个完整的室外空气净化设备空气净化系统,该静电纤维集成过滤芯容尘量高,空气阻力小,空气阻力降低5%~10%,滤过效率提高10%~15%,这个空气净化系统保证了大型室外空气净化设备完成其对周围空气的净化任务,科学有效地治理雾霾空气。

具体实施方式
本发明提出了一种室外空气净化设备用静电纤维集成滤芯,该集成滤芯为双层结构,第一层为熔喷非织造布,第二层为静电纤维热轧非织造布,由于熔喷非织造布是一种超细纤维组成的非织造布,同时熔喷非织造布又复合在静电纤维热轧非织造布基体上,所以,这种新型过滤介质对于PM2.5及更微细的粉尘颗粒(0.001um~1.00um)具有最佳的吸附和捕获作用,另外,还能更有效地杀死和滤除空气中的各种细菌和其他有害污染物。这种新型的静电纤维集成过滤芯属于新型材料领域,是室外空气净化设备专用过滤组件,这种静电纤维集成过滤芯应用到室外空气净化设备过滤器上,与室外空气净化设备过滤器组成了一个完整的室外空气净化设备空气净化系统,这个空气净化系统保证了大型室外空气净化设备完成其对周围空气的净化任务,这种新型材料为室外大型空气净化设备提供了可靠的技术保障,科学有效地治理雾霾空气。
室外空气净化设备用静电纤维集成滤芯的生产工艺说明,请参照图1所示,该工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制作静电纤维热轧非织造布
①纤维开包混合
取聚丙烯热熔纤维为原材料,纤维经过开松机粗齿轮滚筒进行粗开松,粗开松后的纤维经过细齿滚筒进行精开松,获得静电场减小的松散纤维;松散纤维通过输送管道进入到大仓混棉机中,进行纤维混合;
②梳理
将所述步骤①中经大仓混棉机充分混合的纤维经气流输送到气压定量给棉机,混合纤维通过压力输送到梳理机,在梳理过程中,加入静电消除剂,梳理至形成单层纤维网,并由道夫和剥棉罗拉将纤维网送入由三对滚筒组成的杂乱装置,使纤维网纵横向强度趋于一致;
③将所述步骤②获得的纤维网通过输出帘喂入到热轧机的粘合区域,进行热轧粘合处理,热轧机的轧辊温度为115℃~165℃,压力为2.5×103N/cm~7.5×103N/cm,纤维网局部熔融产生粘合使纤维网得以加固,纤维网走出粘合区后自然冷却成静电纤维热轧非织造布;
步骤二、制作熔喷非织造布
取聚丙烯切片为原材料,进行烘干处理,烘干至含水量0.2%,将经过烘干处理的聚丙烯切片喂入到螺杆挤出机内,加热熔融成熔体,熔体经计量泵送入纺丝箱从喷丝板挤出,在喷丝板的出口处熔体受到高速热气流拉伸,同时,冷却空气从两侧补充过来使纤维冷却固化形成超细纤维,在气流作用下,这些超细短纤维凝聚到成网装置上形成熔喷非织造布;
步骤三、将所述步骤二获得的熔喷纤维非织造布经过驻极体静电装置被驻极化处理,在静电场极化作用下形成极化静电荷,使熔喷纤维非织造布带有持久静电,得到驻极化熔喷非织造布,驻极体熔喷非织造布与静电纤维热轧非织造布同时喂入复合机,形成一体的具有双层结构的静电纤维过滤芯;
步骤四、切边、收卷及包装
将所述步骤三获得的静电纤维过滤芯利用分切机进行横向分切,在横向分切后的成品静电纤维过滤芯上轧印虚断、卷曲成卷,利用塑包机进行塑封。

1.室外空气净化设备用静电纤维集成滤芯的工艺,采用室外空气净化设备用静电纤维集成滤芯,该集成滤芯为双层结构,第一层为熔喷非织造布,第二层为静电纤维热轧非织造布,其特征是:包括以下步骤,
步骤一、制作静电纤维热轧非织造布
①纤维开包混合
取聚丙烯热熔纤维为原材料,纤维经过开松机粗齿轮滚筒进行粗开松,粗开松后的纤维经过细齿滚筒进行精开松,获得松散纤维;松散纤维通过输送管道进入到大仓混棉机中,进行纤维混合;
②梳理
将所述步骤①中经大仓混棉机充分混合的纤维经气流输送到气压定量给棉机,混合纤维通过压力输送到梳理机,在梳理过程中,加入静电消除剂,梳理至形成单层纤维网,并由道夫和剥棉罗拉将纤维网送入由三对滚筒组成的杂乱装置,使纤维网纵横向强度趋于一致;
③将所述步骤②获得的纤维网通过输出帘喂入到热轧机的粘合区域,进行热轧粘合处理,热轧机的轧辊温度为115℃~165℃,压力为2.5×103N/cm~7.5×103N/cm,纤维网熔融粘合后,自然冷却,得到成品静电纤维热轧非织造布;
步骤二、制作熔喷非织造布

步骤三、将所述步骤二获得的熔喷非织造布进行驻极化处理,得到驻极化熔喷非织造布,将驻极化熔喷非织造布与所述步骤一获得的静电纤维热轧非织造布同时喂入到复合机,形成具有双层结构的静电纤维过滤芯;
步骤四、切边、收卷及包装
将所述步骤三获得的静电纤维过滤芯利用分切机进行横向分切,在横向分切后的成品静电纤维过滤芯上轧印虚断、卷曲成卷,利用塑包机进行塑封。
