技术领域
本发明属于电熔管件技术领域,特别涉及一种电熔管件及其生产方法。
背景技术
近年来,我国非金属管材发展迅速,尤其以聚乙烯为基础材料的各种复合管材发展更为突出,电熔管件以连接可靠、施工方便、焊接质量检查直观的特点,大量用于PE管道的连接。电熔管件是指可以通过电流所产生的温度而熔化达到连接的一种塑料(聚乙烯)管材配件。现有的电熔管件一般包括管件本体,该管件本体上设有两个接线端子,该管件本体内埋置有螺旋状的电热丝,该电热丝的两端分别与两个接线端子一一对应连接。而电热丝在高温下容易受热变形,螺旋状的结构受热后容易上下粘合在一起,使得外部的PE材料受热不均匀,与其他管件的连接不稳固。同时,现有电熔管件生产时,一般是将电热丝一圈一圈按螺旋状缠绕,同时将缠绕好的电热丝注塑,由于电热丝缠绕速率低,而注塑时间快,所以注塑速率需要配合电热丝缠绕速率,这样大大降低了注塑的工作效率,也降低了电熔管件的生产速率。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种能够避免电热丝受热变形从而使管路连接不牢固的电熔管件。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种能够提高生产效率,使得电热丝受热不变形的电熔管件的生产方法。
为了实现第一个目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种电熔管件,包括管状本体,管件本体上设有两个接线端子,管件本体内埋置有电热丝,电热丝的两端分别与两个接线端子一一对应连接;其特征在于:电热丝沿管状本体的轴向进行来回弯折,形成由开口向上的u型圈和开口向下的n型圈交替排列而成的加热面;所述加热面在管状本体径向上的截面呈圆形;还包括支撑架,与弯折后的电热丝固定连接,形成稳定的圆管状结构,安装在管状本体的管壁内。
进一步地,所述电热丝具有两根,单根电热丝的加热面在管状本体径向上的截面呈半圆形;所述支撑架将两根电热丝拼合成一体,两跟电热丝的加热面在管状本体径向上的截面组合成圆形。
进一步地,所述支撑架为耐高温的聚四氟乙烯结构,支撑架分为上支撑架和下支撑架,均为环形结构;所述上支撑架固定n型圈上端的弯折处,下支撑架固定在u型圈下端的弯折处。
为了实现第二个目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种电熔管件的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)弯折电热丝:取两根电热丝,将每根电热丝的中间部分进行上下往复弯折,形成由开口向上的u型圈和开口向下的n型圈交替排列而成的加热面;
2)滚圆电热丝:将电热丝中间的加热面弯折,使得单根电热丝的加热面整体为半圆形,所述的两根电热丝相向弯折;
3)拼合电热丝:利用支撑架将相向弯折的两根电热丝拼合成一体,形成圆管状结构;所述支撑架为耐高温的聚四氟乙烯结构,所述支撑架分为上支撑架和下支撑架,均为环形结构;所述上、下支撑架分别固定住电热丝加热面的上下两端;两根电热丝的端部两两相对,从支撑架上穿出;
4)注塑:在拼合成圆管状的电热丝外加注PE材料,形成管状本体,将电热丝的两端部与两个接线端子一一对应连接。
本发明所述的电熔管件连接PE管时,将PE管插入电熔管件的管状本体内,使用电熔管焊机对电热丝两端部的接线端子通电,用电流使电热丝发热,熔化PE管和电熔管件接触面的塑料,使PE管和电熔管件进行熔合焊接。电热丝事先弯折出加热面,加热面由开口向上的u型圈和开口向下的n型圈交替组合而成,相对于传统的电熔管件中电热丝沿管件内壁圆周缠绕的结构,加热面与管状本体的贴合面积更大,加热效率大,能够快速熔化塑料,使管路熔化焊接成一体。
当电热丝通电加热时,电热丝容易在管状本体内壁里变形,向圆周处扩张,容易使得电热丝互相粘合,管路内壁受热不均,从而导致管路受热不够处焊接不稳定。因此,本发明利用支撑架将加热面的上下两端固定住,支撑架采用耐高温的聚四氟乙烯材料制作,当电热丝受热时,支撑架结构不变,支撑架将电热丝的上下两端固定住,防止电热丝长久受热而大范围变形,保证管路时受热均匀,连接稳固。同时,相对于传统电熔管件的加工工艺,注塑速率受电热丝缠绕速率的影响,本发明加工时,首先进行电热丝的弯折加工工艺,等电热丝受支撑架固定后,最后才进行注塑工艺,将电热丝的弯折工艺与注塑工艺彻底分开,使得电热丝的注塑速率大大增加,保证了电熔管件的生产效率。

参见附图。本实施例所述的电熔管件,包括管状本体1,管件本体1上设有两个接线端子2,管件本体1内埋置有电热丝3,所述电热丝3具有两根,每根电热丝3的中段均沿管状本体1的轴向进行来回弯折,形成由开口向上的u型圈31和开口向下的n型圈32交替排列而成的加热面33;所述单根电热丝3的加热面在管状本体1径向上的截面呈半圆形;所述电热丝3上固定有支撑架,支撑架将两根电热丝3的加热面拼合成一体,整体为圆管状结构,安装在管状本体1的管壁内。
本实施例所述的支撑架为耐高温的聚四氟乙烯结构;所述支撑架分为上支撑架41和下支撑架42,均为环形结构;所述上支撑架41固定住所有n型圈32上端的弯折处,下支撑架42固定住所有u型圈31下端的弯折处;上、下支撑架也可以不限定在弯折处,只要是固定加热面的上下两端来防止电热丝变形就行,可以单单固定在n型圈和u型圈的竖直边。当电热丝长久受热后出现变形隐患时,支撑架使得所有n型圈32和u型圈31不会扩张开,避免电热丝变形黏在一起,使用时可是管件受热均匀,连接稳固。
本实施例所述电熔管件的生产方法与现有生产工艺不同,包括以下步骤:
1)弯折电热丝3:首先取两根电热丝,依次将每根电热丝的中间部分进行上下往复弯折,形成由开口向上的u型圈31和开口向下的n型圈32交替排列而成的加热面;此时电热丝两端向上,中间的加热面33整体为矩形;u型圈和n型圈相连在一起,形成类似倒S型的结构;
2)滚圆电热丝:将电热丝3中间的加热面33弯折成圆弧形,使得单根电热丝的加热面整体为半圆柱形,两根电热丝中间的加热面相向弯折;如图4所示;
3)拼合电热丝:利用支撑架将相向弯折的两根电热丝3拼合成一体,形成圆管状结构;所述支撑架为耐高温的聚四氟乙烯结构,所述支撑架分为上支撑架41和下支撑架42,均为环形结构;所述上支撑架41固定n型圈32上端的弯折处,下支撑架42固定在u型圈31下端的弯折处;两根电热丝的端部两两相对,从支撑架上穿出;
4)注塑:根据需要在拼合成圆管状的电热丝外加注PE材料,使得PE材料最终形成管状本体1,将两根电热丝3的加热面33都埋置在管状本体1的管壁内,管壁为半透明结构,可以清楚看到电热丝的形状;电热丝两端从管状本体1伸出,与两个接线端子2一一对应连接,最终现成耐高温、防变形、连接稳固的电熔管件。
如图6、图7所示,本实施例所述的电熔管件连接3路PE管5时,将3个电熔管件插入三通6的3个连接端内,再将PE管5插入电熔管件的管状本体1内,并用螺母7通过螺纹结构对管路进行短暂连接,然后使用电熔管焊机对电热丝两端部的接线端子2通电,用电流使电热丝3发热,熔化PE管5和管状本体1内部接触面的塑料部分以及三通6与管状本体1外部接触面的塑料部分,使PE管5和电熔管件、三通6和电熔管件均进行熔合焊接,使得此3路PE管5连接稳定。

Claims (4)

1.一种电熔管件,包括管状本体,管件本体上设有两个接线端子,管件本体内埋置有电热丝,电热丝的两端分别与两个接线端子一一对应连接;其特征在于:电热丝沿管状本体的轴向进行来回弯折,形成由开口向上的u型圈和开口向下的n型圈交替排列而成的加热面;所述加热面在管状本体径向上的截面呈圆形;还包括支撑架,与弯折后的电热丝固定连接,形成稳定的圆管状结构,安装在管状本体的管壁内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电熔管件,其特征在于:所述电热丝具有两根,单根电热丝的加热面在管状本体径向上的截面呈半圆形;所述支撑架将两根电热丝拼合成一体,两跟电热丝的加热面在管状本体径向上的截面组合成圆形。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种电熔管件,其特征在于:所述支撑架为耐高温的聚四氟乙烯结构,支撑架分为上支撑架和下支撑架,均为环形结构;所述上支撑架固定n型圈上端的弯折处,下支撑架固定在u型圈下端的弯折处。
4.一种如权利要求1所述电熔管件的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)弯折电热丝:取两根电热丝,将每根电热丝的中间部分进行上下往复弯折,形成由开口向上的u型圈和开口向下的n型圈交替排列而成的加热面;
2)滚圆电热丝:将电热丝中间的加热面弯折,使得单根电热丝的加热面整体为半圆形,所述的两根电热丝相向弯折;
3)拼合电热丝:利用支撑架将相向弯折的两根电热丝拼合成一体,形成圆管状结构;所述支撑架为耐高温的聚四氟乙烯结构,所述支撑架分为上支撑架和下支撑架,均为环形结构;所述上、下支撑架分别固定住电热丝加热面的上下两端;两根电热丝的端部两两相对,从支撑架上穿出;
4)注塑:在拼合成圆管状的电热丝外加注PE材料,形成管状本体,将电热丝的两端部与两个接线端子一一对应连接。
