本发明涉及管件接头技术领域,具体为一种便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺。
背景技术
管路用于介质输送,在各行各业均有应用,而现有技术中介质输送主要采用单层管,单层管输送存在抗腐蚀、抗泄漏性能差的缺陷,且流速加快时会产生噪音;因此采用双层管件输送才能保证管道的安全、可靠输送,但双层管路密封性能较好,出现泄漏点后,不能被及时检测和发现,容易造成泄漏点变大,使泄漏情况变严重,从而出现安全问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺,可以制备出能有效解决背景技术中问题的双层管件接头组件。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在圆柱形的模芯中部套置介质导流管支架,并在介质导流管支架的外壁上卡置介质导流管;
2)在模芯的两端分别固定电极,再在模芯上绕置电熔电阻丝,并将电熔电阻丝的两端与对应端的电极焊接形成待注塑模芯;
3)将形成待注塑模芯放入注塑机模具内,经注塑成型形成双层管件接头,双层管件接头设置有中心孔,所述中心孔的形状与模芯外形相配合、包括位于主体管两端的、并与外层管配合的端头孔和位于端头孔之间的、与内层管配合的中孔,端头孔的内径大于中孔的内径,使得两端的端头孔与中孔之间分别形成台阶面,介质导流管的两端沿双层管件接头两端的台阶面伸出。
进一步地,所述介质导流管包括金属内管和聚四氟乙烯外管。
进一步地,所述模芯的两端设置有电极孔,步骤2)中的电极固定在模芯电极孔内。
进一步地,步骤3)中的台阶面上分别均布有多个凸台,凸台的高度略大于介质导流管由两端台阶的台阶面向外伸出的长度。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明通过电熔工艺可以实现双层管件的密封连接,方便快捷,克服了现有单层管道抗腐蚀、抗泄漏性能差的缺陷。
2、本发明可以实现双层管件的密封连接,并且双层管件接头组件两端的双层管件之间通过介质导流管连通,使得双层管件之间360°贯通,使得任何点的介质泄漏都可以被迅速检测,保证介质(特别是可燃介质)的安全输送。

具体实施方式
第一实施例
如图1-5所示,本实施例公开了一种便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺,双层管件接头组件用于连接由内层管15和外层管16组成的双层管,包括主体管1,主体管1采用PE材质,主体管1为直管,主体管1设置有中心孔17,中心孔17包括位于主体管1两端的、并与外层管16配合的端头孔18和位于端头孔19之间的、与内层管15配合的中孔,端头孔18的内径大于中孔的内径,使得两端的端头孔18与中孔19之间分别形成台阶面2。
主体管1中部的侧壁内设置有PE材质的环形支架3,环形支架3的外壁上设置有两个介质导流管卡槽4,两个介质导流管卡槽4内分别卡置有介质导流管5,环形支架3以及卡置在环形支架3上的介质导流管5通过注塑工艺设置在主体管1内,环形支架3的内壁设置有一圈环形凸台6,环形凸台6向内凸出主体管1形成限位台阶7。
主介质导流管5的两端沿主体管1内两侧的台阶面2伸出,台阶面2上分别均布有多个凸台8,凸台8的高度略大于介质导流管5由两端台阶2的台阶面向外伸出的长度。
主体管1的侧壁内设置有电熔电阻丝9,主体管两端设置有电极10,电极10与电熔电阻丝9电连接,主体管1两侧的外壁上分别设置有圆形孔11,圆形孔11内设置有与主体管1为一体式结构的挤出件12。
本发明使用时的具体连接过程为:外层管16分别套装在主体管1的端头孔18内、并且内端分别顶压在对应凸台8上,内层管15套装在主体管1的中孔19内、并且内端分别通过限位台阶7限位,外层管16与内层管15之间留有空隙,外层管16与内层管15之间的空隙通过介质导流管5相互连通,使得双层管件之间360°贯通,任何点的介质泄漏都可以被迅速检测,保证介质(特别是可燃介质)的安全输送。
再将两端的电极10连接电源,电熔电阻丝9发热,分别将内层管15、外层管16与主体管1熔接为一体,当挤出件12在主管体1受热膨胀的压力下,被挤出圆形孔11,即断开电源,电熔完成。
在本实施例中,台阶面2上凸台8的高度略大于介质导流管5由对应侧台阶面2向外伸出的长度,保证外层管12与内层管15之间的空隙通过绝缘隔热管14相互连通。
在本实施例中,介质导流管5由金属内管13以及套装在金属内管13外的绝缘隔热管14组成,绝缘隔热管14采用聚四氟乙烯制成,通过绝缘隔热管14隔断电熔时的热量,避免热量传递至金属内管13而烫坏主体管1。
如图6所述,本实施例的便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在圆柱形的模芯40中部套置环形支架3,并在介质导流管支架3的外壁上卡置介质导流管5;
2)在模芯40的两端分别固定电极10,再在模芯40上绕置电熔电阻丝9,并将电熔电阻丝9的两端与对应端的电极10焊接形成待注塑模芯;
3)将形成待注塑模芯放入注塑机模具内,经注塑成型形成双层管件接头。
模芯40由左右对称的左模芯42和右模芯43对合形成,左模芯42和右模芯43之间设置有相互配合的第一销轴45和第一销孔44,步骤1)中,左模芯42和右模芯43由环形支架3两侧的中心孔内穿入,并相互对合,使环形支架3套置在模芯40的中部。
模芯40的两端设置有电极孔41,步骤2)中的电极10固定在模芯电极孔41内。
第二实施例:
如图7-9所示,本实施例公开了一种便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺,双层管件接头组件的结构与第一实施例基本相同,不同点在于:
主体管20为弯管,弯管设置有中心孔21,中心孔21包括位于主体管20两端的端头孔22和位于端头孔22之间的中孔23,端头孔22的内径大于中孔23的内径,使得两端的端头孔22与中孔23之间分别形成台阶面24,台阶面24上分别设置有凸台28,中孔23的两端口内分别设置有限位台阶31。
主体管20的折弯部的侧壁内设置有与折弯部配合的弯管支架25,弯管支架25为PE材质,弯管支架25的外壁上设置有介质导流管卡槽26,介质导流管卡槽26内卡置有介质导流管27,弯管支架25以及卡置在弯管支架25上的介质导流管27通过注塑工艺设置在主体管20内,介质导流管5的两端沿主体管1内两侧的台阶面24伸出。
本发明连接双层管件时时:外层管29分别套装在主体管20的端头孔22内、并且内端分别顶压在对应凸台28上,内层管30套装在中孔23的两端口内、并且通过限位台阶31限位,再通过电熔焊将外层管29、内层管30与主体管20密封连接为一体,具体原理与第一实施例相同。
第二实施例的便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺与第一实施例的制备工艺相同,如图10所示,其模芯50由水平段模芯51和垂直端模芯52对合形成,水平段模芯51和垂直端模芯52之间设置有相互配合的第二销轴53和第二销孔54,水平段模芯51和垂直端模芯52在对合过程中将弯管支架25穿置在之间,具体工艺步骤与第一实施例相同,此不再赘述。

Claims (4)

1.便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)在圆柱形的模芯中部套置介质导流管支架,并在介质导流管支架的外壁上卡置介质导流管;
2)在模芯的两端分别固定电极,再在模芯上绕置电熔电阻丝,并将电熔电阻丝的两端与对应端的电极焊接形成待注塑模芯;
3)将形成待注塑模芯放入注塑机模具内,经注塑成型形成双层管件接头,双层管件接头设置有中心孔,所述中心孔的形状与模芯外形相配合、包括位于主体管两端的、并与外层管配合的端头孔和位于端头孔之间的、与内层管配合的中孔,端头孔的内径大于中孔的内径,使得两端的端头孔与中孔之间分别形成台阶面,介质导流管的两端沿双层管件接头两端的台阶面伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述介质导流管包括金属内管和聚四氟乙烯外管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述模芯的两端设置有电极孔,步骤2)中的电极固定在模芯电极孔内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便于泄漏检测的双层管件接头组件的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤3)中的台阶面上分别均布有多个凸台,凸台的高度略大于介质导流管由两端台阶的台阶面向外伸出的长度。
